Recently, a scared little man named ************ didn’t feel like facing a real army. Instead, this sad little man, posted an invasion post on a dead army’s website, and expected the other army to show up. This sad little man gathered up ACP troops, and told them to go to Mittens. Because this sad little man posted the invasion post 2 days in advance, this sad little man thinks his sad little army owns Mittens! Wanna know who this sad little man is? THAT’S RIGHT!

Instead of making a very long post about how unethical this is, I’m going to say it straight up. SSACP does NOT own Mittens because VLA is not even an army, UMA was never notified of this through a mainstream website, or in alternative, a comment on the website didn’t notify UMA. VLA is an inactive and non-recognized army. Guess what? VLA doesn’t even own servers! Meaning that the bill Boomer made with the CP Army Council, cancels out their invasion! lolwut? Shaboomboom made no attempt to notify UMA of their trying to capture their capital, meaning Shaboomboom: TURN IN YOUR BALLS!
I think I also need to set something straight.
If your army is not a mainstream army (ACP, IW, Nachos, HSA, WW, GW, or Tacos) then you have to notify the army of your invasion in some way. You can’t get on at 10 PM, when half the soldiers are sleeping, go to empty rooms, and claim a server. If it isn’t 10 PM, and all the other army’s troops are on, then sure. I’d say that the server is claimable. If you’re going to have no balls like Shaboomboom, and invade at 10 PM EST, ON NEW YEAR’S EVE, then you can’t claim said server.

Well Nachos aren’t in the CP Army COuncil as they left it, so therefore you cannot use the bill that VLA isn’t an army as you do not recognise it.

Funny it was on Jan 1st not Dec 31st, Shadow has used this tactic before, and Acp lent us a server for the day so VLA could actually invade.
