The word filter that you mentioned was actually in place before the Disney corporation was involved in the site at all. This filter blocks words that are obviously inappropriate, as well as words which may seem quite harmless. I assure you that there is always a reason as to why a certain word is not seen on the site, and this feature is in place for the protection of all players online.
It has been quite some time since a new mission was released, however the team is working very hard on mission 11. There have been many new updates to the site recently, including Card-Jitsu Fire and the Puffle Rescue game. The development of these games took a lot of staff members a very long time to complete, however I assure you that mission 11 will be on it’s way soon. The reason that memberships are in place on the site are simply for funding. Most websites use advertisements to fund their site, which we have chosen not to subject our users to. Some can be potentially harmful, and having them on the site would go against our beliefs of being a safe site for kids to enjoy. With memberships in place, anyone can use the site with the choice of playing for free, or if they contribute financially. Perks are simply in place online to thank members for their help in funding the site. If all players had access to items and events, why would any players pay?
As to your comment regarding server crashes, there are many reasons why you might lose your Internet connection. You might reconnect once and then not have a problem again. If it keeps happening, there are a few things you can try to help the problem. Please visit the link below to learn more:

I assure you that each email we receive is reviewed by a Player Support Representative such as myself. All ideas, requests and recommendations made by players are taken into consideration for the site. Sometimes when an idea is thought to be really good for the site, it can take a few weeks to even years to be able to implement it online. Just because an idea that you have submitted was not used yet, does not mean that it will never be used. Please note, however, we will not make updates which compromise player safety.
