What needs to improve: The leaders need to listen to lower ranks more like if you on the the complaints page none of the comments have been answered and also i see people everyday on chat complaining that they are not on the ranks and they joined like a week ago.We could have a page for soldeirs who want to have their say on whats going on in this army.I think that we should have a shift around in the ranks because some of the bottom ranks have alot of experience in other armys and are very underestimated and i would say that some of our mod ranks dont deserve to be mods.I also think that i should be leader…………jk
