How the NSC works is every week we have a meeting and they tell us what is happening and the changes they want us to do. Other things they do is tell the fate of bad nachos in a trail with the leaders approval. So have a good day and you have been warned about the future of lazy people in the Nacho Army so if you are one I think it is best that you change and FAST.

Due to the fact that the war is slowing down, I think it would be appropriate to have president elections. Here is what the president will do:
Hold all elections in the Nacho Empire (Elections will be held every 6 months)
Will have a say in the wars, but leaders will decide.
Will make sure that all thinks on chat and on the site are running smoothly
Here are how you can apply to become President:
Must be a mod rank and be in the Nachos for at least 4 months.
Must know a lot of the Nachos history in warfare (list at least 3 facts in the form)

Gamer’s edit: If you are thinking of voting no, please hear me out first. If I am voted back in, I will change my ways. I will listen to everything you have to say. If you think I have a problem with my leadership, tell me. I will listen. If there is a problem in the army, tell me. I will listen. I want to help the Nachos, and I will try my hardest to get you guys active and back to okay shape. I admit I am not a great leader, but I am not a bad one either.
Aloha! Since most of us are bored and have nothing to do, why not have a training session? Also, we haven’t been having a lot of people on lately so we need more full chats! This morning, we had a full chat and all of a sudden, we barely had 5 on. I am going be more of a leader than a cheerleader and schedule more fun stuff. My goal and basically every other leader’s goal is/was to get is to get 40+ on CP. We have accomplished that before and we can do it again by working hard like every other army in the top 10 or armies trying to be in the top 10. If you have any ideas for tactics we can use, tell me during the training session so I could use it. If it’s good enough, we will use it in a battle! We will not be participating the the ACP 24 hour abolition because it’s stupid and everybody will lose their servers. ACP will also say that we cheated and that they always win blah blah blah. I was thinking about why not have Nachos, NW, and Cookies vs ACP, UMA, and WW? Isn’t that a great idea. The BA could prove that they are better than RA amirite? This could decide whether who should be on the top 10, who is number 1, and who is out of the top 10. It could change armies as we know it, but we need to try it to find out. I know we have the potential to become number 1 and have 100+ on CP. Here is the info:

Billy: Great Nachos we took all of ACP’s severs because they took the 24 hour rule away and now they are trapped in a bad spot because one of the rules THEY made says an Army can not invade unless they have more than 2 servers ACP lost all of their servers and they can not invade us.
Aloha! The Cookies declared war on WW and are invading/defending their servers,but ACP is helping the WW so it’s kind of unfair. ACP and WW vs Cookies and Nachos sounds good to me. Aloha! Today we battled ACP for the server Snow Fort in an epic event. I tricked them into thinking the battle war postponed, but we stayed on to have a little battle. ACP did lose because they joke-bombed and this is a no joke bomb rule. Sometimes I think ACP can’t fight us without the help of their allies because they usually send WW to fight us. Is ACP afraid of us or are the Nachos to cool to fight with? In the pic, it shows Capn yelling “WE LOST” and Tuxy yelling “OK WHO THE HELL IS JOKE BOMBING.” I don’t want to tell anyone how to run their army, but I think ACP should train their troops instead of recruiting without even trying and farting in a battle 24/7 to win. Welcome Snow Fort to our nation! No one said I couldn’t trick the enemy am I right? So congrats on the win Nachos, but remember that the war isn’t over.
