I’ve noticed we need to start changing things a bit around here, especially on chat. Things that need improved:

1. Spam (On the Site)

I’m tired of having to go on here and delete 3-4 pages worth of spam (late at night) for people who either A: Spam random catchphrases all over every single page an post, or B: Advertise their army on our site. There is absolutley no need whatsoever for either, and both are going directly to the spam section of comments. Hempto’s comments especially.

2. Complaining

I realise you do not want horny hour to go away. I realise you are upset CAPS are gone as well. I am also aware you did not get promoted, and want a promotion. Will mindless complaining and bitching solve the problem for you? No, especially not with me. I don’t care if you haven’t been promoted for over a year now, and that you’ve been on every single day for every hour. Obviously, you didn’t do something right, which is why you weren’t promoted. Unlike my friend Billy, I don’t promote people 10 minutes after they join, that isn’t how I lead, nor will it ever be how I lead. You need to earn your way into a promotion, and then maybe I’ll think about it. Buying me nice things, like Touhou related merchandise, also helps, lawl.

3. Posting on the Site

I know this doesn’t count for today or yesterday, but I’d rather we have two posts every day here, about recruiting times, events, and posts to generally improve (like this post). I grow tired for when I need to make a long ass post of recent-to-future events, or when I need to completley rewrite pages (like the Beginner’s Page) just to find something to do around here. Be active! Post events! Do SOMETHING!

Now, I realize I’m ranting again, but, as I’ve said before, these are things that need to be fixed in order to make us an efficient, well-oiled machine of godly awesomness. We’ve got a battle against these “Gatorade Gators” (lol, funny name) coming up, and I expect everyone to show 110% and destroy anything that comes in our path.
