Aloha! The Nachos had a short time off from coming on chat, but now we have to get back into shape. As of this week, we are going to start rebuilding because we haven’t been doing so great and in order to become great, we must do something great. In this case, that something great is rebuilding so you better be extremely active and on chat. I want to see full chats the whole day because the next holiday is in 5 days and that means no excuses of being inactive. “Oh I was with family” “Oh I had soccer practice”, yeaaaaaaaaa….no. It’s probably snowing where most of you are which means you can be on the computer all day :o. Isn’t that great?

Recruit, recruit, recruit, there will be a new rule that will be highly enforce which is, whenever you come on chat,  you must be on CP. Now, I know you don’t want to be on CP for 12 hours so if we can get 40+ at our next battle, the rule will not be put in effect. Also, I don’t want to see complaining on how you can’t curse anymore. I could be very fun at times (you guys are probably saying “yea right, this guy is a loser and I hate him”), but when it comes to enforcing the rules, I’ll be serious. If you have a problem with this, just pc me or any other owner and they will talk to you. This is the perfect time to get back into shape, don’t use this time for nothing.

As Owners, we get the luxury of being able to make posts, extra attention, and a lot of power and it’s been 2-3 weeks since the new leadership has taken over.  As far as I’m concerned, nothing has happened.  Everything is a mess.  8 people at a Christmas Party, is that acceptable?  The Nachos aren’t even an army anymore.  All we are is a hangout chat room.  Think about it.  Nowadays, chat is basically just 13-15 year olds cybering each other and it seems like all the owners have sadly accepted it.  Shadow’s given up.  Person’s given up.  Puckley’s given up.  It seems like I’m dying out as well.  Does it intimidate you knowing that no army has ever had a successful positive change since 2009?  Is it intimidating that even Shadow & Person say we can’t fix it?  Or does the pressure make you want to work harder?

The only owner right now who followed their job correctly is Tanner. In this state we are in is worse than it was in Fall of 2009.  It’s even worse than it was in Fall of 2007.  It’s these times of despair that we need to pull ourselves together.  Let’s tell the retired troops that this is our army and we are going to take it back!  Let’s let the world know that we are a Club Penguin Army not a hangout chat room. The owners will not give up on our dream, we will get us to 60+ at events, even more.  This is a new era for the Nachos, let’s make the best of it. Hopefully the Winter Fiesta returns, that will be a major factor in becoming the unstoppable force.  As of right now, we are going to have a time for recruiting this whole week.

Tan Edit: MERRY CHRISTMAS NACHOS!

Aloha! Hades, a Nacho soldier gave me this really great idea, but I added on to it. He told me that the Nacho members would be more active if they were able to lead, so I decided to make a “Members Lead Day” and of course I want the Nachos to be more active, it’s every leaders dream. If this doesn’t work, we’ll try harder to MAKE it work. Mods and owners can lead whenever they want to they have no special day. Sunday will be the day for the members to show us their skills. This will also affect if you get promoted to the next rank, even if it is mod. The day will be all for you and you will be able to lead whenever you want.

I also want to make two other announcement, the Nachos are going to be cutting down on servers since we really don’t need and use all of them. The only servers we are going to have are Fjord, White House, Cloudy, and Blizzard(for tradition). Also,  I will be inactive until Sunday or Monday because I will be in New York City with my family. Tan will be in charge so be good to him and try not to go crazy. I expect a good report from you all.

Hello Nachos it’s your Ambassador 50 Cent 254!  I wanted everyone to know that the Nachos will be having 4 scheduled parties from now until New Years.  The first one will be taking place tonight.  I understand that a lot of you will be gone for the Hollidays so the first party will take place the night before Christmas Eve.  All the necessary information is listed in the poorly written invitation below XD.  We want you to be on Nacho Chat during the party though it is optional since some of our troops cannot access chat.  I also want to let everyone know that medals will be returning back to the Nachos.  I’m assuming either me or Zayer will be in charge of doing them.  For anyone who knows how to record videos it would be appreciated if you can record the party tonight.  Your reward for doing so is an extra 3 medals.

The Retirement of Pwn.

The time has come to retire. There is no respect in this army. I went from 2IC to Highest member rank in 2 weeks. Something is seriously screwed up. I will be back someday. Believe me. So I will save my history for another time. When that time comes, the people listed here will be put again.

Dash A: You are my real life friend. Thank you for creating FRW with me and helping me lead. It was a blast. I know you are not reading this, but thank you.
Zipper: Thanks leading FRW’s rival army!
All FRW troops: You probably aren’t reading this, but thank you. For those of you who don’t know, FRW was my very first army. I created it, and Dash A helped it along by helping me create it.

Hey Nachos its Tan. Today as most of you we faced off against the biggest army in CP, ACP.. Despite the mean comments and things people said to us we still came into this battle thinking we would win. I could not make the first part but I am going to guess it was like the part I made. We had very good tactics but due to us facing ACP we had low numbers due to ACP filling up every room they came in :l. We fought pretty good against ACP but sadly it was a loss, BUT this loss could take us very far. We now know what things we can improve on and WILL improve on. Like I said our tactics were very good today so I do not think we need to work on those. Here are some things we need are good at and need to improve on in my opinion.

Things to improve on

• Numbers

Our numbers averaged around 35 throughout this whole tournament. We need to work even harder and try to get 45.

• Attitudes

Today before the battle I heard numerous troops saying “We’re gonna lose” or “We have no chance” guys you gotta learn that theres always gonna be someone better but that doesnt mean you cannot beat them. Heck, look at David and Goliath for example, David was much much small than Goliath yet he took Goliath down.

• Rules

Today during the battle we had alot of members trying to lead. Members, you do not lead. Leading is for the Leader, hints the name “Lead”er. Also I noticed alot of people are not following the rules on chat. When we kick you for it dont go yelling “ZOMG OBUZE!”That is not abuse it is following the rules.

• Respect

Yes we’ve been over this one alot but it just continues. Some people are just being plain out mean to new members. Are you trying to kill the army? If I see any disrespect to new people its an automatic kick for warning then ban if it continues.

Now we could improve on all of these things it will not be hard. If we improve on these we will be even closer to our goal to get number 1. So just stick with us we are going to be having alot of recruiting and partys. This is a time where we need as much Nachos as we can get.
