Hello everyone it’s 50 Cent 254.  Last night there was an incident on chat where Shad posted some pictures of me supposedly saying bad things about the army.  The situation turned into a long argument eventually turning into a few of the experienced troops stating that if we were a team again we would have reached our goals by now and not have to deal with anymore of this BS.  I know for a fact that I did not say those things about the army while pcing Shad.  For now I think Shad used the chat billy made a few nights ago (looks identical to our chat) in order to impersonate me.  I would also find the fact that we just got out of a civil war against me and Shad hating me suspicious too.  Besides, I’m generally careful about what I say in pc.  Especially to someone like Shad who’s going to use any negative word I say against me.

There is no way to prove either side is innocent.  My question to the troops is “Did this really hurt our army physically or is it something hurting us mentally that is controllable?”  We didn’t have to make it a big deal.  Why not move on?  Last night in the aftermath of the argument me and Tan decided we’ve reached that point where we can’t have this BS go on any longer.  We are an army and we will not tolerate fighting.  If we want to reach a second Golden Age were gonna have to come together.

Now let me go over a few chat rules we will start restricting:

Arguing: You are allowed to protest though it must be peaceful.  If the protest turns into an argument or flame war the person who starts it will be banned anywhere from 1 week to Forever depending on how severe it is.  Anyone who contributes negatively to the argument may also face a less severe punishment.

Swearing: You can say the words ass, damn, or hell though anything worse than that will result in a kick.  You can still swear by bleeping out words (For example: F**k) as long as it’s bleeped out enough.  The second time you swear that day you will be banned for one hour.  Mods and Owners who swear will be warned with a kick after the first offense.  After the second offense they will be stripped from mod/owner for 1 week.  During the night you are allowed to swear though (starting at 8 PM EST).

Retiree Mod Spots: Any retired Nacho who made it to the rank of 2ic or is in the Hall Of Fame is allowed to be a mod.  Any retired troop (exceptions for major army leaders) who does not qualify will not be made a mod.

Rebellions: Even discussing considering rebelling will result in a 24 hour bann.  If you do rebel you will be fired from the Nachos forever.

Hopefully this gets us on the right path.  Of course there are those more responsible for all the commotion within the army than others.  And if those people continue they will be held accountable and punished.
