Joker Edit: Ok, I know you guys have demoted some owners, and already made a poll. Woah, calm down guys. I believe it’s much better not to have polls YET, we don’t know if these guys will be any more active then our current owners. If you do, and not even give them warning they’d most likely rage, and it’d cause a bunch of commotion. So, I suggest having eh sorta of an evaluation. Have them all prove that they’re worth of their owner spot, and if they proved they are worthy, they get to keep their spot. If they don’t, they get demoted, and the leader, and or owners can pick the new owners, or maybe you can have the polls it’s up to you guys.

Hola Nachos, it’s me former Nacho Leader WweFreak123(Joker). Lately, Nachos been eh.. Yeah, not really at their best. Owners are really inactive, members not having much enthusiasm. I’m honestly surprised we’re  still in the top 5. I honestly never really even see an owner online anymore. But here are some of the problems, besides the owners being active (Leaders it’s your job to fix that).

Boring: You guys honestly have the site so dull. All the posts are boring. You’re only posting events, and there’s only the info on the battle on it, no speech, no nothing. If you have the site boring, troops will most likely not check it so often, you have to find a way to make the site more entertaining and such, so our troops can check our site more often, and will know when there are events, and will try to make it, which will increase our size on CP.

Fun Events:You also have to make the event look like it’ll be fun, make it an almost guarantee it will be fun if not guarantee it! If they think the event will be fun they’re obviously going to come. If the type of event you are scheduling you’re like sure it’s a dull event like recruiting we all hate recruiting but we have to do it, you can make a fun event right after the recruiting you can use the Ninja Nacho Games! or something Xat Raids, but only give it to people who work for it? If they don’t make the recruiting event they can’t participate in. Well you’re probably saying “Joker, don’t be an idiot, we can’t stop them from logging on into their Club Penguin account, or we can’t stop them from signing into another Xat.” Course we can’t, we can ban him from Nacho chat though till the fun event is over. He/she won’t really be participating then, now will they?

Spirit: You guys need so much more “spirit” or morale whatever you’d like to call it. You guys can have so little faith at times. You can give up so easily at times. For example, a while ago can’t remember which event, but Talex was like the only owner on, and Billy was dead.. (Not trying to dis either of you.) But you so the little amount of people, and immediately just said “Eh, I don’t think we should go on, we won’t really accomplish anything with these little amount of people” or something similar to that. Well let me ask you something do you think, when Nachos first started they started with 20, 30, 40 troops? Heck no, I know I wasn’t in the Nacho first started and most of you weren’t either, but I’m pretty sure we all know that. If you even recruit 1 more troop, that’s still something! It gets this army 1 troop bigger.

Chat: Other then you guys having a REALLY inactive chat lately, you guys honestly bring perverted, and cussing to whole other level, it times it’s not even funny anymore it just leaves people like “WTF?” as well the abusing you guys abuse sometimes so much it pisses me off, I see Alessa has calmed down with the abusing which is good, but more abusers have popped out. You guys scare away so many troops I have seen so many troops leave Nachos for other armies, due to abusing, being creeped out, due to perrvyness, can’t you guys just wait to be horny till night? You guys can even be horny in the morning. WHO THE HELL IS HORNY THE MORNING? (sorry if this is starting to get you uncomfortable) but as I was saying I’ve seen many troops leave us for other armies and mostly for ACP. ACP it is not funny how many troops we have given ACP. I see so many troops that used to be in Nachos, but now are in ACP, ACP our biggest rivals, we’re basically recruiting for our biggest rivals, and we’re supposed to want to beat them? What the heck? I’m not saying stop cussing, and being pervreted just tone it down..

European troops: Here is the thing, our chat is always dead during the morning, and late at night. We need to bring in more UK troops into Nachos, I know most of you are saying “JOKER, YOU ARE STUPID NACHO EUROPEAN DIVISION NEVER WORKS” Well, here’s the thing, have we really ever even tried..? No, we’ve said we’d bring it back. It can’t be successful if you actually try it. You guys can have early recruiting and fun events every Saturday, and Sunday. Then once the European division is big enough to be on it’s own, we can stop having early recruiting every weekends, and just have it every now and then.

Stickies: You guys sticky way too much posts, You don’t need that if you do troops won’t get to see all the posts, I suggest not sticking post just use the Alert Box! I installed on Nacho Chat.

Now, I’d just like to help you our on your ranks. You guys have just had owner evaluations by Person, but it hasn’t been working out too good.

The leaders are fine, I’d just like to say Oberst you need to be a bit more active (not trying to dis you, you’re my bro), I’m not really seeing you then again I’ve rarely been on lately, and owners make more inspirational posts, to keep the armies morale up.

Secons in Commands, where the hell are you guys? I haven’t really seen any of you at all, Carly I believe you’re grounded I don’t know, get more active lead more events.

Third in Commands, Fido I understand why I don’t see you, you’re in UK, and well school started so I don’t see you, you can be a big help on trying to bring in some UK troops, Billy eh I want to see you lead more on CP. Same with you lead more on CP, you and the second in commands are supposed to be controlling chat, rarely any of you are ever on.

I’m not going to do the same thing I did with the owners I’m just going to give a list of mods I believe who should be demoted.

People I believe should be demoted: Pwn, J boy, Ark (Jk ), Harvin, Rabo, Crash (I believe he retired), Lootking, Vince, and Cheeze Nacho

Reason I suggest demoting these guys is simple, they’re rarely active, or not active at all, and well Crash I believe is retired, he was very active though. You guys need to give out promos to a troop every month. It took me atleast 4 months for me to even get my FIRST promo, they need a promo every single promo day, they have to know the value of a promo, and the value of getting mod, there’s some people who get it in like 5 months what the hell?

Also, Pie, Person gave you the job to be the leader of the mods yet you’re more at ACP chat then on Nacho chat, ACP chat is a pretty cool place, but Nachos is your main army, I want to see you on more on Nacho chat, the other time during a Nacho event you were at ACP chat, but not on Nacho chat. What the heck, bro? Not trying to make you look bad you’re one of my bros, but that’s not acceptable.

I guess that’s it, I hope you guys actually listen to this advice. Now here’s a song just forthelulz
