The Nachos have had a long, overwhelming journey. The Nacho Army started in the year 2006 and is still going on strong today, six whole years later. I know some of you complain that we aren’t as good as the past. I understand that. We have fewer troops than what we used to have and we seem to care less. Our laziness and poor size right now marks a spot in CPAC’s top ten as sixth. I want to see MAJOR improvement.
Start by chat recruiting every day. Go on Riffy, Rockhopper tracking chats, etc. Any Club Penguin chats would work. Try talking to the “noobs” first. First private chat them saying “Hello”, just to get their attention. Then move on to persuading them to join the nachos. Ask if they would like to join the army. Be polite. If they say no, move on to a new person. If they say yes, link them to the join page (nachoarmy.net/join) and our chat (xat.com/nachos). Recruiting at least two people a day would make a huge difference to this army. It’s actually easier to recruit on Xat than it is to recruit on Club Penguin. (1 medal method)
The alternate way to recruit is on Club Penguin. Make sure to recruit with your buddies there because two is better than one. Say things like, “Join the nacho army!” “Go to our sight!” and “join the red/orange team”, “Turn red for Rockhopper”, to attract even more people to join. Plus, wear your sombreros and red cars if you have them! People are constantly asking where we get our hats so you can say, “Join the nacho army for the sombrero!” (1 medal method)
Besides Club Penguin and Xat, you can recruit in other places too. Be creative. A long time ago we used Chobots. Maybe you can do some Youtube recruiting. Advertising on your army’s site is a great way to bring people. (1 medal method)
I would also like to talk about the future of the Nachos. I know we aren’t doing so well right now. Recently we got a change in leadership and 3ics, which caused a lot of controversy. We are doing the 4-3-2 method. Our new leaders are Dash, Oberst, Chrisi, and King. (Acronym is D.O.C.K) Our 2ics are Fido, Beeky, and Zak. Zak was dropped to 2ic because he’s going to be inactive this month. Our 3ics are Joker and Harry Joe. Luc was demoted for inactiveness. Some of you on chat like to say a bunch of crap to me like, “DASH, THIS OWNERSHIP SUCKS.” Well, I’m sorry, but these owners are finalized now and there is nothing you can do about it. 😆
The picture below is exactly how I feel. We have gotten lazy, I hate to admit it. Some of you are busy being horny instead of going on Club Penguin.
For now on we are going on Club Penguin every day to improve our sizes, tactics, and timing. Get on Club Penguin faster! It’s annoying to have to wait for everyone to get on, which has been taking up to 20 minutes. Also, pay attention to the tactics. We are doing late responses. Our sizes have been suckish. Do you guys not realize that we can have more fun on Club Penguin if everyone gets on? We can do cool transformations and tactics then. I have a lot of cool ideas planned, but we can’t do them if we have sizes of 15+. That’s unacceptable. We should be averaging 30+ per event.
I know we can rise again. We just have to be positive and keep striving to do our best. Stay active, comment on the site, etc. And most importantly, never lose hope. Next time I’m going to aim for a post more than a thousand words. This one has 664, pretty good right. Whoops, now it’s 670.Eh, I better just stop now. Ooh, 677. I’m telling you getting more words is addicting. Anyways, comment your opinions. Tell us what we should approve on. 700 words ftw.

I’m a good liar.
I think we should improve on focusing more on events and cp. Even though I just joined today, I seen you guys fooling around right before the practice battle with DW. I said,” Are you guys logging on?” And they just ignored me until the last minute. That’s the major focus of this army currently. Everyone. Just focus on events and stuff. Don’t fool around and stuff. Listen to your leaders if you want this army to succeed. The troops are the only way armies are alive. So it’s all on you guys whether you want this army to go all the way, or let it die in the dust.

I personally think:
1. The recruiting methods are fine.
2. Maybe if we are so lazy, you might try to motivate us with a prize of some sort besides medals.
3. Onto the owner system.
As controversial as it is, I personally think a 4-3-2 system is okay. But in my eyes we should have a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3 system. Because in the 4-3-2 the new leaders don’t get changed out as much. so if one leader didn’t retire, he’d be there forever if he wanted to. What I’m basically saying is i want to be the new 3ic… Or someone who is more fitted to be appointed this.
Well as i know you will say no, this is my 2 cents.

Really good post Dash, I think we should work really hard do lot’s of chat recruiting, club penguin recruiting all that. And, if we work hard we can get like a ‘treat’ at the end, e.g. movie night. Or what not. But, only for the troops that have stayed active. Because, troops would get excited about the awards at the end and work really hard to get one.

The most full Club Penguin chat is ClubpenguinCP’s chat, I would highly suggest recruiting on there.

We should have more people on CP just patrolling and recruiting on the way, also, maybe if you recruit 2 people you get a medal?

Your problem is a lack of simple inspiration for people to actually log on in CP. I ask for nobody to take this offensively -nobody should- but many Nacho soldiers are not really interested in CP, due to them not being exactly the Club Penguin age range. As time passees, generations pass, and the last generation has passed, if you have no new generation soldiers, might as well just make your self a medium army and mess around on xat.
I think we need more fun events
All of our events are too repetitive. Usually, its invasion/defense, then training, then recruiting. Then it repeats in some order like that. If you just do something besides events, you’ll get some attention.
Nothing’s wrong with the owner system. Its us. I say, let’s create something new. Break that repetition and move on to newer ideas.
We should have everyone in the army recruit five people, at least one of the five people would be active, and it would boost our sizes. We should have some recruiting and tactics every week. We should prepare for the Champions Cup. The tournament should get people to come to battles. We need to win it so we can take our rightful place as number one.
I think if we were to recrute more on xat that we would get bigger, but its all the soldiers falt that they are to lazy to get on cp or another chat. So because of that there should be a punishment, like if your not on cp within 10 min of event you are banned by an owner forever, because its like all ppl do is hang out on chat and call themselves “active” but i could do that on any chat and be “active” so they wont be able to chat on nachos chat unless they get on cp or what ever chat we might be on. and if we fail on cp, (which our chat, and everything else is based on) then we will die and there will be no more nacho chat for ppl to chat on.

We should just declare war on diffrent armies everyday and if we lose, then we lose. Whats is there to be afraid of? Its not like the leaders are gunna let nachos die. If we lose wars and battles etc it might get us more attention, and by that i mean if we show people that we’re not sore losers and we can admit defeat maybe other people will be like ‘I like the sound of this army’ and no i am not saying the nachos are sore losers .-.

The issue with that is wars will not last a day or two, they can last into weeks and we can lose servers.
True but does it have to be over servers? It could be over something else. And yes they can go on for weeks but bring other armies into it and make it more fun some how.

I suggest you start getting harsh. Start demoting/firing if you catch people on chat not doing shit instead of going to events. Simple, but sooner or later, you’ll start to get people’s attention.
You’re right Dash, our tactics and size have been becoming crappy for the last few weeks. Hopefully we will get more active people.
To solve the tactics problem, we should host a competition to see who can come up with the most original and good-looking (wary) tactic, and the winners should get rewarded.
As for the size, we should have a lot of recruiting sessions and rewards for those who are active.
Oh, and the best idea for rewarding active people is to double promote the highest 3 or 5 (or whatever number you want) medal holders if they are below second mod.
Good Post Dash! I agree with everything on this post! I recruit on Riffy8888 and thecptrackers a lot. I do be VERY Polite, but they either don’t listen, they don’t ever asnwer PC, or they are just plain nasty. I will keep on trying though. About getting on earlier, for every event I go to I am 20-30 minutes EARLY. Yesterday for example, the 2:00 PST event, I was there 30 minutes early. There was only one Nacho other then me. (which I just then recruited) I went onto chat and said ” EVERYONE GET ON! EVENT IN 6 MINUTES!” And NOBODY listened. Somebody even said to me, ” we don’t have to listen to you. You arn’t leader or even close.” I don’t care WHAT rank I am. I just want the Nacho Army to look better on CP, and I don’t like seeing the Nachos 6-10 minutes late to events. About the leadership, I understand that we are going through tough times with the changes going on right now with the Leaders, 3ic, 2ic, etc. I actully think you guys are doing pretty good counting that.
