Hey Nachos!

This was our first week for the UK Division reformation, and I am reasonably pleased with the results. I will be making one of these posts each Saturday to summarise the week and outline goals for the upcoming week of hard work. Please continue reading.

This week we had a total of 2 events. I had originally scheduled 3 but Beeky cancelled the last one on Friday.

 Tuesday – Training Event #1 

Our first event for the week started off great. Our goal for this event was to get 2 or more troops online and we exceeded this – maxing 6 and averaging 5. Our tactics were splendid, near perfection each time! However, we could have worked on being more active on the chat during the event, and being more responsive on CP when we do word tactics in particular.

Thursday – Training Event #2

The second event, however, was disappointing even though we got similar results to the first. We maxed 6 and averaged 5 with decent tactics. However, we had over 10 troops on the chat, most of which were AFK. This is absolutely not acceptable and will be addressed in the next weeks.

Overall Evaluation

Overall, we have had a decent week but punctuality needs to be addressed! Therefore, I have set the following goals for this week:

• Have three UK events.
• Reach sizes of 6 troops or more in each of these three events.
• Recruit 5 more UK troops.

Let’s try our best to achieve these!
