Hey Nachos!

This week was the second week in the UK/EURO Division reformation. I am extremely pleased to say that this week we saw a huge improvement from last week. We’ll be back to normal in no time! 😛

First, let us remind ourselves of the goals set last Saturday. Did we achieve them?

• Have three UK events.
• Reach sizes of 6 troops or more in each of these three events.
• Recruit 5 more UK troops.

We did have 3 UK events this week, but we only got more than 6 troops in two of them. Altough we didn’t recruit exactly 5 UK troops, there have been many new faces on the chat at UK events.

Monday – Event #1

On Monday we logged on for the first event of the week, maxing and averaging 6 troops. As well as getting a better size than last week, this whole event flowed a lot better with tactics being 5/6 every time.

Tuesday – Event #2

Tuesday saw our best UK event to date under the new leadership. We maxed and averaged a size of 8 penguins with 7/8 doing the tactics each time. This is a great improvement that I hope we can keep going next week.

Wednesday – #3

Wednesdy’s event was a complete failure and I take full responsibility for it. I couldn’t make it due to personal reasons and so Guitar logged on with 2 others giving us a max of 3 penguins online. Obviously I hope that this will not happen again but it couldn’t be helped, so we will have to work through this. 

Evaluation

So, overall, I can gladly say that we have substantially improved from last week (Week 1). Both numbers and the running of the events this week were much better and the goals set last Saturday have been completed to a moderate extent. Well done UK division!

The goals for this upcoming week are:
• Have 3 UK events
• Get a size of 10 at one of these events.
• Get 8 or more at each event.
• Recruit 5 new UK troops.
• Have a full chat before each event.
