The Talex Doctrine

In order for the Nacho Empire to have a clear sentiment on the issue of foreign armies recruiting and auto typing on Nacho servers, this doctrine has been created.

For now and ever more, any foreign armies recruiting on an server controlled by the Nacho Empire will be seen as a raiding force. This raiding force will be seen as an act of war.  Henceforth, the servers controlled and occupied by the Nacho Empire will no longer, and will never be used by a foreign army for their recruiting benefit.
