The Following Post Is The Banishment of ALL Hacking in Club Penguin Warfare/Xat Chats/Wordpress Sites

Hacking, under Federal Law is illegal, and the maximum punishments are a $100,000 fine, up to 30 years in jail, and Loss of electronic privledges. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall ANY hacker in the Club Penguin Warfare community be an exception to Federal Law. If you do any of what is below, you are subject to any punishment. Hacking can be identified as the following:

• Using a script/anything, to create any form of Bots in Club Penguin. (Formation Bot, Copy Bot, etc.)
• Hack into another person’s Club Penguin account and ban them.
• Hacking xats/days on Xat’s chats.
• SCAMMING PEOPLE on Xat chats
• Hacking the password for an Xat chat, and resetting it to take over
• Hacking into somebody’s Xat account
• Hacking someone’s WordPress password, and getting into their account
• Deleting a wordpress you do not own
• Deleting posts/pages on a wordpress, when you were not authorized to do so. (Ex. You betray your army and delete every post/page on the site, or you hack a wordpress and delete the pages/posts)
• Actually hacking into the person’s computer, and doing anything harming them.

Any person with morals, knows what hacking is. Hacking under a form that is not listed above, and claiming you did not know it was hacking, is unacceptable. You’re legally classified as mentally retarded if you hack and don’t know it’s hacking.

Punishments for hacking in Club Penguin Warfare/Xat chats/ WordPress sites:

• Death, One month suspension from armies you are ranked in, or being fired. Punishment severity is determined by Leaders of the army.
• Spending a night with Oagal- War being declared on that army, by armies that have agreed to this document.

• Being whipped, Being banned from all armies possible. (Depends if hacking was EXTREME. Ex: Deleting the ACP site)
• Hacking is the worst thing you can do in Club Penguin Warfare, and you will most likely be banned forever on Club penguin.
• The hacker may have a hearing, with a court of the Major Army Leaders. (Person1233, Akabob22, Ltshaqcena10, Linkin55, Boomer20, Lots of Pie, Potatoes4,Wurburt45348, Kyle Cease, Iceyfeet1234, Spaceybirdy, Wii Mountain, Pringle64, Woton, Ganger90) Their decisions are final. There must be enough evidence for a trial.
• If the Federal Government actually gets involved, You = Screwed.

I was pretty disappointed by the outcome of the “fun” sheep patrol. We made our “signature line” but, no, some Nachos REBELLED. There was a noob who said “NO DONT GO STAY HERE,” and some actually LISTENED. You only listen to the Nacho Leaders (Z Person Man, Ltshaqcena10, Linkin55, Akabob22) . We need to improve in lines, so for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, we will be having random training sessions. I will be expecting 20+ on Club Penguin within 2 minutes of me announcing that we are having a training session. We need to get back, because now when I say spam-charge, only 15/40 people say it. It used to be 30/40. We need to look like bots again, where we say the exact same things so fast that we actually look like a bunch of bots.

One reason why we sucked on CP was because of some distractions on chat. People were having side-conversations while we were on CP! I’m sorry, but we need to have order and focus during training/battle/patrols. When I give a command, DON’T TALK OVER IT ON CHAT! In order for us to stay awesome, we have to be excellent at following commands. One more thing, THE MODS HAVE TO DO SOMETHING! I’m doing all the moderating on chat during a battle. That is very distracting, since I have to lead, kick, ban, guest??? That is what the moderators are for. On Nacho chat, DON’T USE VULGAR CURSE WORDS! During battles is what I’m mainly talking about, because it’s just disgraceful. This is kind of a venting post about what’s wrong, and what needs to be fixed. We are no where near falling, but what’s going on now is a formula for an army falling. Which is why it WILL be fixed. I’ve worked 7 months in this army to get it up, and I’m NOT going to let it fall.

If the Nachos were to fall, then . . . No, nevermind. The Nachos WON’T fall.

Note: Yes, we are neutral in the war hexagon. (RFW-ST-IMAF-UMA-Golds-ACP) We can not help our allies, the RFW, because of their invasion on the UMA, and one of their soldier’s inappropriate acts. We are neutral with ACP, which is why we are neutral in this war.

I think it is best that ACP remain neutral from this point on

I am here to apologize for being disrespectful towards Abercrombe29. I’ve deleted Flarry Jerry’s video, deleted the inappropriate sexual thrusting image, and any other disprespectful image of Aber in my photobucket. I am willing to accept any punishment. I am sorry for my actions, ACP. It was a shameful thing for me to do.

Also, It’s obvious that your chat is not mature enough to handle anything I say, therefore we can not be allies if I can’t communicate with the ACP without ACP legends coming on, calling me a “fag,” defending myself, then high ranks shouting “BAN PERSON.”

Instead of a patrol, you wear the sombrero, and the SHEEP COSTUME while saying funny things and parading through the server! It will be whacky and fun XD For this patrol, wear this,  or just a sombrero and a sheep costume:

Don’t get too close to the dragon though, they LOVE sheep o_o

Ok, what really happened with the Jcapp64 situation was this:

• When the Nachos declared war with ACP, Jcapp sided with ACP (Which around 10 Nachos also did)
• He decided to get his army against the Nachos as well in an attempt to beat us
• We ended the war, but Jcapp never got the chance to “un-declare war”
• I saw the Blue Cowboy Website and only saw him declaring war, so he was fired

It was an honest misunderstanding between both, and now Jcapp’s rank is being given back. Welcome back to the Nachos Officer Jcapp64, and welcome a new ally to us, the Blue Cowboys ! They are now an ally of us, so if you wanna join, go ahead.
