First I wanna say that I am back in Nachos-as Nacho Co Leader.

I wanna also bring to your attention that ACP and IW are gonna invade Mammoth. Even though IW were one

of the ones that said that is was neutral, mabey a little hypocritical, you tell me.

In Shaboomboom’s post he says the Nachos “claimed to take it from them” and he is saying ACP will “win” it back.

I believe it is very comical that ACP is trying to make us look like we are “server hungry”

Keeping Mammoth neutral was a basic core belief in the highyl intense alliance we had. ACP previously were not in favor of this, saying that they were not like their past leader, Oagalthorp.

Mabey, just mabey ACP us more of an Oagalistic principle based army then we though..

As a opinionated Nacho Co Leader, I believe it is our job to stick by the treaty, but as a democracy, you choose if we should go to war with ACP(In the comments below)

Person: ACP really make me sick! They honestly think they will not be defeated (Well OagalDork). They used a slightly new Nacho’s comment against us saying ACP is bigger than us. ACP will not defeat the Nachos! ACP are cocky, rude, and have never treated the Nachos with any respect. Even as leadership has been passed down, Oagalthorp influences ACP leaders to treat the Nachos like crap. I’m sick of it. It’s finally time we get our revenge we deserved ever since Oagalthorp called us “Chips!” ACP, it’s time to die!(or get defeated in a game where all you can do is throw snowballs O_O) Lets finally destroy ACP and stop being insulting by them! Fellow Nachos:    Probably most of you are tried of talking about this government system. I have read and listened to your comments you have left about the government. Most of you liked the government idea but did not like the idea of it being are ranking system also. So we will be keep the same ranking system and their will be promotions instead of just electing. Also Governors and Mayors are still Governors and Mayors of their servers they were elected to. Their are few new corrections to the government system. So take a look at them. Everyone please leave a comment telling what you think about the system with the corrections. It will become are new government if all the Nachos agree on it. Please read all of it.

Government System:

In the Nacho Government there are 3 leaders. These 3 leaders will be elected by the Nachos in a poll. Once elected, these leaders can only be removen from their position by majority of the Nachos wanting that leader impeached or that leader quits or retires after his/her year of leadership. In the Nacho government the 3 leaders branch into 3 basic things leaders do. The Field Commander Leader Handles battles, War Tactics and also teaches lower ranks the basics of Nacho battling and Nacho strategies. The Field Assistant, the Field Commander’s assistant helps the Field Commander make strategies and helps teach lower ranks the basics. He/She also fills in when the Field Commander is absent. The next branch is the Foreign Relations. The Foreign Relations Leader keeps track of other armies and what they are doing. He/She also makes alliances with other armies and tries to keep the alliance together. The Assistant Secretary helps the Foreign Relations Leader make alliances and fills in when he/she is absense. The other branch is the Head Of Special Services. The Head Of Special Services Leader is in charge of firing people, puting people on probation, and holding a court session to decide the bad Nacho’s fate. The Head Of Special Services is also in charge of the Secret Operations. Lawyers-

• Nachos that try to defend that Nacho who was convicted of a crime. Any Nacho may sign up to be a Lawyer be reguest or asking

Governors and Mayors:

The Governors and Mayors are in charge of the 4 Nacho servers are responsible for everything that goes in the Nacho server. The Governor of each server is suppose to send daily patrol groups through their server for protection. If an enemy is spotted in a Nacho server. That Governor most tell a Nacho Leader and keep the enemy from invading. The Governor may also send recruiting parties and do other fun things whenever they would like. The Governor may create a website to keep Nachos and leaders updated what’s happening on the server. The Mayor of the server may assist the Governor in whatever he is doing and fill in when the Governor is absent.

High Senate:

All the people who have a job in the government including Governors and Mayors consisits of the Nacho High Senate. The Nacho High Senate doesn’t have as much power as the Nacho Senate.

Senate:

The Nacho Senate consisits of the people who do not have a job in the government. In the Nacho Senate they may discuss whatever they think the Nachos should to do or make a suggestion. Everything in the meeting will procide over to the High Senate.

Mammoth is once again Neutral and so is the Nachos and Acp. I know it was a short war and most of you were looking foward to a war, but Acp decided Mammoth would just stay Neutral for now. Also the Acp said they would also take care of Oagal. Then I also know that most of you wanted war because everything has really just boring right now. Maybe we can set up a Practice War with Acp sometime. I think it would be fun. The Nacho Leaders will talk to the Acp Leaders to see if we can set something up sometime soon.

I’d like to thank all the Nachos who helped out in this battle today. I would also like to thank our allies, the Uma and the IW who helped out in this little war over Mammoth. We had great team work. We truely showed, when we work together, we are impossible to beat. It was a lot of fun. We truely showed who we were today Nachos. I think we definitely out battled Acp. Great Job Nachos! Everyone who came to the War today gets 1 medal.

If Acp decides to invade and take over Mammoth again. Nachos and their allies will probably declare war.

Well it’s about that time of year again, War with ACP! 😆 .

That isn’t the reason why we will be going to war with ACP. Over the SUmmer, Mammoth was declared neutral. For all army’s sake. The ACP has broken the ANTA treaty and decided that it isn’t neutral, and they can take it. Will we stand for this? NO! The ACP has looked down on every army since after WWIII. They look down at us like we’re scum. ACP’s gotten their time to shine, but their tyrrany rule is going to be over! The following armies have banded together to take down ACP!  The ACP isn’t prepared for war, we will finally destroy the Opressing Green Menace.

UMA, Nachos, Ice Warriors, WW, and RBAA. We can stop ACP’s unjustices.

Hey, I guess I got to leave.

Well..I all the “new gov” thing was a suggestion. So the ppl can vote on it, I by no means were trying to force the Nachos to do it.

All I wanted to do was make the Nachos great, I thought the new gov would. But the Nachos are a team, so when some ppl have suggestions you discuss and find an even better way to make good things happen.

I am retiring, Nachos listen to your leaders they know what’s best. It just kinda sucks, since I spent over a year in the Nachos and I am being practically kicked out, I don’t hate you guys..I want the best for ya.

Linkin edit: I had no right at all doing this. I was thinking about this last night. I relized it was actually a stupid hearltess thing to do. I went beserk last night for no reason at all. Nyg if you would like I wll bring you back but not only to “Supervise” but to Lead. If it means I have to step down I will, because this was stupid. We do need a change. I am really, really, really… sorry. Anyways what have I done here? Just sit around go to battles? Nyg your doing somthing that will change us, which I could problay never do because of me being I guess you can say too “Soft” because its hard to tell people no… I don’t really have Leadership skills at all. I mean I will still be around and I can help, but idk if I will be totally “in” the Nachos-like not on the rank page. I am also happy you see change is needed. The change I was trying to bring is one were more battles happen, and armies in general are so much fun, since armies are kinda getting boring. Change is never easy, and it is risky, but the ending result will make you happy.  Also, how in the heck can you say you have no leadership skills?! Mine weren’t necassirly better, I just knew what I had to do.

I’m tired of this whole thing going on with Jojo and Nyg. Kiss your asses goodbye. I’m standing up to you guys because im sick of this whole thing. If I get demoted… ok… if I get fired… yeah… It will suck. But im doing what is actually best for us. The whole Goverment thing was stupid. Our ranks are fine. But ill take in that Leader election, to me that doesn’t sound half bad. Sorry Nyg and Jojo but im fed up with you 2. I let it go in the begining but its gotten out of hand. And doing this whole civil war thing won’t make us go back to the way we used to be. It’s just making it worse. Nyg you were a good friend, but im standing up for once and fighting for what is right.

Anyways our Free for all is tomorrow. Here are the details.

Edit: Governors keep their job, they will have incentives as well.

I guess you guys been unhappy with those main three issues in the Nachos right now.

Aka did inspire the leader positions for that government Jojo made-not in a bad way. He will most likely stay in Nachos. Mabey the Nachos people want him out, but the leaders feel a strong sense of urgency to let him stay, which is cool. Unless he does something, that is really questionable, then leaders will have to have a poll and see what the people think, same goes with all people with high influence.

Elections:

Elections for Nacho positions will only happen if the Nacho people ratify(agree) on it after it is fully edited. If there are high rank positions, we will regulate who runs, so a trooper won’t take a head generals position-that means you.  Elections for leaders will only happen with the same leaders and maybe 1-2 people added(congress/senate needs to agree on that).

New Government:

This is the original copy idea of Jojo’s idea

The Nacho people must ratiy it, but change is needed, so keep giving feed back..I personaly think more ranks should be added. We must think about the high ranks, but the low ranks are part of the Nachos too, they have a right as well

Nacho High Senate:

I think it is safe to say a lot of “scandals” have revolved around the Nachos High Senate(HS)-such as Person demoted, etc.

But this senate is also a good way to help get decisions PRESENTED to the public, or make quick vital decisions.

The Nachos HS should stay, but some of the power might need to go. You decide

Fellow Nachos:  Everything is going well in the Nachos right now. There are no disputes and everyone is getting along. All the people who were taken off the website for a while have been put back on the website as an Admin/Editor/Author. Currently right now we aren’t doing to much, but on Saturday we are entering Uma’s Free For All Battle, all over the server Sherbert with tons of other armies! It should be a lot of fun. Here is all the information:

When: November 8th

Time:

•  12:00 Pacific 
• 1:00 Mountain
• 2:00 Central
• 3:00 Eastern

Where: Sherbert, All over.

Get ready Nachos, there will be 15 armies plus in this battle! Also remember to have fun!

Please show up to the battle atleast 15 or 30 Minutes early so we can recruit a little before having the battle, and please leave a comment on this post saying that you can be there or not. Thank you.

As most of you have seen already. We are thinking about making a new government layout. From looking at the comments it seemed like you guys didn’t really understand the layout too much. I’ll try to explain it a little more thorough so it makes sense to you.

Read  ALL  Of This Carefully!

Main Idea:

In the Nacho Government everyone has a say. Everyone has a job a to do. The Nachos, only Nachos may run for ANY job they would like. All these jobs will be elected by the Nachos for the Nachos. Everyone has equal power.

Elections:

All these jobs will be elected by the Nachos in a poll. Anyone in the Nachos may run for ANY job. During the election period. Leaders will keep their jobs until the elections are over. If you were elected to be in charge of your job, you can run for a 2 spot terms meaning you can only run for however long terms in office are decided. Then you are elected again in the election period. After your second year in office is up you have to wait another election before you can run again (This is for any job). These jobs will last until A) However long terms in office are decided OR B) the Nachos call for another election period.If we are at war and election periods are going on. Election periods will be postpowned.

War:

Everyone in the Nachos will vote whether or not to go to war, unless it’s a very serious war.

Each Positions Job:

Field Commander- Handles battles, War Tactics

Foreign Relations-  Keeps track of other armies and what they are doing. Makes alliances

Head Of Staff(Judge)-  In charge of firing people, puting people on probation, and holding a court session to decide the bad Nacho’s fate

Senators(x3)- Keeps the website updated, helps other leaders with their jobs, and helps with recruiting sessions and parties. All 3 Senators will all have one account on the website.

Generals(x3)-  3 Generals. Same powers as the Field Commander but only when assigned or Field Commander is absent. The 3 Generals are also in charge of the 4 Nacho servers and the 2 Nacho Embassies. 2 Generals are in charge of 2 servers. The other General is in charge of 2 embassies.

Ambassador(x2)– 2 Ambassadors. Same powers as Foreign Relations, only when assigned.

Justices(x3)- Help Head Of Staff make decisions. Fills in his absense. There will be only 3 Justcies.

Pic Editors, Vid makers- This isn’t a job, it’s just natural, but anyone with these skills can help Senators at request.

Captains- Appointed by the Generals and Field Commander. A Nacho soldier, but has the same rights as every other Nacho or higher rank. May run for any of the jobs as listed above.

Troopers/Soldiers- A Nacho soldier, but has the same rights as every other Nacho or higher rank. May run for any of the jobs as listed above.

Generals:

The 3 Generals are in charge of the 4 Nacho servers and the 2 Nacho Embassies. 2 Generals are in charge of 2 servers. The other General is in charge of the 2 embassies.

NOTE: The Generals are basically the New Governors. The old Governors are not the Governor of their server any more and the Mayors are also not Mayors of their server any more. Sorry, but you old Governors and Mayors can run for General though!

Promotions:

In this system. There won’t be anymore Promotions. The only way you can get a better rank is by being elected. This way everyone is equal and everyone isn’t obsessed about being promoted.
