Hola Nachos,

For the past two weeks since our most recent war has ended, our overall activity has declined significantly.  It is usually expected for activity and troop size to slightly decline following a long war, and being experienced leaders as we are, we knew that which is why we wanted to focus on recruiting after the war.  Unfortunately, so it seems, many of the leaders and other owner ranks have not been as active as expected and were unable to properly lead the recruiting process, thus leading to further inactivity of the army.

I, for one, take the blame partly due to me not being as active as I once was before.  And to be honest, although indirectly, I figured it would be a way to slowly let my influence fade and let the other three leaders take over that prominent role I held.  I actually did plan on retiring within a week or two, but that idea has obviously been discarded now.  I cannot leave if we’re in an unstable state or more so that my presence is still needed.  I will just figure out a way to lead from afar (in a way) when I’ll have an extended absence for two weeks which is coming up very soon.

With that being said, it looks like I will be leading into the summer for a time, and since that is the case, we need to begin rebuilding right now before the summer begins.  And once summer begins, we will already be on top  and ready to dominate even more.  Actually, I plan and we will need to back in shape as our previous war form before I leave on my extended break which is two weeks.

So in other words, you get to party with me in the summer! 😀

A two week plan to become that army of dominance once again.  Two weeks… we can do that; we will do that.  It’s quite simple really, and we’ve actually already done it once whether you realized it or not.  However, for it to happen in two weeks, I need your help, and I need your best effort from you and for you to be as active as you can.

• Rank Reform: This is being done currently, and all inactive soldiers are being removed from the ranks.  This also includes reform in the mod and owner ranks and those who are inactive will be demoted without question.
• Fun Events: No more of the same old events like “recruiting” and “training.”  In a way, we’ll still be training, but we’ll actually be introducing new and different events that should be more fun (for real, this time). i.g. Pizza Parlor Raids[NEW], Timed Campaigns[NEW],  U-Lead, Seek & Destroy[NEW], Creation[NEW], Practice Battles. More to come.
• Contests: For real, this time too.  Expect an igloo contest later this week. Plus, more contests for the weeks following.
• Weekly Awards: Nacho of the Week, Best Recruiter, Most Active Soldier, Best New Tactic, Moment of the Week, Picture of the Week, Funniest Moment. More to come possibly.  Receiving an award each week increases your chance of a promotion x2 – receive an award all 4 weeks – promotion guaranteed.
• Friday Night is Game Night: Starting now, it is. I need a few people to be in charge of this.
• Recruiting Squad: Daily recruiting on Sleet. I need several people to be in charge of this.

If you have any other ideas, please let me know.

Hopefully, all of that, we’ll help the army grow and be more fun too! 😀

In no way do I think we have fallen.  The troops are still definitely there; we just need to bring back the activity and renew the constant cycle of bringing in new soldiers.  We are only taking the necessary action which should prove to be very beneficial.

As for the top ten this week, purposely I’ve kept us out of it.  Not for any reason against CPAC, but more so because we hardly had any events this week.  (And speaking of that, ANY owners if I do not schedule the events for the week… please do schedule something for the whole week; don’t be lazy).  In reality, we’d probably be 4th or 5th (like it really matters though) seeing as we had 20-25 in two events this week, and a solid 15 in a UK event.  Frankly, I don’t care about the top ten, but for many of you, I know it does, so let not even being in it serve as motivation to be in it next week in a position that is up to the Nacho standard.  May it be embarrassing to you. All I know, 20+ is definitely not our standard.

In summary, get active, and let’s become the army that we know we are.  Fun times surely await when everyone is active and contributing.

Finally, we get to have our battle against the HSA!  I hope you’re all excited and ready as I am!  This will be an intense and exciting battle, so I hope you can all come as we’ll definitely need all the Nachos we get!  We’ll need to bring our best game this Sunday, so we’ll need to try to pull our normal 40+ troops.  I’m relying on you and your fellow soldiers and friends are relying you too to try your best to be there!

Hola Nachos!

Well, I’m not too sure what people are trying do around here anymore, but we need an event for Saturday, and I’m surprised no would have the sense to schedule one.  Regardless of the outcome, we do need the event in order to prepare for our big practice battle tomorrow against the HSA.  We need to pick up the intensity again, Nachos, as we seem to have lost all of that during my absence.  Right now, we need everyone to contribute and begin working together again.  Our goal is to get 35+ Nachos tomorrow, but really we should be expecting that.  We need to get back on track immediately, Nachos.  It’s your choice.

Edit: Xat should be fixed completely later tonight, so just be patient.

Unfortunately, we are going to have to postpone today’s battle with the Hot Sauce Army due the xat server being down, and everyone having problems connecting to the chat.  It is not only our chat today that is having problems; it is all of the xat chats including HSA’s.  Perhaps, we can reschedule another battle with the HSA next week.  I’m sorry that it has to be that way as I know we were all looking forward today.

On another note, I have a lot of fun things planned for next week!  I should have all the events for next week out soon! 😀

Hola Nachos!

Today, we had a great recruiting and training session!  It was a fun event, and we were able to pull off some great sizes reaching up to about 35 Nachos at one point while averaging 25-30 Nachos throughout the occasion.  It was a great way to prepare for our big battle tomorrow against the Hot Sauce Army!  Thanks to everyone who came today! Keep up the great work, and let’s keep on rising!

Unfortunately, today was our great friend and Nacho Ace Fireken6’s last event as a Nacho.  We thank you for your tremendous loyalty to the Nachos and all of the many things that you helped us achieve, Ace!  We’ll definitely miss you!

Hola Nachos!

A chill kind of week

The weekend is finally here! 😀 After a pretty laid back week, we plan to pick up the action over these next two days!  It hasn’t been much of an exciting week so far with mainly recruiting occurring, but I’d like to thank you all for your great efforts in recruiting and congratulate everyone on a job well done! Recruiting is definitely a vital part to being a successful army!

We Need You!

Unfortunately, right now, the overall activity of the army seems to be down, notably with troop inactivity.  When people become inactive, the army cannot function properly, and we cannot perform at the success rate that we have been doing.  We truly do need every soldier here, and all of the skills that you provide to us. As proven many times, it is only when everyone is contributing and doing their role in the army is when we can be successful and at the level we all want to be.  We absolutely do not expect you to be here all the time or to make every single event that we have as that would be ridiculous; we all have lives, and we’re all busy and have other and better things to do. This is merely for fun, and a place where you can have a good time with your friends and work together on building on a great army.  It should all be in good fun, but with that being said, may I also remind you of this: your fellow friends and troops are relying on you here to continue to do your role.  Without you, we cannot be the same army we want to be.  With you, we are the best army in Club Penguin.

Yeah, you see all those penguins? That’s what we will be in a few weeks. ;D

We are in a time of no war, so we have many ways to utilize our time.  The first, of course, is to have fun and doing whatever that may be. Second, we have to grow and expand the size of our army, so we can maintain our status of dominance. We are setting our goal right now to reach 50+ Nachos and eventually up to 60+ soon, so it should be fun to see how we progress as move toward our goal.  We definitely have the number of troops, so the goal is certainly within reach!  To reach that goal though, we must all come together now and do our part in the army by being active and attending events!

As for future events, we have many fun and great things planned! Here’s a quick glimpse at what to expect!

• Fun Contests! (including an igloo contest, story book contest, certain dress-up themes, a scavenger hunt on the website, games on Club Penguin (sled racing, find four tournament, anyone? 😉 ), games on chat, and really anything else you want to do!  It’s your army! 😀
• New/Updated Pages! I’ve already added a few new pages (War Pics-2007-2013 and Funny Pictures), but I plan to further update some of the new ones. I’ll keep you updated. If you have any ideas for a new page just comment and let me know!
• New Site Graphics! Well, we have already done this really, but you should see a few more new designs popping up soon around the site.
• Lots of NEW Events! We’ll have the typical things still, but be expecting new types of events that will be a lot of fun! I’m still working through a few ideas, but if you have any more ideas, just comment!
• More coming soon! 😉

It’s go time, Nachos! Let’s have some fun today and tomorrow and reach our goals for each event!  I hope to see you all there!

Chrisi; Well done guys. One and a half years on, and we’re still unbeaten.

Hola Nachos!

The war with the Army of Club Penguin is now officially over, and this time it is final! The ACP has surrendered to the Nachos, and we settled on the terms of the surrender which can be seen below.

• ACP surrenders the war to the Nachos. Nachos win.
• Nachos keep all conquered servers from the ACP; Snow Fort, Klondike, Snow Globe, Alpine, and Down Under.
• Nachos get a banner that leads to the Nacho website on the ACP website on the sidebar until May 27, 2013. (Banner placed in same exact spot agreed upon in treaty discussions).
• ACP may not step a foot on any Nacho server (without a Nacho leaders consent) or declare war until May 27th. Doing so will cause ACP to lose all of their servers to the Nachos.  Same follows for the Nachos.
• ACP must state on their website that they lost the war to the Nachos.
• Nacho Leaders receive moderator on ACP’s chat until at least the treaty expires (May 27, 2013).
• Breaking any of the terms will result in the ACP forfeiting their entire nation to the Nachos, thus merging into the Nachos.

Congratulations, Nachos!  It was definitely a well earned victory!  For your great effort throughout the entire war, promotions will be released tomorrow!

The war was practically over last week when the ACP surrendered to us after our First Campaign (HERE).  We continued the war with our Second Campaign after learning of the ACP trying to deceive us through the treaty.  Obviously, we made most of our damage to the ACP and had most of our success during the First Campaign as we had a total of 11 victories including conquering Breeze, Snow Fort, Snow Globe, Alpine, and Down Under over two weeks.  Our Second Campaign only lasted one week until we accepted ACP’s surrender where we still managed to add on 3 more victories including another capture of Klondike.  Despite a rough end to the Second Campaign, it was still successful as we managed to get the ACP to surrender, capture Klondike, and drastically improve the terms of the treaty compared to the last one.

Overall, amazing job throughout the war with the Army of Club Penguin, Nachos!  The leaders could not be more proud of all of you and what we accomplished together!  What we have achieved is phenomenal and definitely something that many armies have not ever done!

Now that the war is over, we are going to being moving on to bigger and better things.  I have many great things planned for us to do, so I hope you’re all excited! 😉

Three straight weeks of war is now in the books.  You have witnessed it all, and you’re now a part of history forever.  Let’s continue to make history, Nachos.  It will continue to get better from here! 😀
