About two months ago, many people we under the assumption that every army multi-logged, that there was nothing anyone could do to stop those that multi-logged, and that there would never be any backlash against the people that did it.
Even when caught and faced with undeniable evidence, these people would jump to the next army and multi for them under the same name, ruining another army’s reputation that others had built up before them and tainting them as cheaters. There was a widely held belief that the top 10 was filled with fake troops, false statements of size, flame wars, and traitors everywhere. There was no hope for anyone and many cheered for the community’s destruction, praying that things would not get worse if we just shut down the community all together.
But we never quit.
Every war has been won. We went from one army fighting multiple multi-logging armies to a community-wide revolt against multis as a concept. The Aerate Alliance was formed, and with our brothers and sisters in arms, we marched onward. One by one our enemies dropped, from ceasing to be altogether (SWAT) to joining our cause (NR, formerly DW). Our cause is noble and just. There is no other movement in CP Army history in which you’ve seen the most bitter of enemies fighting against the same issue. It transcends our rivalries and squabbles over territory, and now we are, for once in our 10 year existence, a unified front against a true enemy.
Our enemies, seeing themselves cornered and with nowhere to accept them, have run to their last bastion of hope, the DCP. Eight armies versus one den of liars. Some of these armies are not apart of The Aerate Alliance, but despite our differences we all continue to fight against our one common threat. We, the brave and the valiant atop the hill of triumph, are about to descend into the pits of Hell to vanquish the Devil himself. You may pity those staying to the end to defend what honor their army has left, but by allowing themselves to WILLFULLY be used by the scum of the community, they deserve no mercy.
Come now, one and all, for our final charges into enemy lines. I’ll be at the front, leading the charge. Will you?
