So Cro3000 came on today, and pointed out that the rank of “Warrant Officer” was above the rank of “Lieutenant”. This was horrifying! The rank of Lt is in fact a higher rank than Warrant Officer. So I’ve switched them round. Don’t worry, no one’s actual ranks have been changed, just their names. 

If you were a “Warrant Officer” you are now called a “Lieutenant”.

If you were “Lieutenant” a you are now called a “Warrant Officer”.

We logged on 30 minutes early to a battle that was very fun! It felt distinctly like the good ‘ole days, despite the plethora of “modern” tactics. We originally faced off against some eager Ice Warriors in the Berg pre-battle before attacking ACP troops located in the Snow Forts. Then, we gave it our all against a very powerful IW at the Berg. Our tactics were way more fun! :D. To end the battle we fought in the Pool before ending it in a blob in the Boiler Room. Thank you to everyone who came! And a special thank you to those who stayed on for the whole hour. We maxed 16 and averaged 13-14.

Good work guys, let’s improve on this!

You can cut all the flowers down but you cannot keep spring from coming.

I’d like to speak to you all today as a friend.

Right now, we’re not doing very well. I’ve said it time and time again that as long as we have faith in ourselves, then other people’s words don’t matter. I’ve stuck by that quote throughout my time here and I’ll continue to stick by it until my time here comes to an end.

Our problem is that right now, the Nachos don’t believe in themselves. We’ve lost our passion. Our motivation has all  but disappeared. Our eagerness to log on is long gone and If anything, an event is dreaded because our thoughts trail along the lines of “How embarrassing will THIS event be.” Or, “I wonder if we’ll do more than 5 tactics and then log off this time.”

 The issue lies within the core of this army. Without a leader? We’re used to it. Without owners? We’re vulnerable. Without events? We’re simply not an army. Above all else, Without troops we are nothing. Without your belief, your support and your friendship, we’re just a mediocre, washed out, has-been.  

We need you. We love you. 

We need a change. It’s your decisions that will make a difference. It’s up to you to decide what you want. The clock is ticking and the race has begun. Do you want to save this army?

A wise man once said, “If coming to events becomes more of a chore than something fun to do, you know it’s time to retire.” I agreed with him up until now. Right now? My opinion’s changed. Events won’t be fun unless we decide to make it so. Xat won’t be a place to enjoy yourself and relax unless we decide it is. The Nachos won’t be the Nachos anymore unless WE step up our game.

I’m asking you to have faith in us, in yourselves. We’re not dead. Not yet. We’ve defeated all the odds against us before, so why is now any different?

 We’re going to work our butts off. I for one don’t want this army to die and I know you don’t intend on letting that happen either. We have the best troops in this community. Each and every one of you are a piece to our puzzle that we’ve come to know and love. It’s time for us to take a stand. You all know exactly what I’m talking about.

It’s time to get active at events, if an owner isn’t there? Log on anyway. Just because they have an orange pawn doesn’t make them anymore superior to you on Club Penguin. We’re all equals and it’s time to put that into action. Comment on results posts, give us ideas. Tell me or any other person how you’re feeling. Don’t ever be afraid to speak your mind. It’s not a crime.

Log on for spur of the moment events and have chat raids. Link YouTube videos that make you laugh. TinyChat with one another or submit some of your poems and draw your own Nacho inspired art. Create your own history and make your own name for yourself. Give us critique. Support one another when we’re up and more importantly motivate each when you’re down. 

I’m asking you as a friend to keep your head high and your hopes up. March Madness is in one month. If we can start consistently getting 25 at events? We’ll tear the competition apart. If we recruit, help each other and RELY on one another? We can do anything.

Change starts today. It starts with you and nobody else. We’re damaged, but we’re definitely not broken. Nachos are a family and will continue to be.

A surprise is just around the corner. Will you be there with us to experience the ride?

We’ve fallen, we’ve risen and we’ve fallen again.

Now it’s time to soar.

Hola Nachos!

Welcome to our “Nacho Bowl” – this is a post that’s published every Sunday on our site, in order to update the troops on events and exciting things that have taken place in this great army!

We’ve had quite a plain week here in the Nachos, with some dramatic events thrown in as a side order. As always, our Troop of the Week has been chosen, our Story Competition is underway & we’ve also got some interesting news regarding a couple of surprises around the corner.

Hola Nachos,

Today our AUS Division logged onto Blizzard (full bars) for a bombing practice. We maxed 4 and averaged 4. I was really proud of our troops today cus we pulled out the difficult out greatly. I am a person who doesn’t worry too much on sizes  or anything like that, I know size is great and we are slowly getting bigger but mostly its tactics that really counts. When I can see my force pull out the tasks I thought they could do impossible really well, I find it amazing! Thanks for the people who attended. :3

Hola Nachos,

Today we logged on to flurry (two bar server) for a games event. But of course we did a few tactics before the games. We maxed 3 and averaged 3. Well done for Legofan Cy for winning overall. We also did have the non- armie cp users play with us and they had a really fun time! Thanks for attending troops!!

Hey guys. I have a couple missing assignments in my Math and History classes. Mid terms came out, and my parents weren’t really happy. I’m gonna need to leave Nachos just for a little bit to improve on my grades. But hopefully, since Dark and Chrisi are back, they can kinda fill in my spot. I’ll keep you guys in mind.

Nachos

Nachos and Doritos had a PB on Fjord. The battle ended in defeat for nachos unfortunately. Our size was small today, but our tactics were strong. Nachos maxed 5 and Doritos maxed 15. Nachos met up at the beach, so they could attack DCP in the Town. Nachos then went to the cove, but it took DCP a sec to realize where we went. Almost had to go back to get them, lol.
