Hola Nachos!

Now that Winter Break is over & 2015 has begun, we’d like to see some positive changes in the army with troops enjoying themselves more and stressing about situations less. You guys are by far the most close-knit army in this community and for that reason we want the Nachos to remain that way – STRONG. We thought it would be a nice idea to re-introduce our “Game and Movie” night to bring everyone together and enjoy a night free from events. 

In order for this to happen, we need your opinion on what movie and games you would like to see on chat – for example, bringing in a new “Nacho Game Chatroom” so that attending is optional. We’d also like to know what type of events you’d like to see more of and maybe introduce some new competitions – the choice is up to you! 

We’ve made a few polls for you guys to vote on (You may only vote once in most of these polls). This will give us an insight to what you guys would like to see from us in the near future.

Hola Nachos!

Today we logged onto Crunch [1 bar server] for a tactics/training session. We managed to max a size of 12 Nachos and averaged a size of 10. This is an okay size but we’re hoping to have doubled it by this time next week! Our tactics are progressively improving and people are beginning to have a quicker reaction time on Club Penguin – good job Nachos.

Greetings Nachos,

We logged onto Slushy today to recruit new people among our ranks as well as execute tactics. This event was a little messy due to some people not doing tactics on time as well as side conversations that were distracting troops. But don’t fret. There was some good in this event as well. I am happy to confirm that during this event, we discovered our beloved Viva Los Nachos has been unblocked by Club Penguin. This event’s max was 15 and it pretty much stayed that way the whole time.

As respect for a long time Nacho, Mario988 he requested for me to make him a post. As due for him, here it is.

It has been a great time in the nachos but their is a time and place for everyone. As a sadly retire from the rank of 4ic to sombrero vendor (don’t ask) i will always think of you guys as my family. When the fork in the road comes you want to try something new. As much fun as I had when I embarked on this fun journey from Noob extraordinaire to a loyal and understanding troop I just want to try something new in life. But don’t poop your pants yet. I may return in a time of need. I will always love you guys and will always help when i can. Its not like I’m going away forever. I’ve learned this by the fact that when i was thinking about retiring i didn’t. You know why? Because once a nacho always a nacho. I wish i had time to write more and say thanks personally to all of you but i can’t. I love you guys and you are my home. And for one last time: Viva los Nachos. Hello Nachos! It is time for the long awaited totally not delayed Nacho Awards are ready for action! The results are in, and it is time to separate the men from the boys!

BATTLE OF THE YEAR

This year has been an extremely interesting one with victories and losses, happiness and sadness, but at the end of the day, by a 20% percent majority, the winner of Battle of the Year is….

MARCH MADNESS

This was one interesting battle. We were on the fringe of death near this point, but we came back and wrecked ACP in this battle! A glorious day in Nacho History!

WAR OF THE YEAR

This has been a rather interesting year for the Nachos. We have had some long, drawn out wars, and quick, yet hyped skirmishes. With the recent ending of the ACP War and what seems to be “WW IVV” Coming to an end, we will care about us, the Nachos! The Winner of War of the Year is….

NACHOS VS. RPF
(JANUARY)

This was an intense war. With it starting in the first few days of January, us not having the best size and the Semi-Finals with RPF coming up, this tested our mettle and our will. With a war that lasted far into the spring and even causing the second war with RPF in the same year, this was a long and grueling war. We mudslinged and trashed talked, but at the end, Nachos are victorious.

THE BEST NACHO MOMENT

This was THE hardest year in Nacho History. With betrayal and wars, rises and dramatic falls, we have taken a beating. Continuing from 2013, we were in a dark time, but we came back and rose in the summer. But after a war with DCP, we tumbled down the steps of greatness. We survived the ‘Great Nacho Depression’ and got far into the CPAC Tournaments. But anyhow, the greatest moment this year was….

DEFYING ALL ODDS AND MAKING IT TO THE LEGENDS CUP FINALS

Goodness, after all of the abuse we took this year, we got so far in the CPAC Legends Cup. When CPAC estimated that we wouldn’t even make it into the semi-finals, we took that to heart. We made it far, and at the semi-finals, we faced the biggest army at the time, The Dark Warriors. In a shocking rise of size, we blitzed through and beat them in a stunning display! Though we didn’t win the LC, we made a statement. The Nachos Don’t die, we are always around.

Owner of the Year

We have so many great owners in this army but we could only choose one. Thank you all everyone, you are such an amazing help to the leadership, we couldn’t do it without your help! They troop selected winner is…

SHIVERTOE2+ZINGKINGTO

Shiver is a loyal Nacho and we want to thank him for his service. Though, unfortunately, he was forced out of power by the recent coup, he is a reliable Nacho and is valued in this army as one of the most loyal ones out there.

MOD OF THE YEAR

We have dozens of good mods out there but only one could win this award. You help the chat and keep it a friendly environment everyday, and you are a wonderful part of this army! The Winner is…

TOPAZ

In an incredibly close vote the troops have decided that the best mod this year was none other than Topaz! Topaz has helped this army immensely and is an extremely Loyal Troop!

Congratulations Legofan Cy! You are the Number 1 Nacho Member of the Year! You have come quite a long way and I would leave to see everyone in this army excel and become the best they can be! Hey Chrisi here. Today we faced off against the Golds in the town. While we certainly paved the streets gold, and had a decent size of at max 15, we could have performed slightly better in my opinion. Tactics were a tad slow from some people. Please make sure that you perform tactics as soon as they are given on chat! We should aim for everyone to do simple tactics within 3 seconds of them being given. Other than that, I’m quite pleased with the event, and thank you to everyone who came! Just make sure to take on board my slight criticisms! Now, if there’s anything else significant that occurred, Laoise shall be adding to this post.

My friends,

After many years of being here with you, I am finally promoted to Leader of this wonderful army. I honestly can’t believe it’s happening so soon, with all the changes we’ve been going through. This is truly an honor, and I hope to be a great leader to you!

Some people might not know much about me, so I’d like to explain:

I’ve been a true loyal soldier to the Nacho Army since June 5th 2009. I was usually really quiet back then. Didn’t really say anything unless it was a topic I could relate to. There were also times where I’d be inactive for a month or then come back, then go inactive again. Most of it had to do with school and other things I liked to do. But nothing could keep me away forever. I kept coming back. Eventually, Nachos helped me get a little bit more organized. Not just for attending events, but for life in general. Nowadays when I plan my day I watch my timing and improvise my schedule when I can, so I can keep doing the things I love. Including staying in the Nachos without having it negatively affect my real life. So I’m able to play guitar, be in a band, play video games, have a job and still manage to be a part of my favorite Club Penguin army.

I’d like to thank those who made the decision to let me be leader. I hope this will help bring a positive future to the Nacho Army and that I can continue to be the soldier I am today.
