No, only ASSISTING an army in an invasion against the other will lead to such forfeiture. All invasions are invalid; no forfeiture will result. It does not matter if you implied it. If it is not in the official wording of the document, it is not law. Your interpretation is not what matters; it’s the interpretation that the document puts out right in front of you. Twisting it’s words won’t get you far. When I tried to reason with Drake, he only brought up the last part of the treaty and refused to answer me, changing the subject when I asked for a specific phrase in the treaty where a surrender of our nation was necessary. Toy refused to answer my PCs when I confronted him with this. GG DW, might as well invest in a way to remove your extra chromsomes. You tried to be sneaky, but you are really, really, really unintelligent. A period separates ideas from one another. Therefore, the direct-contact clause and assist-clause are two completely different entities.

To be honest I’m disgusted by what has occurred in the past day. I’ve been seeing people in the community lately saying that armies take things too seriously, and need to relax, it’s just CP. But today I’m quite frankly ashamed by the means that people are taking to achieve “victory” in Club Penguin Armies. Though this war between the Nachos and ACP are said to be out of hatred, I honestly also saw it as a way to bring some fun back into the community and the two armies. I know it, Nacho troops know it, ACP troops know it, and ACP leaders know it. You’re trying to bullshit us on a idiotic claim that we broke a treaty?

Above is the exact Non Agression Pact that Beeky agreed to with Toysoldier. If you read the above carefully, ONLY ASSISTING OTHER ARMIES in invasions or defences will result in consequences. Not to mention, the server ACP claimed we invaded from DW, Ice Age still remained on their page through the duration of the event and before it. Ice Age remaining on their server page makes any of the claims that we broke the treaty INVALID.

Hey Nachos! We logged on to invade three more servers from the ACP and those servers were Tea, Snow Globe and Snow Day. Clearly, the war isn’t over which is why ACP logged on to defend. We started off on the sever Snow Day and we maxed 13. Then we went to Snow Globe and we maxed 8. We then logged on to invade the server of Tea and we once again maxed 8.

Hey Nachos! UK Leader Zing King To here. We logged on today to face ACP in a total of four invasions. We first logged onto Mammoth in which we maxed 16 and took the server of them with better sizes and formations. Mammoth is now a Nacho server.

We then logged onto Ice Age with 21 troops and won that server, then we logged onto Ice Box with 19. ACP refused to fight us there so we came out victorious. It was then time to take Outback which we did with ease as once again, ACP was too scared to fight us. We maxed 18.

Nachonnia welcomes Mammoth, Ice Age, Ice Box and Outback to their empire!

RESULT: Strategic Nacho victory

Hey Nachos! UK Leader Zing King To here, we recently logged on to invade the server White House from the ACP. We managed to max 20. Although it wasn’t our best performance, there were several points during the battle that the Nachos truly did shine.

It was actually more close then I expected to kudos to the ACP for that, but we did enough to stay in this.

Hey Nachos! Zing King To here, unfortunately Time has been suffering from a few computer problems so he couldn’t post this. We logged onto Club Penguin today in AUSIA times for a Raid of Breeze, but then we heard that ACP was raiding our Memorial Server, Fjord so we logged onto Fjord and outnumbered ACP in their best division for majority of the battle. We maxed 15.

Nachonnia 1 – 0 ACP

Soldiers! Troops! Viewers! Today, our UK Division logged into the ACP’s capital, we stormed into it and we took it over. With sizes much bigger than ACP, We managed to max 20. Although we had yet another bot attack, we carried on victoriously while ACP stood their begging for a tie. It was that sort of valiant effort that means we now have received an early Christmas Present from ACP – their capital, Breeze.

Note: I would just like to make a point that we denied a tie because throughout the battle the Nachos remained superior in size, especially the final half of it. Not to mention or tactics were mostly flawless. Though the bots were an obstacle, most of the Nacho troops were able to still battle. If you still do not like the fact that we’re claiming victory then you’re just going to have to become a little more vigilant for more occurrences such as this one.
