I never said that I was actually going to allow this to take place, but this would be a good idea just to SEE WHAT HAPPENS. It seems every post I make now gets some criticism! Well, at least you guys are starting to take note of me -.-
This was just an idea to test out people’s speech making skills. I love making speeches, so I wanted to see if the rest of Club Penguin can do a good speech. Like I said, THERE IS AND WILL BE NO PRESIDENT.
I’m sorry to everyone who made a speech, but apparently some people just have to ruin it all for everyone.

I’ve put alot of thought into this, especially since the Forums. Since we no longer have Big Balla to lead Club Penguin, I wondered this to myself. Who should be the new Club Penguin president?
Now, before everyone starts going like “I want Boomer for CP Prez!” or “Commando for Club Penguin President!”, there will have to be terms and conditions.
1. The President cannot declare peace. There are always wars being fought (even ones we don’t know about yet), so there is no exception to this rule.
2. The President must QUIT their position in their CP army, be they in one or not. This rule is here to make sure the President doesn’t try and be biased over issues.
3. The President CANNOT help one single army in any way, shape, or form. The President must do things that benefit ALL armies, be they small or large, noobish or not.
4. The President CAN have his own personal army known as Black Ops. but they fight ONLY for him. Their names must not be revealed, and the army will fight only armies that make attempts to conquer Club Penguin (Like going on a server conquering rampage) In the event the President is fighting more than one enemy, he may call on the “good” armies to assist him.
5. The President MUST be the pride of Club Penguin. Which means no propaganda against enemies other than things like “Help us Fight the Enemy!” to influence public opinion.
6. The President is the only Person in charge of his army. Which means no Co-Commanders or seperate Leaders. All who join the army are labeled “Soldier” and no ranks other than that.
7. The President CAN make attempts to make peace with two quarelling armies.
8. A new President must be elected every 12 months and be inaugurated on February 3rd of every year.
9. A President MUST abide these rules, or automatic impeachment will be pursued.
10. If the President is impeached. the President will have to be banned on every army chat to ensure that former President will not spread their “evil-ness” to the others, further influencing his opinion.
11. This article has a right to be edited at later times.
By the way, canidates for presidency can be of any rank of any army, a maximum of 10 candidates will be selected, and each canidate must create at least one 2 paragraph speech on why they should be President. Person: Apparently, the ACP has received orders to attack ALL Nachos on Mammoth. Apparently, Nachos aren’t allowed on Mammoth(Basically what the order meant) Hmm, last time I remember, MAmmoth was neutral! Oh wait, the rules bend for Oagalthorp because he controls the universe! Oagalthorp, ACP does NOT own Mammoth, you have no right to attack the Nachos on a neutral server(If we’re still allies), and one more thing, go do something else with your life instead of making people on a kids game feel bad by having your troops say “GO BACK TO MEXICO NACHOS” 70% of the Nachos in Mammoth claim “PERSON IS OUR LEADER” and most rogue Nachos are under THE NACHO EMPIRE’S control. Nachos dance, then ACP attacks us, it always happens like that. I know Oagalthorp will be trying to use this edit against us, which I plan on him doing so. But showing this edit on the ACP site will just do good for our side. ACP, STOP ATTACKING NACHOS ON MAMMOTH! Here is a command to all Nachos: If you see any ACP fire at you, tell me. We will command every Nacho on Nacho chat to be there and not to fire at all. Just DANCE. Do not attack ONCE. Eventually ACP will finally leave because they’ll realize we are NOT fighting them, we are recruiting.

there should be something that limits the amount of soldeirs from an army that can be candidates cause it seems like the only candidates right now are nachos. I’m not gonna run because I think it would be boring because you wouldnt be able to do much with commanding ppl cause if u did then your own army wouldnt be so secretive. If shadow was still active Id suggest Shadow as a candidate because he has the experience. You should throw Oagal in there just for fun lol.
One idea would be for the president to be editor or author on all the major army sites so they can post ideas and stuff when needed.

Why I Should be Clubpenguin President: My speech.
Hi, My name is Trickster. Well not really my name. My clubpenguin name is Npeppersn. In this report I will be talking about why I deserve to be the Clubpenguin President.
First of I want to say Thank-you to everyone who accepted me in the past when I joined Clubpenguin army’s. I think I should be Clubpenguin President because I did a lot of hard work in the past of army’s. I did a lot of things in acp, I never lead any battles but I did help the leaders out a bit. When I first joined my first army it was ACP, it was right when Oagal retired and Fort became leader. I was never noticed in acp when Fort was leader…. And that was very devastating. Soon I did get on the ranks and my highest rank in acp was Lt General. And I did amazing things to get that rank. I give 100 % fully in all army’s. And Im always active! If I become President I would surely do anything for the Clubpenguin Army’s. I will stay control of them, and make sure they DO NOT GO OUT OF HAND! I think I would be an awesome Clubpenguin President. I won’t declare peace in wars… because I do understand stand THERE ALWAYS HAVE TO BE WARS. I will quit all the army’s Im in that is IF I win. I am the pride of clubpenguin. I never had been once banned. And I never did anything called propaganda. And I hope I can become the first Clubpenguin President of Army’s.
Next I would like to share my clubpenguin experience. The army’s I have been in so far that I remember are…. Black Bandits, Black Jacket Army, Acp, Nachos, Uma, Fgr, Uw, Wcp, Gw, Ge, The Union, VCP, YT, RBAA, CPUN, GMA, Ellites, UPA, Spartans, Black Warriors. Now I don’t remember all of the ranks but I will say what I remember. Acp Highest: Lt General, Nachos: Colonel, Fgr: 5 star general, Uw: Leader, Wcp: President, VCP: 4 star general, GMA: Co Leader, Upa: Third in Command, Spartans: Co leader, Black Warriors: Co Leader. Yes a lot… And I deserved them all. I got drafted to The Union, Fgr, and Uma. The Union by Benu, Fgr by Soccer, Uma by Jackfrost. I think why you should vote for me is because I am always active, and can be a big help in Cp Army’s. I have lots of experience. I might not be that much of experience like maybe the leaders from different army’s who are entering to become President, but I will do a terrific job! And if you vote for me, all your craziest dreams will come true. And I will open up tons of more things for you to train on, and you never know you might get a promo if you work hard enough. So please vote for me, for Clubpenguin President, and make your dreams come true.

The reason why i would like to be president is because cp needs a little order.Now that there is fiesta costumes more people are becoming nachos.Some don’t even know that don’t even have a rank.they don’t know theres a site for the nachos!Don’t forget lots of people think they are the leaders.Ill make sure every army is fair.
Now that there is more nachos its harder for the other armies to rucuit.So we have to have limits on how many nachos are in the armies.If some penguin do not get into the nachos they could be any of the other armies.No more soilder of any armies will fire at armies that are allies.I think being the president of cp will be lots of fun and i will try to come on more and more each day.(If i don’t get to be president of cp its ok i can try out next time if there is.

This ACP vs. Nachos war feels just like the good old days. Any ways, this presidential election is pointless for two reasons:
1. What would the president be more than a figure head?
2. In real life, this would be like having a president of the world. Each army has its own government like a country. Having a president of Club Penguin just doesn’t make any sense.

I think I should run for president of Club Penguin because. Well who really DESERVES to be president. The answer to that question is nobody. Because if someone actually did they would have to announce it themselves and everyone would have to agree with them. So I am not saying I deserve the office. When I used to go to CP about 2 weeks ago I would just walk around and buy clothes to take sides in what seemed to me to be people pretending they were in the army and I thought it might look fun. Then I learned, I learned that it’s not just that. It’s drama at times, It’s action most of the time, and It’s fun all the time. I have always had a huge hatrid for n00bs. n00bs being people who start there own small army. But people like the Rouge Nachos and Rouge ACP every army has them. They are still technichally people in armies with less experience so I choose not to attack anyone with army uniform on unless I am fired at.
Why should you elect me as president? Well why should you vote for anyone else? Because you feel their veiws on the issues are right. Well here are my views on the issues. 1.n00b armies. I feel that these people are just not intimidated enough. You see, when your having a war it’s not really a battle about strength. but about will power and size. If we all morph together and make a uniform that stands for everyone no Rouges will think that we are not on the same side. We wil be so big that we will fill all the rooms we are in causing n00bs to not be able to enter. See what was wrong about the n00b invasion of mammoth was that we forgot about the n00bs who want to be on ones side after never being to the site or learning. Will they no what we are supposed to do. 2. Hacking. Since hacking is such a problem in the past month and months before.I think that if we have someone who used to be an author but quit due to anger we should change the all our passwords. But some of you say that you did that but still got hacked. Then it’s the U.S. Militaries fault. Because the only way to do that is illegal so you could put them in jail. -thegingerbread

Actually,the order was to keep an eye on suspicious Nachos. I have taken patrols and I always seen new Nachos chanting that Anti Club Penguin is what ACP stands for. I once left the computer screen once, and when I came back, I could see that my ACP squad was under attack. From what I can see, the order to attack all Nachos is for defense of Mammoth, not allowing any n00bs to claim it for themselves.

Why I should be president of cp. I think someone who is not in a major position in an army should be president because the presidents army will not attack that person’s old army but attack all the other armies. Also I will not reveal the Black Ops and i will watch them close so they dont break the rules.
I will stop 2 things. 1 Bots, Bots have been a huge problem in frozen these past few months. I will stop that by banning every single bot i see. I think its wrong because it messes up cp. 2. Hacking, Hacking has also been a problem because if someone says one little bad thing about an author on a site that person will get hacked by the author he dissed. Hacking is wrong and its most of the time a huge overecation I will stop this by banning all hackers and removing them form chats,and other things like that. That is why i should be president of cp

who says that the armys have to listen to this guy just like who says that the armys have to obey treaties? Nobody. So what is the point of a president when in a few weeks or months the armys will just ignore the person and everything will just go to waste. Look at ANTA, that was ignored after awhile.

Fellow Club Penguin people, you should vote me as your Club Penguin President. There are many reasons why you should do so. Here they are. Please take a chance to read them all.
I should be your Club Penguin President because I will make sure that every war is played fairly. That means no bots, unless both armies have agreed to use them. Also, not only will I make sure that the armies will follow rules, but I will also follow every single rule up on this post. NO RULES SHALL BE BROKEN! That is my policy! Also, I am very good with politics. If the armies and everyone does not agree with me in a debate, i will not get so angry that I will just quit right there. I would try to understand why they think what they are thinking. 2 months ago, I knew something like this would happen. So, I myself made a chat specifically for debates between the President of Club Penguin and the Armies in Club Penguin. Thank you for reading this. I would have posted more, but I don’t want to take up so much room.

Okay, Person, here’s my answer to your edit. The Nachos attack the ACP on mammoth just as much. Yesterday, I was with a group of acp soldiers, and we stopped firing at the Nachos because we were allies. Yet the Nachos still fired at us! You were there too. Also, at the FFAK, you kept telling Nachos to stop firing, but they kept firing anyway. That sounds rogue to me! So please, the Nachos attack the ACP just as much as the ACP attacks them. You can delete this comment (because like a lot of my others, I know there is a good chance of that happening) but you know it’s the truth.
In response to the negative comments on my edit: That may not have been the exact order ACP as given, but that’s EXACTLY what you guys are doing! ACP attacks every Nacho they see! Tylov, at the FFAK, it turned into an IW vs Nacho practice battle and that’s why they were firing 🙄

The president thing seems like a stuiped idea, and the ACP attacking Nachos you have all wrong Person. They know Mammoth is neutral, they want eliminate you to take the server. Personaly I feel that the whole Mammoth thing was crap. They really should have just let it go. But Ogalthorp would pitch a fit and the ACP would give in to his demands. So sad.
