If I need to improve on listening to lower ranks, how come it’s a higher ranked person starting this…
I think you should loosten up a little. You FREAK out at people that just want to be like you and that order people around. And when someone asks “Can I be your friend person!!!?!!?!?!?1?1/1” then you say “NO!!!!!!!111!!!!11!”. That is what people get mad at you for.

If I had to chose between leaders , (Well It depends on the choices XD) it would probably be you.
You lead very strongly, you don’t cuss TOO much (Enough as I am OK with it), and you don’t talk in caps. Those are most of your properties and positives you have, and you are awesome.

i don’t really see any problems so far i mean u have been nice to lower ranks but sometimes u don’t listen to the lower ranks as often as u should. I mean ur nice and funny so I see no problems with your leadership. I think you are one of the best leaders of every army leader I have seen. And trust me before I joined nachos I would go to events of the ACP IW and RFW UMA and most armies and seriously you stand out from all the major army leaders.
Well, you can start off by listening to all ranks.
You can also try to stop all those Nachos, ranked ADN rogue from attacking the ACP all the tim for no apparent reason.
Don’t listen to the corrupted shemale we all know as KJBulldogs1. (The ACP wouldbn’t think of you as a good leader if you fight for corruption -.-)
Definitely try to lower the level of pervertedness on chat
Create a Marines Division for the Nachos
Hang out with the Count more O_O
Get on CP more often
Don’t ask for membership too much
And lastly, fight AGAINST corrupted armies and don’t diss other armies except in times of war against them. (RFW -.-)
You should loosen up a little. And on the the, dont bann people for no reason. Ive seen you do that a lot.And have some fun. Dont just give commands all day long. You should joke around. I know a lot of penguins like that. IF you follow these rules you will be a great leader.

1. Stop insulting ppl and/or being too uptight
2. Go to war to show we mean business.
3. Listen to what ALL Nachos have to say, not just lower ranks.
4. Give all Nachos at least 1,000,000 pies XD (jk but that would b nice)
5. Be more crazy and funny. If u think this is a bad idea then okay then don’t do it, but some ppl respect an enthusiastic leader.

Well, your a bit to strict during wars and training sessions. People might not fully understand the order you gave. All around you are probably the best leader in all CP armies. And maybe give the n00bs a bit more help when they are wondering what theyneed to do. Our orders can be complicated

Have Fun And Don’t be lazy. One Of The Amendments of The Nachos Said, And I quote,“Have Fun”. Person, what you need to do is Have Fun. Be more, go with the Flow, Like me. Try my idea of more Patrols that inspire people to join us. It doesn’t really make people want to join the Nachos if the Just see us Running around being idiots.Try Precision timed Snowball attacks. Or we could do the really cool Spy Attack Using ‘Jet Pack Adventure’. Another thing is, Try Frenzies. What I mean by This is, Make The Nachos Run around the ENTIRE island for about 5 minutes, make sure the enemy follows and which makes them lost, Then the Nachos Meet up in somewhere hard to find. But The BEST thing to do is to Try New Stuff, Be more creative with your soldiers (maybe Turn Off Your NO PC power):| and Make sure you have less Perverts On Chat 😕

Theres not much that you can improve on, the only things you need to improve on are already listed. Even the help the little army thing. At a time all armies were little. Little armies could some day become bigger then any other, and if you had helped them become great, guess what? You’ll have an important alliance. But if you didnt help them and instead insulted them, guess what? You’ll have a huge enemy. 😐 Well thats it.
