During this past war, and war over the past 3 years, even. Some armies, mostly ACP, have decided to call us Nachos, “mexicans.” I do not understand their ambition in keeping this up. Yeah, sure, our theme is Mexican.
BUT
Most of you against us, if not all, will use the term “Mexican,” in a derogatory term. Why are you doing this? Do you not know that all races are equal? All humankind are one species. The only difference is culture and skin color. This is barely a difference too, my friends. The only reason we have different skin color is because our ancestors lived in different parts of the world for thousands of years. For example, in Africa, the sun is a lot harsher. Therefore, people who originated from Africa, have a very dark skintone due to increased melanin production. Those who lived in Europe, had a much lighter skintone, due to Europe being located close to the poles, and away from direct sun exposure.This caused less melanin in the skin to be produced.
The next difference I stated was culture. There is nothing about culture that makes one group greater than another. Culture is just the way that a group of people eat, gather, and have fun. Lets say Mexicans have fiestas including spicy foods, while the Chinese have a party involving exotic pastas and teas. Does that make the Chinese greater than the Mexicans, or vice versa? NO. Each culture has a right to develop traditions as they chose. Remember, Crime =/= Culture. It’s as simple as that. One’s culture is NOT a free for all on banter and insulting. Most civilized people know that they should respect other people’s culture. Then, there’s ACP soldiers**.
Over my 2 years in CP armies, the only insult people can come up against the Nachos is that we’re “mexicans,” and we can be “eaten.” The first thing, is a completely unethical statement. If you have ever said that the Nachos were mexicans in a derogatory way, then you were being a racist, narrow-minded bigot who can’t see past his own ways. Most of us are not Mexican, it’s no insult to us. But do you know what it is an insult to? People who actually ARE Mexican. There is no such thing as an inferior race, because after years of civil right’s movements, SOME people realized this. The second one, on the other hand, makes me lol.
In conclusion, if you have ever used the term “mexican,” in a derogatory meaning, you should be ashamed of yourself. If you would like to apologize for insulting this culture, the comments section is your time to do it, and you will be forgiven. If you don’t, then your a racist, narrow-minded bigot who can jump off a bridge.
