What do you want to see done in Nachos:
1) War: There are so many chances to get into a war right now. The RPF conflict, IW’s rebellion, etc.
2) Contests: Contests will give the Nachos something else to look forward too, plus contests are fun =)
3) Site Upgrades: Make the site more appealing. It will attract more recruits. (Start with the widgets. Next get money or Person to get a domain or CSS. If you don’t know how to do the widgets, you can ask Person or myself.)
4) Cheese vs. Salsa battles: I think these battles will be really fun. You need to have one.
5) Essential stuff: You aren’t doing enough of this. You need more scheduled training sessions and recruiting sessions.
6) N.E.D: Try to schedule events including the NED as much as possible.
7) Out with the old, in with the new: I’ll talk about that in my final post.

What I want to see more of? I want king and gamer to stop being lazy and do some work around the site.
Would it honestly kill you to do medals for 20 minutes a day? Leaderships not supposed to be fun, your supposed to make it fun for the soldiers, if it’s fun to you then your not working hard enough. You’ve probably only done 2 hours of real work in 2 months which is extremely dissapointing. You’ve gotta step it up, if you can’t then your far from ready to lead. Just about all the work that’s actually been done in the last 2 months was by josh.
Okay I guess you can have some fun when leading though you’ve gotta put in the time and work.

i really dont think im as active as i could be, to be honest. but ill try harder.
Oh sorry i forgot the last question:
um… im a little bit new to the nachos, but ive been in cp armies for 4 years. but i always see people commenting about stuff like, “wat did i do wrong?” and “wat should i do?” I formed an army once. it had about 40-50 soldiers. wat i did is give a personal “cp army email account”. All of the troops could be send “not FAQ” questions, while the higher ranks could give personal advice to inviduals without any else looking at it. it might not work with an army as big as yours, though. you might have to put a few people in charge of giving the advice to the troops. just a suggestion!

Well, i think you should add a few more ranks, like a master chief or somtin, since it will be harder for a noob to rise to power. And HEAVEN FORBID what will happen if that happens.
Also, i think that the mods should stop giga banning and banning for no reason or gagging, i mean, the point of gagging, banning, and kicking is to stop assholes from acting like douches like acp noobs or walrusses from infiltrating the ass of our chat.
Also, i think that we should have active checks every week so we can get rid of anyone who is inactive. however, is someone says they cannot do the active check because of vacation, then they can be exscused.

We need to have a better balance between having some fun parties, streaking invasions ect. while still staying on the serious side by recruiting, getting involved in wars, and making a post at least every 2 days. I counted 94 active comments.
I counted 69 who view the site daily or go on chat daily (didn’t necessarily comment on the first day). He hee 69!
In early October when shadow was leading we had 108 active nachos.
Early November the count was 71.
2 1/4 months later were up to 94 active members. So were roughly 1/4 larger than back when jay and aka were leading.
