Pie’s 2nd edit: Commenting on this no ally rule, ACP we declared war on YOU. So, you can’t make a post a week after we declared war on you saying, “We declare war on Nachos and no allies because we think we overpower everyone else!11111!!!1!!!!!!!!!1” So in all, there will be allies, like it or not ACP.
Person’s Edit: ACP, you WILL comply with our rules. Unless you want every battle to come down to 3 soldiers vs 2 soldiers, at 11 PM tonight, then the only fair battle is complying with our rules. Also, your ally rule does not exist. We never agreed to it. If people want to help us, so be it.
Pie edit: ACP, these are pretty fair. The Nachos won 1 server, and you won 1 1/4. So derp. And ACP, this is not going to get and fairer than this. Snow Bank you won, Snow Fort we won. You can always invade back. So my sugestion is live with it, it’s not like the war is over…

Since ACP thinks they have won every battle, I’m going to clear some things up. Here’s how it went:
Blizzard: Ads and I have agreed that Blizzard was a TIE. I think this will be fair. ACP, as of now, you own about 25% of Blizzard. To fully own it, you must sucsessfuly invade Blizzard with 24 hr notice.
Snow Fort: I belive this was a good battle, but in all, I do think that the Nachos did win. We fought hard the whole battle, claimed many rooms, and were all out big. ACP was big too, but they did not defend their rooms sucsessfuly.
Snow Bank: Unfortunitly, I could not make this battle. But, I read the ACP site, and did see that Ads logged the Nachos off at 8:10. So Ads and I agreed that the Army of Club Penguin won. ACP battled hard, and sucsessfuly claimed Snow Bank.
So, in all, here are your statistics:
BLIZZARD: Tie (ACP now owns 25% of Blizzard)
SNOW FORT: Nacho Army victory! The Nacho Army now owns Snow Fort.
SNOW BANK: ACP victory! ACP now owns Snow Bank.
ACP, if you DO dissagree to these terms, please PC me or Ads, and we will speak to you. But, I think these are pretty fair.

Besides the fact that ACP either overpowered or matched the Nachos throughout this video, from 8:55-9:10 you can clearly see Nachos saying “Goodbye” (retreating completely) and the following clip shows nearly all of the Nachos have left the server (the ones left had stopped attacking and were dancing), and ACP still in the Town. ACP declared victory on Snow Fort after the Nachos retreated from the server.
Pie Edit: Boomer, Nachos invaded for the planed hour, and we won the whole time. Don’t make a stupid excuse and deal with the terms, which BTW, works out for ACP alot.
Wars don’t have time limits though, your thinking of practice battles. Wars only end when one side surrenders or both sides agree to truce. Either way, ACP never agreed to a time limit, just like there was no time limit for either of the previous two battles.
Boomer, dont make dumb excuses. I remember that you talked with the leaders and agreed on ALL of the rules. Pie told me that.

No, ACP won Snow Fort and a part of Blizzard. Nachos won Snow Fort. That is pretty fair.
