We need to give a damn about this army or else we will fall to the bottom of the ocean. This is the Nacho Army not the Armies of Club Penguin or Ice Warriors, but the kick ass, world shaking, jaw dropping Nacho Army. We need to recruit for as long as we can everyday. You have to go on whenever you are on chat, not when the leaders tell you to. The mods have to stop fighting and kicking other people because how would you like to be in their shoes? Members have to stop being annoying. I know this sounds rude, but stop asking about a promo because you are most likely going to get demoted if you ask 24/7. We are all one big family so we have to act like it! The leaders, co-leaders, and 3ic’s are trying really hard to get us to the top. Do whatever you can to get recruits like chatvertising, going on CP, making videos on Youtube about us, etc. I believe we can become the best if we all worked hard. I also think we should go to war with an army because war keeps us going and right on track.
Cooper: Once again, a good point. Mods are lazy, and some owners are even lazy, excuse me for saying this, you guys don’t have a choice anymore, your not on, or your disiplined. This goes for me too, I have been lazy sometimes, I will put myself on probation, anything to get this army back on track.

Yes, this is arguable, but to me, we are not doing well at all. I say to get on a server with 17 on chat, thinking we could get a good outcome. We got 7 people on cp. 7. The army who used to be on top of the world had 7 troops on CP at an unscheduled raid with 17 on chat. What has happened? We are all lazy. I don’t give a crap what our active count says. There are only 10 people in this army who cares. We have so many LAZY mods it’s not funny. This is not a hangout guys. We all want to be somewhere. No, not like RPF, or UMA, or any other army that has completely FALLEN. We want to be #1. The best army in CP. And no, that is not us right now. I don’t even think that we’re #2. We’re #3 at the most. And I don’t want to say that, but I have to. People always blame leaders and past leaders. Yes, some of it is their fault, but they have to run the army. They are going to make mistakes every now and then. The problem as of now is the troops, specifically the mods. The mods used to help the troops, listen to them, and guide them along their experience in the Nachos. All they do now is sit on chat and kick “noobs”. And guess what mods? You were all noobs at one point, and you wouldn’t like the abuse that you are giving to them. It’s absolutely ridicules. That’s why for promo day, all inactive or abusive mods have a damn good chance at getting a member rank, and the members that care will get mod. And I don’t care if you quit or get pissed off, but that’s how it’s gonna work. Mods are supposed to be loyal and give a f***. But I guess it doesn’t work that way. Mods that refuse to get their asses on CP and be lazy will get banned and possibly demoted to a member rank.
Members are sorta a problem too. Some members just need to know how to stop. Someone says to stop doing something, and they keep on going. And it’s annoys me and many other people in this army. I don’t like advertising on main chat ether. If you wanna advertise, do it in a PC.
And the language on chat is absolutely terrible. A new recruit comes on chat. The first thing they hear is, “YOU FU**ING SLUTY BI*CH, STOP F***ING YOUR MOTHER!” What do you think they’re gonna do? Leave. There goes a recruit. And some people say that recruits are not important. Well guess what? Recruits and noobs make an army. And if we didn’t have any noobs, we’d be gone.
All I ask of you is work harder, ‘cause if you don’t, we’ll be dead soon, like RPF, who at one time was the greatest army in CP. And I thought RPF was a good army. RIP RPF.

I have been talking abou this for the past 3 post but I have not goten a response so I will say it once more. WE NEED MORE FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a mod, of yuo call some one a noob they should also be able to call YOU a mod. But of course members dont because if you call tem a noob they cant do sh*t while if a member called a mod a noob they could do what ever they want to that member. It is not fair
I hope I was one of those 10 examples of those who cared about doing the ARMY part of the job. I really try my best to make it to any recruit session or anything else we do. The past 2 weeks havent been successful because Ive been busy, even last week during spring break

NOOBS ARE IMPORTANT. You may hate how they think they’re #1, and that everyone will care if they threaten to quit. Fact is, as pie said, EVERYONE WAS LIKE THAT at one point or another. So, you don’t technically have to be nice to them, just deal with them.

it just makes me sick how this army has come to be, i am sorry to say, but is kind of the truth. The chat has gotten unbelievable. Whenever a leader gives orders for the troops to do ( TROOPS INCLUDES MODS AS WELL, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE MODS, DOESNT MEAN THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO GO ON CP), no one goes on, if theres 20 on chat, theres 10 on cp, and no one even cares! I think that if we want to get big again, we have to follow leaders orders! and we have to go on cp WHEN AND WHERE a LEADER SAYS TO GO! guys, we dont want to fall like rpf do we? and mods, dont call members noobs just because they are of a lower rank, remember, you were once that rank, and you were probably kicked for being a “noob”, just because someone is a lower rank doesnt mean thats the reason for kicking them, you are the noobs for doing that. im sorry, but we have to do better
