Aloha! It is good to be back from my vacation and the truth is, I never wanted to go because I knew something bad was going to happen to us. Two leaders were on vacation at the same time, so what happened? Nachos barely got 20 people at during three events against ACP. Now how does that make you feel knowing that you let down your leaders? Just because a leader isn’t there, doesn’t mean you can sit on your coach and watch the Brady Bunch and Dora all day because Dora will never find her way out. We do get reports from 2ic’s and 3ic’s, so if you are demoted, don’t complain, because you deserved it. At other times, we have said you will be demoted if you aren’t doing what the person in command is says to do. This time, I’m going to be dead serious. It’s the only way you will learn.
I want all of the soldiers to get this in your head’s, the owner ranks will never give up on you. You can accomplish anything you want to, maybe you want to be in the HOF or you want to be the greatest Nacho leader ever. In order to do this, you have to work hard. When I first joined the Nachos, I was on everyday no matter where I was. Even when I went to a different country, I found a way on getting on chat. That’s what got me to mod rank, and shortly after, I became 3ic because Aka (the leader at the time) believed in me. Do you know how great it feels for a leader to believe that you can make the Nachos number 1? From then on, I started leading and scheduling events. When I won a poll for leader back in February, I had tears in my eyes because not only the leader, but the soldiers knew I would do the best I could.
Some of you may be disappointed, but others will be filled with joy because the war with ACP is over. This war has hurt us more than we had thought. We don’t get 40 or more Nachos during battle with ACP. Instead, we make a fool out of our selves and get around 10 troops there. Is it because you have something better to do? Maybe you just forget about us. If you aren’t going to be active, then we have no room for you here although we accept everyone. Think about it, if everyone in the Nachos was active, we would have 100+ at battles. Don’t you want that? What makes Billy and I different from person. Yea we do have a different way of leading, but we are all the same basically. We all care about this army and I am doing what is best for us. We admit defeat. Thank you allies for helping us throughout the war. The plan would have failed without you.
Let’s try to work together because that is the key in succeeding. 2010 is the year of the Nachos. Nothing is impossible, you just have to put in effort. As they say, A+ for effort, so make the best of it. We have lost the war with ACP, but we won the battle of working as a team. Be the better person on chat and in life. Last year, the Nachos got 150+ during the Great Mammoth Fiesta. The Nachos will rise if you know what your job is here. Remember that. Aka, why are you putting people who haven’t even retired on the Hall of Fame? Also, I don’t want you putting derp and adding your Millennium friends on there. The HOF is not a joke, it should be taken seriously. If I see something stupid on there one more time, you will pay the consequences. I have so much respect for you, but you don’t mess around with something like that. To tell you the truth, the Millennium haven’t helped us in any way.

I love you all, but you shouldn’t use us like this is your personal place especially on chat. Chat isn’t and will never be a hangout. If you want one, make your own. Don’t start relaxing and acting like your on vacation when you are on there. Why do I only see six people on chat everyday? Half are retired; that’s just embarrassing. What kind of example are you setting to new recruits? Mods, don’t abuse the members because you wouldn’t like it if you were abuse. Owners, start doing your job and don’t crack jokes all the time. A reason why we may be falling is because we barely go on CP anymore. Also, I would like to say, Welcome new recruits! Trust me, I know what’s best. Aka is right, don’t show off your Reecoks…Ughh I mean Reeboks ^_____^.

Aka Edit: Thanks for the kind words, Ads. I want to make a suggestion that we create another chat tab that would link to some hangout chat so we wouldn’t have to entirely kick out the retired. Like we had back in the day, for NachoAirForce and NachoNavy.

Well if you want people to be active make some events
and we lost the war we suck
Aka-No, we don’t “suck” if we lost some measly war. Might I tell you of the time I beat ACP? Or that other time where I beat ACP? *rambles on about how he beat ACP*
Heres what I suggest: we have a strike counter for nachos who are on chat and wont go on cp regardless of what the owners say. But some ppl have trouble getting on cp ex. lag or disconection from server, so maybe give everyone 5-10 minutes to get on cp
Heres the list of how the strikes could work, Ads and Billy id like to here ur opinion on this
1st strike: Banned til person is on cp or til event is over
2nd strike: Guested/Banned for 24hrs or demotion
3rd strike: Banned for a couple days or demotion
4th strike: Demotion by 2 ranks(ex: trooper demoted to private)
5th or <: Removed from ranks til improvement is shown and remains guest until then

I was at my dads house, and his internet is screwed up, and i dont have a legit phone, so i couldnt come to chat, and i wouldnt beable to get onto CP
OMG im soooo sorry i coulnt be here for anything last week!!! D: i was at a beach house in south carolina and the computer there was infected with trojan virus! Also on my i touch, i didnt have wi-fi so i couldnt even come on chat! Please dont demote me, i try so hard to be here for everything :,(
