Aloha! The training session was pretty impressive, maybe we didn’t have a really big size, but it’s ok because everything was perfect. Our timing was perfect and we had a little fun after the training at the nightclub.  We spent most of our time in the snow forts where we made one of the most perfect D-lines ever and then we moved to the plaza and pizza parlour. What can I say, we were hungry. People who attended will get their medals and the chance of them getting a promotion will be increased. Next time, let’s try to get 20-30 on CP, we won’t accept laziness. Also, get ready for the practice battle with TG and prove to CP armies that we haven’t fallen. This is just the beginning of our new era!

Zayers Bit:

So today guys, we had recruiting. Ads was leading (as newly instated temp 2ic) and he did an awesome job rallying troops and getting rogues. I came in (yes came :P) and repeated orders, helped fix lines, ect. We did really well, and a few things I noticed that made a big difference.

• Focus: You guys weren’t constantly starting side conversations. With the occasional joke and laugh, you guys stayed on task, and on cp. Orders were made with ease, and everyone had a good time.
• Cooperation: Instead of arguing or asking to lead or anything like that, you simply followed orders. You guys are starting to get this down. A few weeks ago, many of us had trouble making a line. Today, we could make a line, and fix it within seconds if needed.
• Fun: Alot of you guys take this pretty seriously and get all worked up if you see 1 acp rogue or if one troop doesn’t follow an order (yes, that can be me sometimes) but today, we had fun, and no arguments broke out. it was just simple recruiting.

Now, i won’t tell you everything that happened, but basiclly, we bombed, did lines, tried out a few new-er tactics or had much needed practice. Here are some pics in no order, provided by Firemanhg(Austin 45). He took pics from beginning to end, and went through a long process of uploading. For doing so, I award him a medal, for not only did he take pics when asked (without hesitation) but he stayed active in the battle and never complained. Thank You Austin 😉

As you may already know, ACP has decided to continue their attack on the Nacho Empire.  We have the Crystal Warriors & Ice Warriors as allies just in case ACP really is serious about continuing their attack.  My question for ACP is this.  Why is your army continuing the attack on the Nacho Empire?  Bob’s post did not mention any reason behind it.  His post simply said ACP’s going to continue with the war.  Is ACP doing this just to attack an innocent army because they have the power to?  If so then this wouldn’t be the first time.  The United States Military could definitely take over Sudan though they would just look like jack asses in the process.  This is present day evidence of ACP’s corruption.  The corruption is returning to ACP with Boomer, Oagal, and Bob as leaders.  For now we will continue with our Training Sessions and Practice Battles until ACP schedules an invasion or Battle.

All ACP is a bunch of hypocrites. How you are asking? A few months back, we were at war with IW. IW surrendered, but we were questioning if we should accept the surrender. ACP stepped in, and their leaders (I.e Boomer, Matre, Dry), said that you have to respect a surrender. And today, Dry is the one who is chanting for continuing this war.

So I hope that ACP continues this war on us. Just makes the Nacho Empire even more right.

NACHOS STATUS: CURRENTLY ON CP- SERVER:SNOWPLOW. GO NOW!!!

Zayer: To agree with the comment about moderators, I can literally count the amount of moderators at battles on one hand, and it’s the same people. To those mods who are active, don’t worry, and keep up the good work.

Hi guys it’s 50 Cent 254.  I wanted to post about the training sessions for tomorrow, and the practice battle with Team Gold.  Though I also want to speak out to the Moderator Ranks of this army.  Mods, I’ve noticed a lot of you aren’t attending the Training Sessions we have scheduled.  I hope you realize that as your rank goes up earning a promotion gets tougher.  I’ve noticed a significant difference between the ratio of Members to Owners/Mods attending events.  That is why I have a new rule.  All Mod ranks will not be promoted (possably demoted) if they do not attend a minimum of 1 in every 4 events.  This rule will work differently for Nathan & Crazy because of time zones.  Below we have 2 training sessions tomorrow and a practice battle with Team Gold on Thursday.

50: Training Session for Tuesday is below.  For now on I’m gonna write down people who attended the session and give them their medals.  Also, Training for people in European time zones on Wednesday.

Like I said before, if you guys want to become the #1 army again your going to have to work for it.  It’s a team effort.  Everyone must do their share.  That is why I’m scheduling a training session.  I have a goal for the Nachos.  That goal is that we average 30 Troops at Training Sessions and average 45 at Battles by November 24th.  Promotions will be handed out on November 1st.  Remember that the recently introudced Medal System has a lot of effect on whether or not you receive a promotion.

Aloha! Oooooooo, feels good saying that in a post again. You are probably asking, what’s over? Well, the war is over (I hope) because the ACP are too strong right now and there wasn’t a way we could take them down. We did surrender, ACP may or may not accept it, but we did. All we ask for is for you not to be so rough on smaller armies and to let armies have their own wars. You don’t have to like us, but we don’t want you to bother us and we won’t bother you. That was the past, this is the future. To troops saying OMG!!! WE LOST?!?!?!! on chat, it’s just 1 war, we will have other wars in the future. If the Nachos are going to have a war, we should do it on our own, not with the help of other armies.

Now, I know this is a hard time for this army, but we can’t put ourselves down. Think like a winner, it will make the army much much better, the troops are the backbone of the army. I went on chat a week ago, before the war and asked the troops if they cared about winning, some said no. Winning isn’t everything, but it is something that is important. This is the beginning of a new era for us, possibly a better era than before. You need to work hard (and eat right) :wary: to become number 1. I know we can get 50+ at events and I know we can become better than we ever were. It just can’t happen if we are all lazy, that’s not what being in a CP army about.

Also, I would like for us to have more events, we need it after looking at today’s battle. If any army wants to have a pb with us, just leave a comment or talk to one of the leaders on chat, they will gladly say yes. I think we should have training one day and recruiting the next, etc. Like in Pern’s leading days, have a tactic a day session. Maybe have an old Nacho veteran show us what they did back then. Remember to leave a comment on the invasion post and events post.

Note: We will post one event at a time on this post, all events will be posted a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time.  The recruiting party basically means we will play games on Club Penguin and every time we switch a room to play a new game were going to enter recruiting phrases. 

Today’s battle with ACP proved that we need to schedule events daily instead of going an entire week without an event.  That’s why were going to get active again, and start to have some kind of event every day whether it’s a Battle, Training Session, or Party.  If we want to be the #1 army again it’s still possible.  However, were going to have to work for it.  Nobodies gonna get a free ride to the top so try your best.

    Medals are going to be brought back as a way to show who’s active in the army, especially at events.  Basicaly were going to have a page where you can view how many medals you have.  You earn Medals mainly for attending events though you can get bonus medals for other things that benefit the Nachos.  Medals will have a lot of effect on promotions and will be reset every time promos are done.

     Jcm the Crystal Warriors leader has agreed to a full time alliance with the Nachos.  So if ACP attempts to attack during any time we are vulnerable the Crystal Warriors will help out.  This means we will help the Crystal Warriors any time they call us in.   Upcoming events will be posted below.

50: I chose to use only a few examples due to the fact that I don’t have time to look through 10 months worth of posts all day.  There are many different  examples out there if you look carefully.

This post was created on December 23, 2009 titled “Boomer’s Flop” and created by Karakoran.  A summary of the post is that ACP invaded a notable server (Tuxedo) of an inocent army that was in it’s recovery stage (RPF). Why did ACP invade Tuxedo from RPF?  Simply because RPF couldn’t do much since they were small and wouldn’t last a chance against ACP at the time.  As Karakoran quotes in the post

“So basically by doing this:

• 1) He proved that he considers army legends to be the voice of armies.
• 2) He took away a valuable server from a small army.
• 3) He greedily pocketed a server he’ll never use for events (at least later on) at the expense of a weaker army.
• 4) He started a war.
• So much for Defending Freedom and Preserving Justice huh Boomer?”

Notice how ACP often try to make themselves look like the good guys in invasions when they are really just being jackasses.  They often invade from weak innocent armies who don’t have the power to fight back.  I remember my old army called CPRA had their Capital (Grizzly) robbed by the ACP.  It’s not like that’s the only time they’ve done something like this.

Above is a post explaining why ACP is corrupt and how Dryvirt comes up with ways to manipulate our actions.  In the post Omega also mentions how taking out ACP would mean a better future for armies.  It’s one of my favorite posts of all time, and it’s very influential.  Created on January 1st, 2010.

Apparently Dryvirt’s dad a Police Officer was going to read Omega’s next post to make sure Omega didn’t say anything hurtful (anything against ACP) in the post.  Yet Dry would often harass other armies in posts too.

Every once in awhile there were a few less significant times that ACP has shown corruption and attempt to dictate armies though I want to skip over the the Present.  I’m guessing most of you reading this are familiar with the War Server Controversy.  Basically what happened was the Nachos were trying to start up using war servers again so we could fix many of the problems in Modern Day Armies.  We had a major army meeting about the issue.  The Nachos, Team Gold, Golden Troops, Night Warriors, DCP, RPF, Ice Warriors and many more Major/Medium armies attended the meeting.

In the end the majority of the armies agreed to the system with only UMA and the Night Warriors declining it.  We had a post on the Nacho site stickeyed for 3 days asking for your army to vote on whether they agree with war servers or not and which servers to make war servers.  ACP agreed to the system with Mchappy commenting stating that he agrees and Bob making a post on the ACP site saying that he likes the idea. https://nachoarmy.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/acpcorruption-12.jpg So once ACP realizes that Mammoth is going to become a war server (they agreed to the system as shown in the pic above) ACP suddenly tries to deny agreeing to the system yet the proof is still around.  Boomer made a biased post on Club Penguin Army Central about the system http://cpacentral.wordpress.com/2010/10/16/war-servers/ stating the positive sides of War Servers in only 10% of the post and the other 90% was hate comments about them.  Even with the post being biased 54% of the army world agreed to the system.  After that Boomer still tried to convince everyone that the system was terrible on a site that’s supposed to not be biased.  He did all he could to prevent the system from happening even making a poll asking if the Nachos side of the system is biased.

Armies cannot evolve unless we have ACP out of our way.  ACP has been preventing positive things from happening with an excessive amount of power.  This is not fair.  We need to stop it so we can finally make our own decisions.  I’ve noticed that Oagal and Boomer are still making a lot of the decisions in ACP when they should maybe give there leader a chance for once.  As one of the many Club Penguin Armies out there it is the Nachos job to prevent this corruption from happening.  And until now we’ve just let ACP take over.  We know that we at least have a chance of defeating ACP 1 on 1 even if were not the favorite, but defeating them 1 on 1 won’t mean much.  If we want to reduce ACP’s power we need to beat them badly.  I’m not saying we won’t fight 1 on 1 in this War, that’s still a huge possability.

It’s time we stand up for ourselves.  Stop taking the abuse from the dictatorship and do something about it.  They somehow have the right to create laws without any other army approving, yet when the majority of the other armies want a law to pass and they don’t they have the power to not allow it to pass.  We’ve been allowing them to get away with it for a very long time.  It’s simply not right and it’s about time we fix this mess!  Everyone.  Order 39 is now in effect.  We must beat ACP to the ground and demolish them!

Show those Green Bastards who’s the BOSS!  In case ACP does not know, they aren’t the only army out there.  We are going to fight ACP until their power is reduced.  I don’t wanna hear any B.S about beef with armies for a stupid reason.  We need to come together as one gigantic force and take down the enemy.  In this situation we are fighting for something we truly believe in.  That my friend is what makes a true war.  The Nachos, Team Gold, Crystal Warriors, MFW, Fire Angels, Popcorn Army, Red Warriors, Black Panthers and CPED have officially declared war on ACP. We invite your army to join us and take down ACP too.  We could use the help.  I think it’s fair to name this war “Order 39” after Omega39 one of the few people brave enough to question ACP’s dictatorship.  This is for all the armies who have been constantly abused by ACP, this is for the rights of each soldier harassed by them, and most importantly this is for the essence of Club Penguin Armies!

Our goal is to beat down ACP enough until their size and power is drastically reduced.  We are going to overthrow the government and that is Oagal, Boomer, Dry, and Bob.  I’m expecting ACP to try and convince each army that they are not corrupt and possably even say the Nachos are corrupt.  Do not feed into it.  ACP will try it because they are desperate.  Every army that helps the alliance will get a reward out of it along with ACP not dictating us anymore.

P.S ACP if you need proof of your army being corrupt I promise to post some of the proof later tonight.

Ok, Zayer 3ic here- im posting alot, if leaders want me to stop, just tell me.

Anyways, so for the members, here’s an overview-

• 50 is trying to create a new system of war servers, which you can read about below. It will help solve alot of problems, while other people think it will cause problems. Read about it and decide below.
• We are at war with ACP- dont flame on their site, on their chat, on your blog- none of that. Just stick with it, go to events, and kick some ACP butt- the best thing that you can do is be active and help us beat ACP.
• 3ic kid retired, while newly instated 3ic pwn has just been officially ranked 3ic.
• I like pancakes, they’re fluffy deliciousness.

And, to the past 3 armies or so who have tried to call war on us.

1. If you have UNDER 5 PEOPLE, DO NOT BOTHER. You need a minimum of 5 people to invade a server, and either way your going to lose.
2. If your going to leave a comment on our site, on a random post, and not tell us in person, the day before your schedule an invasion, we’ll simply ignore you.
3. To go along with number 2, if you want to call war, you HAVE TO TELL A LEADER ON CHAT. Pc them, ask if they are a leader. If so, then tell them your declaration of war, and they will handle it from there.
4. If you doing this, just so you’ll get more hits, that’s very scummy and won’t be tolerated 😉
5. If your doing so because you claim you are one of ACP’s allies- chances are, you aren’t an ally, and you simply want to be noticed (no offense ACP, same thing happens with us)

So yea, Im tired of 3 times a day, 1 person armies coming on to nacho chat, and pcing me
