Tan Edit: I just want to tell you guys some stuff..Well 1 we have a battle against AR Friday so be there. Another thing is that the reason I stepped down from leader was because I thought Ads has more experience and capability than I do. Don’t think he made me or anything because that was not it at all. I made this decision on my own and I think this should help Nachos. Don’t worry though I’m still Nachos 2nd in command ;).

Hey Nachos. I know you guys are pretty bummed that Billy or Tan isn’t leader anymore, but remember this, you still have Tan and now you have me. Most of you are complaining on how you were demoted, but the ranks don’t matter, that’s what you don’t see. We are all a family here, I’m just basically the father who tells you what to do, I’m not trying to ruin anything. I don’t want to be a dictator, but this is the quickest way decisions will be made instead of waiting a week for the other leader to agree or disagree. We are still a democracy, a lot of the choices we make will be up to you, I promise this. Basically, the decisions I make are for who we go to war with, what ranks to give out, etc. If you give me that chance to prove myself, I will succeed, but only if I have you all on my side. The only way that will happen is if you are all happy with me being here.

The thing that is bothering me a lot is our rank in the CPAC top ten. We are much much better than number 3 and I know we have the potential to make it all the way to number one. We have done it before multiple times and I am 100% that under my leadership, we will do it again. In my last reign as leader, I have stated that the top 10 doesn’t matter because it’s just an opinion, but it matters now. If we can all get on chat and follow orders, I’m sure we can reach that potential in no time. We also have great 3ic’s and a 2ic who will lead us up there. I just want you guys to know that I’m proud of you and will never give up on this dream I have. Even if I do seem pretty furious, I’m still proud that a few of you tried. Failure helps us succeed.

Part of the dream that I believe in is getting us back to those high numbers of 45+. You might say that it’s impossible, but I say it’s not! We just need to recruit on and on and on, have a few training sessions here and there. The reason why we had so many people at the Legend’s Cup was not 100% because of me, 99% was because of the troops who wanted to attend the event. Where did all those troops go? Did they magically disappear? I have no idea, but I know that it was a problem that had occurred or they just forgot about us. I think the problem was cursing, I know a lot of you will get melancholy(sad) and pissed at me, but I want what is right for the troops. I don’t want to take your freedom away, so it’s either no cursing or your barely curse at all. Look at ACP for example, you may hate them, but because of their no cursing rule, they get 60+ at events, sometimes even 100+. That’s what I want for us! Imagine that, the Nachos set a new record by having 150+ official soldiers attend and event, it would be amazing.

Now, to discuss what happened at the meeting……Tomb (our advisor who you should not dislike) proposed an idea. He proposed that the Nachos would have less owner ranks so that less fighting would occur between us and that none of us would try to rebel against the leader. Most owner ranks that were present at meeting seemed to like the idea and wanted to put it into effect, but we needed to figure who the leader, co leader, and 3ic’s were. The vote for leader was between Tan and I, but Tan stepped down from leader because he thought I would do a better job, I know you guys will say Tan is awesome, how could he do that, and I agree, so I won’t let him down. Since I became the main leader, I decided on who the 2ic was and who the 3ic’s were. I obviously chose Tan as my 2ic because he was man enough to step down, he was active, I had a good relationship with him (no homo), and he has great leading skills. For the 3ic’s, I chose Joker, 50, and Zayer for the same reasons I chose Tan. Now, you may say that I only added my friends on there, but I had to put friendship aside for a moment and choose who I thought was perfect for the job. Most of the mods are the owners who has been demoted and 3 people who are the most active out of the rest of the mods. We wanted 10 mods so people would work really hard to achieve it.

On chat, there have been arguments about Tomb being advisor and that he is an enemy leader, the owners getting demoted, and me becoming leader. I would like for this to stop because families shouldn’t argue as much as this. It could turn into a civil war and split the army in half, and that’s what I would never want to happen. As I was writing the part of the post, someone pc’ed me saying “Nachos would of had more on chat with Billy…” That does hurt me because I just became leader yesterday. I understand that you miss Billy a lot, you guys love him and I feel pretty bad to take that away from you, but I’m here to replace that so I can make the army better. We will definitely have fun events, that’s what we are known for, but there are times where we need to become serious for a minute and focus on what is happening. Billy was the past and this is the present/future. It was time for a change in the army and that’s what happened. If you have been cut from mod rank, I will think of something so you can be in it, but don’t worry other member ranks, I’ll do something for you too. I hope this has at least said something to you.
