Hola, Nachos, I just wanna talk about a little problem we’re having with promos. The problem is that troops are getting promos way too easily, I don’t wanna seem like that harsh owner rank, but it’s true. Troops are getting a promo for every event they make, then they get another on Promo Day. They’ll end up with 5 promos a month, heck, they’ll end up getting mod in 3 months. Which I find very sad.. It took me at least 4 months to get my very FIRST promo, and I know some people had to wait even longer for their first promo. We didn’t always get a promo every month. We used to have to work for our promos, and now troops just need to make one event and they got an automatic promo, like what the heck? They’ll end up getting a high rank, and not have any experience on how to lead, which will have a major effect on Nachos in the future. We’re already in a tough spot, but we can pull through it, and strive. We are Nachos, we can go through about almost anything :mrgreen:, but we do need to make our troops work harder for their promos, they’re being given out too easily. It’s a pretty short post, but this is all I wanted to say. Comment on what you think.

I agree with this post 100%. Heck, I’ll change in to 304% It took me a long, long time to be mod, a whole year. But during that time I grew out of my noob stage. This is the point of gradually building up.
I completely agree. I got mod in 2 months. That’s not right. Modship should be more prized than that. Also, there’s talk of this guy from MiTCh becoming a mod, and he’s not even active. Promos should be harder to acquire.
I started off as ranger in november and i am a lieutenant now !!
It took me approx. 26 months to reach mod….

I think nachos deserve a promo each month but I do agree that getting promos for simply attending 1 event is a little much. It is true that I got from private to Captain in about 3 months :mrgreen:. I think we should keep promotion day at the end of each month but other than that, only give promos for outstanding work.

I agree -before i became in active it took me about 2 years just to get to the rank below mod — didnt help tht i wasnt as active when i recived that rank— although it is going to make imy life a lot harder now that im working through the ranks again

I have never gotten a promo in the middle of a month. I think maybe once when i was a colonel. But ads gave me my promos. At least a lot of them. Most people think Ads is like the best ever and he gave me mine. Thats why i think i earned mine.

It’s a never ending war. It will go on as long as we both stand, in the top five. They have struck again, and not just against the leaders but you the ACP soldiers. I personally will not let this just “slip” away. I have too much pride, which I regret at times for it takes over my thoughts. Yet this is not an act of declaration; just an act of speech. Freedom of speech.
I was surfing the web of all armies; finding the new ones and stopping by on old ones. Of course I went over to the Nacho site. One of our biggest rivals. As I was reading I was surprised by one of their posts called A Problem With Promotions. I read it well, taking notes to see if I could do a few changes in ACP’s own system of promotions. It was a very short post, so I was able to see pictures that I wish I had not seen. Pictures of immaturity. They had a picture of a guy doing a very inappropriate thing and labeled it as me. My pride started to kick in, but I knew it better not get a hold of me. I than scrolled down even more to see a picture insulting all of ACP.
I thought we had a server alliance and maybe our feud could end? Guess not. The Nachos will never cease to flame. I am blaming all of the Nachos because their second in command was the person that was responsible for this… assault. Their leadership reflects everything, same with every other army. They claimed it to be “fur teh lulΖ.” Which I highly doubt. I think this could have been an act of war, or something to catch our attention. Something that I will gladly accept.
We, the Army of CP, challenge the “Nachos” to a Practice Battle on Tuesday.
So you should post that we have a PB with ACP on tuesday.
If I can I would destroy the army I hate and make them dead and they will not come to life again. I will go on there chat and defend it.
