We are a team.

We are an army.

 We are the Nachos.

We are most effective as a team when we compliment each other without disagreeing or fighting. What happened? I’m sure most of you know the story about 50 and Tan. Well, quite frankly, we need to move on and pretend that never happened. This is just silly, it’s a CP game kiddies.

As for the troops, I’m sorry you had to sit through this conflict. Please remain active in the nachos. We have several fun events coming, such as promo day, so I will like to introduce to you a new promo system.

This was meant to help you guys start working as a team. Do you want to beat ACP in battles? Do you want to be the number one army? Well here is the new deal…

• Get a full chat at events.

• Go on chat whenever you can.

• Comment on the site.

The third thing is mainly where I’m getting at, commenting on the site. We expect you to comment on the site whether or not you can make the event. Also, we would like to hear your opinions about things. We are going to set a goal. If all the troops together can beat the previous month’s site hits, 32,325, then they are eligible to have promo day. If not, they have to wait a whole another month. This way our site views can continue to get bigger and you guys will earn your promo day. Right now we are about halfway there this month and we still have about 2 weeks. I know you guys can do it. This isn’t that hard.

Hockey Edit: First off, tan is looking a bit suspicious with the whole story thing and not taking pictures of the conversation. Sure you can be in a hurry to protect your facebook and what not but he could’ve always come back later. Also, who would hire a hacker to protect themselves? If tan protected his facebook page from 50 how could 50 have harmed him more? Now for 50. 50 has always been one to take drastic measures to get his way so tans story is a bit more believable in that point. 50 has also rebelled in the past-but Icy is also a main part in this story. If tan wanted to defend himself from 50, couldn’t he have done it a different way than ruining 50’s life with a hacker? Icy is also trying to ruin 50 the same way 50 was going to ruin tan. If tan hired icy wouldn’t he have called off the attack already? Icy hasn’t stopped meaning that tan is either trying to ruin 50’s life or icy isn’t listening. Yet, if icy isn’t listening, couldn’t tan just fire icy and get this over with? Not to mention, both sides lack proof. Tan said out loud a text he got from 50 but who knows if he’s lying? He could just be making it up. 50 says the conversation was way different from what tan was portraying but he could also be lying. The lack of proof in these stories could keep this going on for a very long time. Unless tan can get a picture of the text then this fight will continue. ALL the troops are crying out for 50 and tan to stop this fighting- they can fight if they want, but don’t put the whole army into turmoil. BOTH STORYS ARE THEORYS UNTIL PROVED WITH PROOF. Both Tan and 50 are claiming their story is true yet both are just theory’s. Fact is, only tan and 50 know the truth. If the fight continues, the nachos may as well roll over and die. Who knows what could’ve happened? Only 50, Tan- or time will tell.

Ok Nachos, with all this slander going around, i thought i’d shed a tad of light into the situation. 50 and tan are arguing about some ensuing events that included accusations of hacking someones facebook, TONS of lying, hiring a hacker- the list continues. I’m not trying to take a side, i just don’t like someone being thrown into the dark if nothing happened. I was discussing it with some people on chat, and the funny thing we find is

1. 50 claims tan hired icy, yet has no proof except that icy doxed him and was hacking his facebook- no proof he was given an order to hack it.

2. Tan claims 50 threatened to go on tans facebook and tell all his rl friends he plays cp. he says he was too scared and angry to prnt scrn and rather was busy blocking 50 from his fb page. Yet, why not prnt scrn after blocking it?

3. They both claim the other is lying, yet neither has ANY proof to first of all back up their theory’s and YES

BOTH STORIES ARE JUST THEORIES, NEITHER IS FACT

nor do they have proof that the other is lying-funny huh?

So the only POSSIBLY conclusion I could draw (with hockey) was that in an argument over pc in which both people were most likely throwing insults around, tan got the misconception that 50 was attempting to hack his facebook. He called on a hacker for defense (which is fine, many of us would do the same) and in a 2nd mis-understanding, icy took that as a sign to get rid of 50. 50 thought tan gave the order to get rid of 50 and thus closed his account and accused tan of trying to hack him. Whether any of the events that both claim are true, we will never know because neither of them took any pictures, have any factual evidence etc.

Let’s be real here- can we honestly stop trying to turn this into a whose right and wrong contest, and simply GO BACK TO WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO- FIGHTING CP WARS? I know this sounds ignorant and stupid and that both of you want the other punished or something along those lines, but realistically, neither will admit what really happened, so it’s either someone comes up with the truth or we call it a draw and GET ON WITH OUR STUPID CP LIVES 😆 I’m just an advisor, and right now I ADVISE you stop getting the army off track with fighting and get back to kicking some ass. We have some important events coming up (posted here) Fighting seems to be the first step to splitting and falling all the time so honestly, cut it out.

Now, many of you have read 50’s post about “What I don’t want people to know” let me just first off start by saying 50’s post is complete LIES.  Let me tell you the real story.

One night me and 50 got into a fight in pc because I didn’t agree with one of his ideas. He got mad and started threatening me(Which he has done more than once) saying “Any last words before I ruin your life? Facebook.com”. There is one lie from him.. He did not just say “Facebook.com” that is complete and utter nonsense. 2nd off he basically stalks my Facebook and always has and basically made me do what he said because if he didn’t he would ruin my life by telling all my friends that I play Clubpenguin(Which they do not know) and who knows what else. Back in the day 50 called Ads354’s parents and signed him up for inappropriate websites when he didn’t like him. But anyway back to the story so I got scared that he was going to actually ruin my life and called in a hacker. Yes I called in a hacker but not to attack 50.. I told him that I would only use him if 50 attacked me.. So there’s another lie from 50 saying that I hired this hacker to destroy him.. I got him for self-defence. Next onto the mods thing. There is not really that many mods.. You are taking this way out of hand. We had this many mods when Gamer and King were leading and they were fine. I have also clarified in a post that if a mod ever abuses or disobeys the rules that you report it to me.. Have you reported anything about mods abusing to me 50? No you havent. 50 may say going on strike isnt attempt of rebellion but it is. While I was leader for the past 2-3 months 50 was inactive ON PURPOSE. Do you really want someone who doesn’t try or anything if they don’t get what they want? He once also told me that the only reason he is in this army is to come on chat. He doesnt even care for the Nachos. Those people who found you guilty were the NSJC which is what you agreed to while you were a 2ic. Now that you lose you are all of a sudden against the NSJC now??? Thats just pure whining and sad. I now realize why 50 rebelled all those times. It’s a situation just like now. He didn’t get his way. If he doesn’t get his way he throws a fit. Another point, many of those advisors know what they are doing. All of them have led an army before or been an owner in the Nachos. This cannot be bad. It makes chat have more control. We’ll always have a leader in battles. More people to post which = more hits on the site. They also give me advice on important decisions.

Now recently I have not been as active as I possibly can I understand which is why I brought in the 3 leaders. If one of us goes inactive than we’ll have 2 more to be there and still lead. Theres some more problems in your accusations 50.

Here is my answers to 50’s “questions” aka LIES

• I have never lied to my troops. I cannot think of 1 time I have lied to my troops. Sure I have lied but everyone on this planet has lied..
• Me backstabbing you??? LOL!! You have threatened to ruin MY life over 5 times in the past 5 months probably. I have never threatened you I called in Icy for defence AGAINST you.
• I am on everyday I do not see where you get that? I have visited this website and been on chat everyday since February 7, 2009(the day I joined the Nachos)
• I don’t let chat get out of control. If to people are fighting I tell them to stop. If someone is posted inapp things I kick them. I follow the rules way more than you in the 1st place xD.
• I understand this is a oppinion but that is why we have Puck and the other person. If you don’t like 1 of the leaders than you can always talk to another.

I’m glad I was able to show you the REAL story of the situation and not 50’s lies. Do not believe a word he says. If he doesn’t get his way he cries about it.

If you were too busy to read that post and didn’t wanna read all the words here’s a summary..

• 50’s post was completely lies.

I would like to thank Carly. She is the reason I’m making this post. At first I felt like I should be passive and let this slide right by, but she made me realize that I shouldn’t be taking s**t especially when I am right. I’ve only told Hockey, Zayer, Carly, J boy and Matt about what really happened between me and Tan. I was being 100% honest and they all now believe that Tan made a bad decision. It’s important that the army learns the truth rather than washed up lies made by Tanner & Icy.

3 days ago me and Tan got in a fight in pc. The fight was over what I had been telling Tan over the past 2 weeks yet he continued to stop listening to me. I thought that Tan was too inactive to lead the Nachos and that he was not taking control. He couldn’t say no. The Nachos had 10 retired owners and 3/4 of chat were mods. Why? Tanner didn’t want anyone complaining and he didn’t want extra stress added on.

I told Tan that he needed to stand up and take control. When mod ranks are handed out that easily the troops will have no ambition to achieve great things in the army since they don’t have to work for it. The member ranks will also feel left out as if they are the only members. This makes it so we have a lack of new troops willing to stay. To make things worse a lot of the mods (not all of them) like to abuse new members (otherwise known as noobs). Without regulations armies start to become dysfunctional and it is hard to get out of that state. Lastly I told tan that he needed to become more active. A lot is expected from the Leader. During the weekdays tan’s not even on everyday.

Tanner and me started to fight since he wasn’t willing to accept the fact that he’s not fit for leading the Nachos. I told him he either needs to step down to 2ic and give his rank to someone more fit for the job (Puck or Dash) or step up his game. He took that offensively and started to curse me out. The only thing I see myself doing wrong was saying “facebook.com brb”. This was indicating that I would do something to his Facebook if he didn’t do what I said though it was not a direct threat. On chat Tanner said that he was retiring. His words: “50′s stressing me out, though he is right about everything so I am retiring”.

Tanner knew me well enough as his past BFF. He knew I wasn’t enough of an ass to harm him in any way. In the end I didn’t harm his Facebook and wasn’t even tempted to harm it. After Puck became leader I promised to Tan that the army would be in good hands. Me, Puck, Hockey, Dash, and Coop were set to start up a project which would get the Nachos moving on the right path and teach future generation leaders how to effectively lead the Nacho Empire. Unfortunately this project was ended significantly early.

Tan had hired Icy to finish me off and ruin my life by telling all of my friends on Facebook that I play Club Penguin. He was able to dox me and find my facebook account. Luckily I got on chat at the right time and just minutes before he was able to tell my friends I’m in the Nachos I deactivated my Facebook account. I cannot use Facebook anymore or else Icy will use it against me. I texted Tan about the situation so he told me a few lies which eventually had him admitting the truth to me.

When Tan came back he just took the leadership position and played it cool like nothing had happened even when he hired someone to ruin his best friend’s personal life. Legally I couldn’t have gone to Nacho court. The court requires that you have proof of the crime before taking it to court. He had no proof. In fact my threat was indirect and I never did harm him so even with the evidence it still shouldn’t have gone to court. If anything he should’ve been on trial since he made an attempt to ruin my personal life.

The trial was unfair. The judges are supposed to assume I am innocent yet they treated me poorly. They used evidence they did not have against me. They even said that Striking was a form of rebellion. My definition of striking is being neutral and not doing the favors you did in the past in order to get what you want. Rebelling is attempting to remove a high official by force to get what you want. I was originally supposed to be sentenced to a 1 year chat bann then membered in March 2012. It turned into becoming 3ic and getting mod probation for 3 months so I retired.

I do not have any interest in becoming leader in the future. I just want the Nachos to know the truth and see where we take it from there. Though Tanner doesn’t usually lie to his troops he has been lying about this situation. He said that I hacked him, he said I threatened him, he’s even saying I’m trying to sue him in RL XD I hope he doesn’t actually believe I’m trying to sue him in RL…….. some people are too stupid for their own good.
