Hello, my name is Person1233, the Nacho legend who led the Nachos from November 2008 to August 2009 to their highest point ever.

Based on a unanimous decision, the Nacho Army of Club Penguin has granted me with the power to act as the leader of this great army from August 7th, 2011 to August 13th at 11:59 PM, which is when I will relinquish my power as leader. When I say that I will act as the leader of this army, I actually will not be leading anything. The next few days will be a period where  I  will be observing the high ranks leading a group of troops on one of our servers. Based on their ability to lead, attitude while leading, and creativity with tactics, I will put those people into consideration for the next leader. Basically, the entire owner level ranks will be reformed. If the skills observed during these sessions are not helpful enough in deciding the new ranks, past performance will be used, and a vote may be held among the SOLDIERS of the Nachos (below mod rank).

The new owner ranks will include the following: (2) Leaders, (2) Co-Leaders, and (3) Ambassadors. Once the Nachos introduce the three divisions and reach a certain size, there will be 3 leaders. The following people have an opportunity at becoming a leader or owner rank:

IF YOU ARE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE, YOU MUST SCHEDULE A TIME FOR YOUR TRAINING SESSION.

I AM ALLOWING YOU TO PICK A TIME THAT BEST SUITS YOU.

Training to be held on August 7th(5 to 10 PM), August 8th, August 9th, August 10th, August 11th, and August 12th on the server FJORD..

Please comment or e-mail person1233@nachoarmy.net to schedule the time where you want to hold your very own training session. Sessions will be 25 minutes long. The schedule will be updated on this post, and a post will be made on the Nacho website during the time of your session. There are 18 people and 6 days, so we will have  days with 3 people going.

August 9th:  Slobbysnake at 3 PM EST, 12 PM PST, 8 PM GMT;

August 10th: Pwners at 1 PM EST, 10 AM PST, 6 PM GMT;

August 11th: Oberst543 at 4 PM EST, 1 PM PST, 9 PM GMT;

August 12th: (nobody)

August 13th: Public meeting to be held at 3:00 PM EST or 12 PM PST or 8 PM UK announcing the new leaders and going through negotiations  about who goes where. The input of every Nacho soldier is welcome.

Please note that this evaluation is not the only factor determining whether you get to become an owner. Your past performance and dedication is factored in, along with your credibility as a trusted soldier. However, if you don’t want to participate in this training evaluation, that is okay, and I don’t blame you if you do not want to become a leader. Your rank will likely remain the same if you are a moderator. Afterward the evaluations, I will become an advisor for the leaders and I will help them with this army for as long as they need me. Once they tell me to get lost, I will go back into the shadows.

❗ IMPORTANT War Situation ❗

Next, I would like to address our current foreign affair situation. The Nachos are involved in a war based on a decision made in anger, and I believe that the Nachos have no part in this war altogether. I’m asking invading armies to call off all conflict with the Nacho Empire until August 17th. I need to time to help the Nachos prosper once again, and invasions made on bad decisions made by past leaders will not help the new generation, which will become a valuable ally to you in the future. By invading us now, you risk the extermination of an army which has become vital to this system of armies. Just like the United States  plays a vital role in the world economy, the Nachos play a vital role in supplying troops to our little army world.

To start a base, the Nachos will be using the servers of Fjord and Deep Freeze as a base for the Army and Navy divisions, which will be released after a new leader is chosen. In order to maximize growth and be able to utilize our forces in time of war, we need to be able to split our army when the other army can not. Once we grow, we will establish another division: the Air Force. However, that will only happen after receiving 50+ troops at battles.

Once the Nachos can establish themselves as  a respectable army, the Nachos will be determined to help out the armies that did not invade us during this time by helping those armies in war. (ACP, UMA, etc.)

Getting the Troops Involved

The next thing I would like to introduce is the increased involvement by lower ranked troops in the big decisions made by the Nachos. I am proposing that every Friday night at 8 PM EST, a “board meeting” can be held with Nacho soldiers taking the floor and giving their input about what improvements can be made to the Nachos. The more power to the people is the more power to the Nachos. Also, the people sometimes have the best ideas because they have the interest of the common Nacho in mind.

Next, new recruits will no longer become an official Nacho immediately. They will be given the rank of “trainee” until they show up to an official battle. Once they participate in a battle, THEN they will be given an official rank and become an official Nacho. This will help clear the ranks of people who have done nothing, because  trainees will be removed if they are inactive for a month.

Why is this happening?

If you have questions to why I am the decision maker in all of this, it is because of the recent instability that the Nachos have seen not only in the past few weeks, but the past few months. Every time change happens, the Nachos slip back into the same routine of ignoring the heart of the Nacho army, and we need leaders who recognize the need of the “middle class” and can act on those needs by implementing ideas to improve their condition. The decisions of the Nacho army should be based on the opinion of the majority of Nachos, and only in times of uncertainty and division should the Nacho leader hold all power.

Finally, I need your opinion. What do you, the common Nacho soldier, want to see in the next generation of Nachos? What is wrong with the past generation that we can fix? This is a starting over, a revival of this great army. I call it, generation P. Also, please help me come up with a much better name ;_;. I ask for all Nacho troops to remain with the Nachos during these times. This is the ultimate test to determine how much you really want to be in this army, and how much you care. I assure you that the Nachos will be a formidable force after the decisions that will be made at the end of this week. All we need is your input to guide the new leadership in the right direction so we don’t slip down the same road of power hungry leaders making decisions to fit their personal desires.
