Today I wanted to cover the topic, activeness.

Activeness. Are you active in this army?  Are you a chat regular?  Do you make battles?  The answer should be yes.

To the new troops: Our chat is: http://xat.com/nachoarmy .  Make sure you make an Xat account and be on chat a lot!

Mental note to remember:  Be on chat regularly.  This way your presence is helped in your chance of being promoted.

Another thing I wanted to cover, Promotion Days.

You know what helps us A LOT?  Comment on the events you made!  Please, please, PLEASE comment if you made it or not.  It helps us do promotion day a lot easier.

Yes, I know all of you just look at the pictures and go back to chat.  We need to change that.  Commenting on the post takes about 2 minutes (maximum) and it’s really easy!

Doing this, we can just scroll down the event’s comments and see who made it, and see who earns a promotion!  Think about it like this,

If you want your chances of getting a promotion sky rocket, make events and comment if you made it or not. 😉

Next topic,

Medals.  Yes we’ve done it, no owner wants to have the responsibility.  Well quite frankly, I do.

I am going to handle medals myself.

Commenting if you made it or not could get you medals. 😮

So do it.

Medals will launch today, I will make the “Nacho Store” and the Medals page.

If you make an event, depending on how good we did, you will get a certain amount of medals, here are some examples:

35-40 people on CP at an event: 15 medals

25-30 people on CP at an event: 10 medals

15-20 people on CP at an event: 5 medals

5-10 people on CP at an event: 1 medal

The Nacho Store© will have things like,

Promotions (A lot of medals 😆 )

Mod for the day

Leading events for a day

Making a post that I can post for you

etc.

Promotions:

The promotions will be 100 medals.  But you have to be BELOW Lieutenant on the ranks!  We don’t want mods being owners, that would be horrible.

Mod for the day:

The mod-for-a-day will be 50 medals.  Yes, that is a lot of medals, but if you want to be a mod for 24 hours, you need to earn it!

Make a post I will post for you:

Think about if you didn’t get picked for the ‘In the Eyes Of…’ Nacho segment (hosted by me).  You REALLY want to cover a topic, but you just didn’t get it, well, I have a resolution for YOU!

To make a post, it will cost 30 medals.  The post has to be atleast 5 paragraphs long, with a steady topic.  I don’t want,

“I HATE THIS ARMY SO LET’S INVADE THEM!”

The leaders declare wars, not you.  You will cover topics like,

“This is what I want to change about this army, I think it would benefit us greatly:”

That really helps us, and it helps the army.

I am taking full responsibility for the Medal system.  If I am not on for a day, or if I don’t make an event, I will do it all next day,
