Hello, Billy Mays here to talk about new chat rules that we need, and what we have lost in the fall of 09. To start of with what I think we need for new chat rules is that we need to make a whole new set of chat rules that the troops will vote on and if they disagree with most of the rules we will edit them to make you guys happy. The idea for the new rules is 1. limited cussing, don’t over abuse your allowance of cussing no more than 20 cusses per 15 minutes. 2. Respect each other, and no fighting on chat. 3. No spamming or flooding at all. 4. Listen to the owner ranks at all time, and if no owners are around listen to the mods. 5. The rules go on rest at 9 pm EST and return at 7 am EST. 6. This rule is the last rule, it is never on rest, have fun. They are the chat rules that I think that we should put into effect on chat, troops there will be a poll at the end of this post, vote if you want them in effect or not.
Another thing I want to talk about is that we lost something in 2009. The thing we lost in the fall of 2009 is not what you think it would be. Most people would think it would be size, but it’s not. We stopped doing a lot of the things that made this army fun that we would do all of the time. We stopped going on Club Penguin and messing around on a regular basis, streak raids and things like that. We stopped having a lot of chat raids, the posts became less fun and more about complaining to the troops. But, the biggest thing that changed which caused everything to start changing was we started taking armies way to seriously. Nachos, we will be having more fun events and we are going to be part of a war starting this weekend or over the next week, I think after this war, we should be having more fun events, and unscheduled ones too so be active on chat too!
With you, Friends ~ Billy Mays

I’d think this was a good idea if not for the cussing limit.

I like the rules, but I think you forgot one). There should be a no perverted/porn talk, pictures, links, etc. rule up there somewhere, unless that rule got removed.
