Hey Nachos,
I am your new 2ic, Alessa. I would like to talk about two things.
- Respect
Every time I am on chat SOMEONE has to make a rude or sexual comment to me. Why? Do people not know how to control themselves? I get it, I’m a girl, but why can’t I be shown the same respect everyone shows to Billy, Ads, Danny, or any other owner rank? I know respect is earned, but it goes both ways. I respect you and you respect me. All I’m asking for is to be treated fairly just like everyone else. If new troops see others disrespecting higher ranks, they may follow and do that too. Moderators and members are the future leaders of this army; you all need to set a good example, including us current leaders.
- Complaining
People have been complaining about not getting promoted to moderator or owner. Complaining and whining does absolutely NOTHING to better your chances at advancing, if anything that makes it worse. If you want to better your chances at getting a promotion you need to stay active, come to events, follow orders, obey the chat rules, and respect everyone (I mean EVERYONE). If you do get demoted unfairly tell an owner, we will look into it.
So that is pretty much all I wanted to talk to you about. Remember to have fun and enjoy the army.
