Paint Taking and Editing Pictures

This post was made in order to increase the number of picture we should happen to post of scheduled events.

Well it’s very simple all you need is common sense, your computer, Microsoft Paint application, and a keyboard(it’s free). When seeing something you would like to capture, press the “Print Screen” button. The words may be different on your computer and you may only have to press the “Prt Scrn” button to take picture.

Next simply open up the application called “Paint” and click paste to start editing your captured picture.

We don’t want a huge picture of your whole screen so what we would like you to do is crop out a selected area. What you need to do is click “Image” , which is one of the topmost buttons and scroll down to crop. After doing this select the area that you would like to crop; then simply go up to “Image” and click “Crop” once more.

If by some misfortune you have dis-selected your image clicking “Crop” won’t help. Go to the sidebar on the left side of your “Paint” screen also called “Tool Box” and click on the rectangular looking tool. (if you do not have this tool box present go up to “View” and click “Tool Box“) After selecting the area you would like to crop go up yo “Image” once more and select “Crop“. If mistakes are made simply go up to “Edit” and click “Undo”.

Once you have cropped the picture click the X button in red at the top right of your computer.
