Qwerty: Get a new chat background, Organize more, get troops active by rewards (such as medals, days, xats, mod/owner for a day) , lead the best he can, host you-lead events, inspired to make the army bigger like Person.
Talex: Get troops morale up so they come to more events, do fun events (war, game/movie nights), he likes dinos.
