Dear Princess Celestia,

We have just concluded the war with the Army of Club Penguin, and I would like to say a few things to things on behalf of the Empire. Firstly, I would like to thank the Club Penguin Pirate Army for their contribution in their UK defense of Snow Globe, and their valiant efforts at White House and Fjord. Secondly, I would to thank the Underground Mafias Army for their pledge to fight against the Army of Club Penguin during our time of war. Lastly, I would like to thank the Ninjas for their close bond with the Empire and their pledge to fight our enemies.

Don’t worry, it isn’t as complicated as it sounds.

Most importantly, I would like to thank the loyal guards of the Empire for their actions during this war, by ensuring us victory at all times, even when faced by the triple threat of the ACP, Light Troops, and the Dark Warriors. Those who elected to remain with the Empire when their other allegiance declared war on us I also commend. Like I always say, leaders should not say “I LED ARMY TO TOP 10” or “I GOT 40+,” when it was your loyal followers that brought you and themselves to such a high spot. Without the troops, the owners are nothing.

Speaking of the owners, I would like to announce the reorganization of the Nacho Empire’s government. Based off an earlier plan from the year 2009, this will effectively erase any confusion of where an owner belongs and what they should be doing for the Empire.
Also, the medal system is expected to go through a reform due to it being neglected and let to fall into disrepair. We are currently under Club Penguin Army Central’s Global Ceasefire, so all hostilities with the Light Troops are ceased under further notice. We will not be at war until at least the 29th of December. Until then, I expect the loyal subjects of the Nacho Empire to conduct business on their own initiative. Training and recruiting sessions will be planned to make up for the loss of events due to the conclusion of the war and the global ceasefire. If you have spare time, go chat recruiting or even go on Club Penguin to recruit yourself.
