If you’re on Google Chrome, I suggest deleting your entire history [Settings>History>Clear Browsing History>The Beginning of Time] this sometimes helps me. If that doesn’t work, try clearing your cache with whatever browser you’re on. It also sometimes helps to just keep refreshing chat again and again.
