Hola Nachos!

Just a reminder above of the times for tomorrow (Saturday) and Sundays’ event!

Lately, everyone’s been a bit un-active with exams, real life and whatnot, and I’m not against it or anything. It’s just that you need to be as active as you can. The events I planned earlier this week were appalling. Not more than two people showed up. It’s a disgrace, really. That’s why you need to step up your act, and at least try and get more involved. After all, it always pays off with a well deserved promotion at the end! 😀

This is why I’m reminding you. Seeing as it’s a Saturday more people should be able to come, so if you can, do come!

Regarding the AUSIA Division specifically, we need to tighten up our act. I just repaired my horrendous laptop and Power came back from camp, so all we need is you! Our force is very un-stable now, and we need to put in as much work as possible to get this division rising. I’ve come up with a plan to get us off the ground:

1. Recruiting comes first! To be successfull you need troops, and to have troops you need to recruit.
2. Tactic Sessions; After we’ve garnered a decent amount of troops, we can polish up on our tactics.
3. Practise Battles; To put our force to the test, we’ll have some fun practise battles to improve our live action. I’ve already discussed this with Splasher, and when we’re ready, we’ll probably first go against the ACP for a friendly PB.
4. Fun Events! After we grow our force very well, we’ll finally be able to have fun events for you all to enjoy, like U-Leads, Raids, Streaks and more. Like I said, earlier – hard work truly pays off.
5. WAR!!!

It may take our time to go up the developing stages, but we’ll get there eventually. This is why it’s best to plan events according to the benefits. As soon as we recruit sizes upto 15+ we’ll be ready for Stage Two.

Also, here’s some tips for events [You must’ve heard this before, but whatever, I just want to knock it into your senses’ again :P]

• Always focus. If somebody’s talking about that latest Katy Perry single or something, no matter what, just ignore them and concentrate on the event. Even better, kindly tell them to keep their conversation for later and pay attention to chat.
• Don’t overlap leader’s commands (Okay, I know I kinda do this myself but I’m trying to improve). Instead, just react on time to the commands’ on CP.
• Keep doing a tactic for 15 seconds/till everyone who’s doing it dies down. It look’s very sloppy when people do tactics at different times than others.
• Stick to the tactics/uniforms/rules. It makes us look more organised and united as an army, and it’s a plus in tournaments.
