Hola Nachos,
It is most definitely time for an active count. After a quick observation of the ranks and the chat for quite a while now, I have noticed that there are not as many troops that are active as they should be. We even have troops who do not even care and bother to log on anymore.

You all Private Chat me asking for promotions and/or moderator on the chat, but if you really want the position as much as you say you do, prove it. Go to events, comment on posts, be on chat, and overall be active. All you have to do is go on Club Penguin for 30 to 45 minutes, sometimes even less, and we’ll be successful and a top tier army.
Recruit. Read posts and comment. Recruit. Go on chat. Recruit. Attend events. Recruit and we’ll grow more each day. Afterwards, all you need to do is stay active. One day soon, we will regain our rightful placing at the top. This can be accomplished with ease if everyone is active and recruits.
If everybody can stay active, we will have our rightful spot at #1 again no problem and the start of the Diamond Age will begin. But currently, as you can already tell…we are struggling during the weekdays, and we need help from YOU, the troops to attend these events. Speaking of help, please leave your input, ideas, and suggestions in the comments section below on how YOU think the owners can improve this army and overall what we can do better as an army as one. Your suggestions and ideas will benefit this army in the long run and will aid the leaders in making this army a more enjoyable experience for all of us.

- I think that the owners should be as active as they can possibly be. They should be nice and welcoming to new troops, they should limit their cursing so that the troops will not be frightened and leave, and lastly, they should post more often with better grammar.
- I think we need to improve on being active as whole.

5. For one thing, when a new recruit arrives in the chat, everyone should not only be nice and welcoming, but they should also answer every question that the new recruit has. Like for example, we can’t just give a flat out link to the join page with no explanation to what it is or what they’re supposed to do. We should explain to them what it is, what cp armies are, and how to join in the best way that we can.
Another thing we can do is stop so much bullying going on in the chat. Since the Nacho Army is a more mature and laid back army, there are older members. Although it’s a lot easier to lead a virtual army with older people since they understand things better, some of those members pick on the younger members of the army. Either that or they are just being flat out rude regardless of age. I think that owners, since they have the most authority, should take more consideration into how people act on the chat. And if they see someone picking on another they should not just brush it off as a playful teasing but think about if that person is actually trying to be hurtful. With less bullying on the chat, more recruits would be willing to join and not as many will leave due to the teasing!
I know all of this sounds cheesy but just hear me out guys! :p
7. As a whole, this army has great potential! One of the things we seem to lack during events is focus. Almost every time I’m at an event, we have about 20 people on chat but only 10 on CP. I get it if some of those people on chat and not on CP aren’t part of the Nacho Army, but those who are need to wake up! Chat size means nothing if only half of us are doing their part! Also, I’m noticing that at times when one of the owners says something like; “E9 ON 3” there’s only about a few of the people on cp doing the tactic (and yes I am guilty for doing that!). We need more focus. If all of us give the owners our undivided attention during events, I know we will achieve greatness!

At the end of the month we should invite all allies into a tournament but if that’s to much than short it down to every season. Also another thing that the owners should do to make this army more fun is if we would do more u-turns or what ever they’re called. Try adding a radio to the chat site. Send notification by email or make an app. If we get more troops we can split the army into two groups and do practice battles and recruit, which ever groups get the most points will be able to do most of the u-leads events or something else like that.

What do you think that we should improve on to make the army better? A more recent uniform, unlike the uniform on the page, that is very old. The original is OK, but the other one seems… unused. The original is used though, and is more… Nacho like? And the non-member one looks NOT EVEN CLOSE to what a Nacho is like. I mean well No offence or anything, but I vote a new uniform. Like the star t-shirt or with the mining hat, and something you can still buy and most people have. It would make the army look more presented with the same uniforms. I hope you put this in consideration.

Well like many others have said, it would really be effective if owners were to be more caring and fun towards all troops, as well as active on chat and should be willing to help with anything and keep a lovely attitude no matter what the situation is. And a big one is to make sure EVERY troop gets online to reach our full potential even if it means kicking inactive troops.
6. The main thing we should do is recruit and log in. It’s really saddening to see so much potential go to waste just because people cba to log on. Apart from that, we should just enjoy our time as a Nacho and stay dedicated and loyal, to keep on fighting for the army!

5. Perhaps the higher ups of the owners should work out creating a form of inspiration for the rest of the army. It seems to me that many people are quite uninspired and as a result aren’t making the effort to come to events.

Any ideas how the owners can make this army more fun and enjoyable? The Owners sometimes don’t enforce their power enough when a person is being bullied/harrassed. We are such a laid back army too, but as a whole, everyone needs to watch the their language when a new member arrives on chat. We need to remain laid back, but we also need to remain responsible! Another thing, some people poke fun out of younger troops. Me being quite an old troop (17) I don’t want pre-teens scared of coming here or lying about their age to stay “cool”
Also, stop talking about sex every two seconds, it scares the little ones.
