We Are the Nacho Army

Nachos,

I address this post to each and every one of you because I care about who we are, about what we fight for and generally, the very essence for WHAT we are. I want everyone, including anyone in the leadership, to think very seriously about what I’m saying here.

I believe we are losing ourselves here. We aren’t losing size DRAMATICALLY, but we’re becoming less and less inspired to fight battles, in general to try and defend our nation, and to actually be who we really are.

Please click “READ MORE” to read the rest of this post. If you read this, we WILL benefit as an army.

I’ve been observing us for a while. I haven’t been in much of a front seat for a while now, but that will soon change. One thing I think we have lost is the reasons for fighting a battle, or fighting a war in general. We’re fighting, who, “global defenders” right now? I’d not really heard of them before now, but let me get one thing straight. I, nor most of the moderators or the members knows the true reasons for this war being fought. And right now, it’s very easy to see a reason that members and new troops don’t come on to chat and fight battles.

If they were to come on chat, they’d be greeted with owners and leaders screaming in their ears about how chat size is “pathetic” or more people “should be online” and that “promotions are soon”. They then would probably be met with the chaotic disarray of leadership styles that we currently suffer from. Truthfully, many of us conflict each other in the leadership and while we individually might have good ways of leading, this is not a good thing to combine in the long run.

Additionally, instead of the fun, dancing and emote shouting battles they are used to and they enjoy, (because a lot of them are kids and the simplistic thing they want is fun) they are on chat waiting for commands when people start moaning and groaning about how the other army is using allies, and how it’s unfair, or that they are multi-logging. This is UNACCEPTABLE. It’s not only bad sportsmanship and trying to account for our own mistakes, but in general, it’s pushing our own people away. AGAIN.

A further point is that, when they come on for a event sometimes they aren’t even MET with an event. Instead they are met with a ridiculous arrary of fascist sayings, chants, sexual phrases and slurs in general, and swearing, chaos, and let me tell you something. NO RECRUIT ENJOYS TO BE A A PART OF THAT.

I want each and every one of you to take a gigantic step back and look at the way you act on chat. I’m including even the goddamned leaders here. I’m not going to call names, of owners, mods, and even members, but you know exactly who you are.

Somebody needed to point this out. And I don’t care if I’m ridiculed by people who are too childish to accept that they’re not endorsing fun, or a happy environment in chat during an event any more. I don’t want to be that person that fauns over puckley and any other leader of his type. But I’ve said it once and I’ll say it before. When that sort of person is leading, in general the chat is a happy, fun atmostphere, everyone is having fun at the event, there may be a couple small side conversations but they are not distracting. However, sometimes leading during an event becomes to be something that is so dry, and meaningless, literally just a spouting of tactics at troops. And if it’s not catching people’s attention, that is when the chaos begins again.

We’re all guilty here of creating a bad atmosphere here, and we all know that in the past we were a lot better than this. We can be betterWe can rise again. But something we need to realise is that it’s not just a lack of recruiting that is causing us to fall in the ranks. It’s our general aura, and the way we are.

We can change this. Together. I know you all want change for the better. All of you.

So I ask you this. Are you with the Nachos? Or are you against us? Because if you want us to be the very best we can be, then let’s do this the right way.

Also, I’d like to invite ANY member or new recruit to comment on this post about what might be making them feel uncomfortable about the army’s atmosphere and feelings in general. And if there’s something you like seeing, tell us so that we can make that happen more.

  3. I agree as well. c:

  4. From why I’m seeing at sizes and the atmosphere on chat, this is reminding me of Aka’s reign at the end of 2009, and that’s not a good thing. Make a positive change and get this army back at number one where it deserves to be!

  5. NACHHO FAMILY!!!! C:
