Hello, Nachos

We have surrendered the war! But we have won! How you say? Read on.

The DCP were the 3rd ranked army when they declared war on us, when we were 10th. How evil of them to try to get an easy win over us. The DCP tried to destroy us, and they have failed. The DCP have agreed to a peace treaty that absolutely screws them over!  The egotistical DCP leaders wanted to feel empowered with a surrender from the Nachos, so we gave it to them.  Here are the conditions that the DCP agreed too:

– The DCP return the server Blizzard to the Nachos.

-The DCP keep the other servers that they invaded.

– DCP gets Summit+Slushy

– The two armies will not be able to invade each other for two months.

– Shivertoe2 will become Nacho Leader

Now you’re probably thinking “How is this good?“

 – We get Blizzard back

– The only two servers DCP legally invaded were Alaska and Shiver, so they get them.

– The DCP did not bother to demand the other servers that we won from them Walrus, Sparkle, and Vanilla. (The treaty was made at 8:20) So we keep them!

– They can’t do anything about it!

– The treaty never said that we had to make Shivertoe2 admin or main owner on chat, he can be banned essentially as long as he is leader. There was no clear definition of “Leader” in the treaty, thus allowing us to do this. Also, they did not say how long he is supposed to be leader, so they failed there too! Yeah Shiver is leader again. But we can remove him any time we want!

So congratulations DCP, you actually lost more than you gained. Maybe you should not agree to vaguely worded treaties without special clauses? Or just take a Law class.
