Promotion Policy for the Future

Hello

In order to effectively be able to promote all active soldiers, and demote the in active ones, the Nacho ownership will now be adopting a new policy regarding promotions. This policy will center around the amount of events a Nacho attends, and the ability of that Nacho to comment on posts about events they attended.

In short, this new policy will make the Nacho leaders consider these factors when determining if you deserve a promotion or not:

– How many events you attended

– How much you comment on the site

– Chat activity

Overall, the only real change from before is the policy on site comments. Please do not underestimate how helpful comments are to the leaders, they show who is really active, and who is checking the site for events.
