Hola everyone, Aka here.
As per last month, the leaders in this community have decided on meeting once a month to deal with issues that crop up.
The main topics of this meeting will be a new server map, the government and the people needed to run it, a server draft, and thoughts on CPAC.
THE PRE-MEETING THAT ANYONE CAN ATTEND
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH (Veteran’s Day)
- 4:30pm EST
- 3:30pm CST
- 2:30pm MST
- 1:30pm PST
THE ACTUAL MEETING (REPRESENTATIVES AND LEADERS)
THE SAME DAY, THIRTY MINUTES LATER
- 5:00pm EST
- 4:00pm CST
- 3:00pm MST
- 2:00pm PST
Representatives and leaders will be made moderators once their army has decided to make them their rep. All others not representing a facet of the community will be made members. Once the meeting has actually begun, members will be made guests and banned (guests will still be able to read the chat), and moderators will be made members to allow for an orderly chat. If there is someone present with hush, they will be made an owner so they can use it when needed during the meeting.
Prior to the last meeting, leaders of armies that had declined to show up to the meeting showed up anyway and voted. This will no longer be the case. As per usual I will be going around to chats asking leaders if they can show up, and if they can’t whom would they like to represent them. If your army declines to show up, thats it, until I hear otherwise BEFORE the meeting. If you’ve got questions, then I can be found usually on Nacho chat or on the CPA_Meetings chat and I’ll be there to answer whatever questions you have.

So you’re going to ban people for the meeting? I’m quite surprised that people in the CPAWM can’t partake in these meetings. -_-
to allow conversation to run more smoothly, people not representing an army or an organization are banned and so votes can be counted more easily. guested people/banned people can still read the chat so everyone can see that we are being transparent and not making up any results or so pictures can be taken.
CPAWM are invited as well as any army that wishes to attend, from DCP to ACP to IW to SWAT. the only thing that CPAWM can’t do is cast votes; they would be there strictly to observe and ask questions.
So you’re saying I’m not allowed to share my opinion? Someone get me my coffee.
i didn’t say any of that.
CPAWM and its members are free to say anything that they like, as well as report on the meeting and interviewing the representatives that show up. however, CPAWM can’t cast a vote as they are a news organization. rest assured that any topics involving CPAWM are purely meant to poll reps. and any votes in the future that involve CPAWM will allow a representative from CPAWM to have their own vote as well.
any further questions can be directed to me on nacho chat. i am online right now as well.
