Bringing awareness to the discrimination suffered by Nachos everywhere.

My dear Nacho brothers and sisters, today I discuss a rather concerning matter. It is not about the state the of the Army, but rather about our very selves, how we are treated around the Island of Club Penguin. Before I explain exactly what the deal is, know you’ve all been victims to these acts of ignorance! Even if you only ever log on CP for events, it happens then as well, every so often.

Most citizens of Club Penguin have no clue that armies exist. When average citizens see us on Club Penguin, they think we are all Mexican because of our uniform. And that’s not a problem. However, for some unknown reason, a large number of CP citizens have a malformed perception of Mexicans! Wherever I walk around, I am confronted with spiteful penguins who want me to disappear, or have fun at my expense. I’m sure you all go through the same hardships.

I think some people are just surprised and get excited about what we are wearing. They may not mean any harm, but still they automatically assume we’re like some different type of penguin that isn’t normal.

But mostly, they think of us as some inferior species. They have no problem telling us how they feel. Just like in the picture on top, they hate Mexicans.

Even during our events, they will do anything they can to bring us down and ruin our fiestas.

They’re scared of us, they see a penguin they decide is Mexican and flip out! They make us feel unwelcome in any situation. 😦

They brainwash their children from a very young age about the “danger of Mexicans”.

They don’t even consider us as penguins!!! To them we’re just some sort of house pet with which they can do whatever they please.

It’s even spread to Private Servers. You can’t go anywhere without someone feeling the need to make a comment.

These are only the few pictures I was able to capture from these incidents, but really this kind of stuff happens every week. It’s always “Don’t do this! Everyone ignore him! Ew a Mexican!! Everyone run!” Not once have I received a complement! I urge you all to spread awareness for this most urgent cause!! Share your pictures, talk to people on CP, write letters, email Club Penguin Support, fight back, do whatever you need to do! We don’t want ignorant people like Pink Lola 2 mocking us.

Believe in yourselves, Nachos, and we can conquer not only the world of Armies, but the adversity and intolerance we face as well.
