Nacho Army of Club Penguin

Hey everyone, Aka here.

I told everyone when I’d be leaving since November. January 25th, 2016. Well, its time for me to go again. I came back here to make as big of a splash as I could in this puddle of online communities around us, and I think I did a pretty good job. Uniting the community, helping to curb multi-logging in all facets with all my friends beside me, fighting RPF in 2 wars, winning a Champions Cup, getting the groundwork done for a government to eventually be put up, and meeting a lot of my friends from years and years ago, from all armies. Its a lot when you consider I’ve been here (officially) for two months. I’m not here to brag though. If you want to do me a solid though, the Legends page on CPAC could always use another Nacho in it. 😉

Anyway, joking aside. I’ll be back in July in some form or another. By that, I mean that I might not rejoin Nachos. I’ll probably go and see what other armies are like for once, but I won’t use the name AkaBob22 to give me an unfair edge over anybody. I feel like if Legends keep coming back to save the army they’re apart of, to revitalize it and keep things going puts too much reliance on the Legend to keep things going rather than teaching current leaderships how to become legendary. Its evident from every army thats ever declined in the history of this game. Its why Elmikey sticks around RPF, why Icey is still leading IW (technically), why Boomer is always within arms reach of ACP, and how Puckley+Person still own this site. No matter how old any of us are, none of us are willing to let go of the friends and family we’ve created here. As long as we will it, the community survives. Don’t let people talk down about it, after all we’ve been here for 10 years. Its easy for people to say the game is dying, but its hard for people to stand up and take the steps to keep the game going. As long as you don’t cheat, don’t lie, and don’t let someone’s ego get too inflated, then you’ll be a positive contribution towards the community.

I’m known for my long posts, so I’ll do my best to make the next section as short as possible, despite my best wishes.

My thanks go out to the following people:

CowboyDan101 – Its pretty weird how the first thing I see when I come back is someone posting under my name and using the name “akabob223” on CP. For awhile, you didn’t think I was whom I was (probably because I’m a dick in person), but after awhile and enough proof you accepted it. You’ve got the setting for a great leader done, but your temperament is a bit too much on the hot-headed side. If you learn to let things be and not try to control everything that you are able to control with your title of leader, you’ll be a great heir to the legacy. You’ll make it, friend. I hope to see you in the summer proving that you did.

 B Batman 3 – Although I poke fun at you for being in UMA+RPF in the past, nobody can match your want for the Nachos to succeed. To come out against your former army, survive in the drought of recruits we had last year and this year, and still manage with Dan to keep this army going in a decent shape, I have to commend you. You know pretty much everything I am going to say, but don’t get too heated over the RPF business, friend. Even if you’re leaving soon, I hope to see you again one day, along with everyone else here.

Fluffy – You’re definitely the most “Nacho” person I’ve met out of anyone here. You know how to lead, you know how to talk to people, you’re prone to getting in fights and working with your friends to help solve their fights. You’ll make a good leader, and if you keep working to refine yourself you’ll be a good legend too. Keep it up!

Nacho Hall of Famers – I’m glad I could meet with as many of you as I did in these past few months. From Zippy to Shadow, from Puck to Tan, and from Shiver to Chrisi, you’ve all been a pleasure to talk to. Whether or not it was the first time I’ve talked to you guys or the millionth, its always a good time.

All other Nachos – You guys are all the future of the army. If you see yourself low on the ranks and feel bad knowing how far you’re going to have to climb, remember that no matter how much you mess up right now it doesn’t matter until you hit owner (and you will if you keep trying!). The Nachos are one of the few armies left where the legends stay out of most issues and you can get leader with enough work. Don’t let people stand in your way to the top!

Chip – Out of anyone I’ve met here, no ones tackled an issue outside of individual armies with such fervor like you have. We’ve talked back and forth and we’ve both come to respect each other in our mutual want for ending multis. You started from being a small voice in a huge crowd to being up here with me and the other legends actually solving the problem. I might get a lot of the credit for bringing the issue to light, but you should really get the credit for doing all the hard work and providing evidence to show it was happening. Thanks man, and I hope to have a beer with you one day in the future.

Serpent – Another friend of mine from RPF. You’re one of the few level headed people there whom didn’t hop from army to army or didn’t go crazy with power. You know when to hold and know when to fold, and if you were allowed any form of real power in RPF I could see it as being a respectable army that can take place on the world stage diplomatically. Even though we stopped talking as much as the months went on, I’m still out here cheering for you and Clout.

Silverburg, Elmikey, Commando, Pain – You all made good enemies for me while I was here. If you guys could chill a bit on the narcissism, then I wouldn’t feel the need to declare war on RPF every 2 weeks. Either way, thanks for giving us something fun to fight against, and thanks for giving us Kevin, too.

Change – A case of “too busy to talk”, I have a lot of respect for your work in WV and in fighting multi-logging, but I never had a chance to talk with you at length because I was never on when you were except in rare occasions. As with Chip, I feel like I piggybacked off a lot of your work that you did, but in the end we’re both on the same side no matter what issue we’re apart of. Another guy I want to have a beer with in the future.

Funks, Katie, Mortico, Bep, other WV Leaders – My thanks go out to all of you for being very welcoming and accommodating people. Anytime I needed to talk with someone, you guys helped me out and worked with me to get whatever I needed done.

Sidie – ACP‘s guiding light. You always stayed true to your beliefs no matter whom was against you, whether they were leading with you or a foreign entity. I’ve hated ACP for more than a few years of my life, but you’re probably the only person whose made me question that belief. Thanks for working with me and everyone else in the NWO/AA.

DCP – The biggest meme factory I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I only hope you guys are around in July so I can come back and crush you with everyone else again, lol.

Possum – The only decent person to come out of DCP. There’s a good, truthful, honest, and appreciative person in there past all the rehashed DCP brainwashing, friend. You’ve just got to keep fighting it! I believe in you!

Burr – You and I have thought on the same wavelength ever since I’ve met you. Its a shame I wasn’t around when you were a Nacho, so I could have been sad when you went to AR. You’ve always got my back, and Nachos always have yours. Another guy whom I’d like to have a beer with.

Flame, Fury, Ace, 122344a,  and all other AR leaders+members – You’re all fantastic allies and people. For awhile in 2009 I wondered if we’d ever have a solid and permanent army to call an ally, and when I came back in 2015 I was rewarded with AR. My thanks go out to all of you for helping us out in any circumstance, rain or shine.

Goblin – Thanks for being there for me when I needed to vent and release some steam. You’ve got a great vision for this community, and now that you’re CEO with Zak you’ve got all the tools you need to make it a reality. I expect to see the fruits of your labor in the summer. Another dude whom I’d love to have a beer with.

Zakster – Without you and the other reporters putting together the Special Reports and providing commentary on the events surrounding multi-logging, the movement against it would have never gained any traction and we’d all still be arguing with ourselves. We never had the chance to talk to each other much, but the times we did it was great. Another guy I’d like to have a beer with (I like drinking as you can see).

Iceyfeet – Not much for me to say (since we’ve still rarely talked even though we’ve both been here since 2007), but I’ve seen your site and I believe in your vision. Just make a few refinements to it and if its in motion when I come back I’ll be sure to help you out with it.

There are so many people whom I’ve forgotten to add, but for the sake of being as brief as possible and not to bore people too much I’ve settled on this list. I appreciate you all, as you’ve all made the experience for me being here that much better, whether you’re on the list or not. The reason I call everyone “friend” is because I believe that given enough time and if the right words are said, that we can all be friends, whether you’re Oagal or Bad.

Don’t take this game too seriously, but take it seriously enough that you can appreciate the novelty and imagination behind it. The less you go out-of-character, the more you can love the game and the community behind it. Thats what I leave you all with. This post is scheduled to publish this morning at 12am EST, so I don’t take up space away from all the event posts and schedules on the site which are worth way more than my 4th (5th?) “retirement” post. I’ll officially leave on the 25th, but until then I’m just putting this up now so I don’t forget about posting it on the last minute.
