Hola Nachos!

Today, we had another excellent event during the day!  Since Blizzard was full today, we moved over to another Nacho server Aurora for our army patrol. Sizes started out on the low side according to our standards, but about five minutes in it started to increase!  And just for future reference, make sure to always try to get to the events before they actually begin (say like 15 minutes beforehand if you can) — we all need be on and ready to go when it is time, just like for real battles!  Anyway, from there on, the patrol was great, and you were all amazing today!  We managed to reach a maximum of 33 Nachos which is definitely great!  Let’s keep this going, Nachos!  Let the fun continue! 😀

This was also technically a UK event! 😉 Let’s try to do the same tonight! 😉

Hola Nachos!

Lately, there has been less and less comments on all of our posts around the website and that is definitely not how it should be.  You should be commenting on almost every new post on the website!  At the very least, you must be commenting on certain posts, such as the event and time information posts stating what you can attend as well as results post stating that you made it.  Why the big emphasis?  For one, it greatly increases the activity around the website with greater interaction with all the soldiers. Secondly, and probably most importantly to you is that it shows me who is active and who is not; it is actually a key thing that I look into when I do the promotions each month.  You all want and like promotions, right?  So comment on those posts!

In past years, we used to always get 40+ comments on every post! Wouldn’t that be cool to see that many comments all over the site?  And really, it is about the easiest thing you can do to help you get a promotion.  It takes less than 60 seconds… how simple is that?

Starting now, along with the monthly awards at each month, there will also be an award given out to the top five people who comment each month!  So, get commenting!

Hey Nachos. As you know, we are currently in a CPAC tournament called the Army Warfare League, and we have made it into the playoff rounds for being first in our division! We are facing the Watex Warriors in the first playoff round. They are a very historical army, but they have seen better days. Nevertheless, it’s a weekend event, so our goal is to hit 40+.

Wow. 

I only have one word to express what happened at this UK training session. Wow. I really was not expecting that good of a show up. I don’t think this has ever happened in Nachos before, getting an average of 30 and a supposed max of 41? At a UK event? I am very proud of you Nachos. Just think, if we can hit these numbers at a UK timed event, and not even all of the US troops( we had a good amount of US troops, but some still have school) are here due to school, imagine what we can get on a weekend? That thought excites me. I am looking forward to to the near future of the summer, as I have a feeling we will do very good.

The training session went well, we practiced some new tactics, as well as some beloved vintage ones. Pictures are courtesy of myself (Wolfie), Puckley, HappyFeet05. Thank you to all that showed and made this one heck of an event to be at.

Puck: Amazing job today, Nachos!  Wolfie summed up my exact thoughts as well, pretty much. Let’s keep this up though, and let’s keep improving and getting even better!  Imagine what summer we’ll be like! Can you say Golden Age? 😉

Hola Nachos!

Today, we had a short, fun event by raiding ‘pookies’!  Overall, it was pretty good event for it being a fun event whereas we maxed 26 Nachos, so not too bad I’d say! It was a pretty crazy event, but I’d hope you all had a good time! 😀 Our next event should be more planned out and organized as we need to prepare for our next big battle this Saturday against the Watex Warriors!  With all the new troops coming in, we all need to be trained/prepared and up to speed by the time Saturday rolls around. Once again, nice job today, Nachos!  Let’s keep improving each time out, and let’s go for even bigger and better sizes next time out!  The rise for the summer begins right now!

Puck: I’ll make some UK events this week still, so no worries.

Hola Nachos! 

It’s me, 6789cool, and I have a couple bits of news for you.

First of all, UK Nachos, I will be unable to make any events this week so I will not be scheduling any. This is due to the sheer bombardment of my GCSE exams, which pretty much decide the course of my whole life (if I screw them up).  Yes, I’ve been doing them for a while now and have been able to schedule events, but it’s not the same this time. I have another 5 exams this week, and had two today. After wednesday

next week, my exams will be finished, and we can all partyyyyyy!!!! 😀

However, first I need to concentrate on what’s really important, and I hope you all understand that life-changing exams have to come first, before CP armies. Remember, I’ll be popping into chat every so often and will be saying Hi (probably say ghey first or something) but I’ll miss leading you guys and I hope you all stay active for me! Don’t forget, there will be UK friendly battles this weekend and you must make the AWL tourney battle if there is one.

And another piece of news for you guys –

I’ve been recently informed that there is a time difference between (GMT) and (UK TIME), as Say the time in the United Kingdom is 16:45, well, apparently now the time would be 15:45 in GMT. A few troops have mentioned this to me, so I thought I should clear up any confusion now with a system I’m introducing to fix the matter.

The system is simple – ignore anything ever happened. We’re going to assume that the letters GMT mean the time in the United Kingdom. So, if your timezone is 1 hour more than the united kingdom, then you’re GMT + 1. If you’re trying to look up when an event is in GMT, look up what the time difference is between your time zone and UK time, NOT GMT.

There is one main reason I ask you guys to carry out this system and that is this – Most Troops who join the army still think UK time is GMT, so they can get much more easily confused than you guys will.

So, I hope you guys understand what I’ve said in this post, and don’t hesitate to ask questions in the comments below!

ADDITIONALLY, if a USA leader wants to schedule UK events (would be a massive help) please go right ahead. If not, I’ll see you guys next week 😉 .
