Good Morning/Afternoon Nachos.

Well this weekend has been quite the roller coaster, but I would like to point out some things here. The main reason we enacted a Leadership poll was for the ARMY to decide who should lead, we had a meeting last night and Dash, King, Edd, Beeky and myself attended that meeting. We could all come to terms and agree King should stay as leader but we did not reach a conclusion as to 2 other leaders who should be with him, so I put Dash, Edd, Beeky, and myself in the leadership poll.

Dash mentioned to me beforehand that he will be gone unless he made the Top 2/3 (can’t remember which one) and to me that doesn’t show a true leader, if the army depended on the results of this leadership I wouldn’t run away with my tail between my legs, and proudly face and accept what the army wishes for. As of now, King has all the power. If this poll does not continue it will just add to the fact, Dash that you don’t want to take into consideration of how your Army feels over this.

We all unanimously agreed King should be leader, in a 4/4 Vote (King can’t vote himself) and therefore he has all of the power and it should be HIM who decides if we are to continue with a poll or not. As for Chrisi, I hinted at your sarcasm in your last post and I know you are obviously pissed at me and I don’t blame you. But being that you do live in the UK I think that what a Leader would do is try to strengthen the side of the Army that is in their timezone, the reason I say that is being in the UK and making American events is much harder and and we need to have a Leader who can make American time zones more frequently in the future. I do not see this as backstabbing you, some people will and that is up to them to decide that but I just don’t see how it is going to continue work Chrisi. You even admitted you where having some problems with this Leadership as well, we tried the 4 Leader thing in the past and that obviously didn’t work out. Talk to me on chat later and we can finish this conversation.

And finally, the last portion of this post. I know a lot of people are upset and angry with me, but I want you guys to also take into effect that both 2ics and myself (the majority of the non-leader owners) wanted to see some change, I have been the most defiant out of this trio but if you want to hate, you should hate on the whole group rather then one individual. We want the best for this army, that has always been our goal and it will always be that goal.

When we where having that discussion last night between the 5 of us, we all agreed that no matter the outcome of this, however the owners will end up, in the future we must act as a TEAM. If we can work on that, I think we will see a lot of good things coming for us this Summer.

I’m inactive, am I? So telling you guys that I won’t be on for a couple of days, as I needed to do a thing for school where we stayed up all night doing exercise, is inactive, is it?

I don’t mean to sound like a complete twat here, and as much as I love you guys, ever since this leadership has begun, I’ve quite honestly not enjoyed it, and I think you guys need to know that, I’m not respected by quite a few people, having been called “UK leader” numerous times, no guys I am leader I’ve been leader pretty much since November, and no one has complained about it until now, for no apparent reason (there’s always a scapegoat, isn’t there), and then there are my fellow leaders, sorry King and Dash, I really do love you guys, but sometimes you really annoy me, a lot of the time you don’t even attempt to communicate with me, you always make decisions without me (Tbh, I have a feeling this is applying more to King than Dash…), something which no one else has done. I’ve had numerous people asking me to overthrow you [King], have I ever done it, no, have I ever thought about doing it, I can’t deny it, but I always think, no, no, he’s doing a good job really, but then this happens, and all faith I had in you is lost.

On a completely related note, it is because of one of your decisions that someone like Edd gets 2ic, and yes, sometimes I like Edd, but really, there is a reason why me, Hurr and Ads banned him from ever returning to the Nachos and that reason is because he’s a lying, manipulative twat [sometimes], which is why I can not allow him to become leader, and for the “greater good” I request that you do not acknowledge his involvement in the leadership poll, which in itself is  void.

I may have lost some friends with this post, I really hope I haven’t, but my feelings needed to be heard, before I could not bare this place any longer, please, think of this post as constructive criticism, and not some raging rant. Even if it really is the latter.

Before you blame anyone, I removed the leadership poll.  (But Edd may try to bring it back up )(-.-)

Now before you get all mad at me, I want to explain my reasons for removing it. First of all, there shouldn’t have been a “rebellion” post. A lot of you say it isn’t a rebellion, but if you sincerely read all of the words in that post, the mood felt like it was. I respect every troop’s opinion but honestly, I don’t see how it was a bad leadership before. We were still in the top two in the top ten. That’s something to be proud of. I don’t want this leadership problem to bring us down again. We had a bad week, I admit. One of the reasons Obby made that post was because we had 10 at our last event. He didn’t even look at the fact that the server was Klondike (empty server) and there was nobody to recruit. I do agree we should have bigger size naturally. The current leadership can fix that if you give us a chance. We all have our good and bad sides.

I think these polls/posts are bringing us down, I’ll be honest. Let’s just go back to the way things were. We could be busy getting on CP and having events. I know some of you guys are bored of training events. We will be going through the rebuilding stage and focusing on getting better size. Then we will move to maybe another war. That will be fun, won’t it? 🙂

Chrisi may can be inactive but we can make Chrisi a special rank as UK leader. (Obby’s idea.) King can learn to take pictures. Dash can work on making more events, coming to more events. The troops can work on being active, coming to events, recruting. Lets just make a goal and stick with it.

Oberst: I see the poll was removed, King is the sole dictator at this point and will decide who to bring up as leader, Chrisi. Talk to me on chat when you get a chance.

Chrisi: So everything I’ve ever done for this army is being took away by some power hungry people, you say that it just wasn’t working out having me as leader, well, in case you failed to notice… 

IT WORKED OUT FOR 7 MONTHS

And then I’m the one removed from leadership.

How can you even decide the future of an army, without every current leader present, yeah, I might have been sick a bit of my fellow leaders, but that doesn’t mean you need to overthrow me, does it. I’ve put my all into this army, and I got screwed over, almost in the same way that I was in BB, and if you heed my advice here, you need to resolve this situation fast, and by resolve, I mean, make everything normal again, normality is the only way for an army to survive. 

I thought you  guys were my friends… obviously not.

General Purple: Shad is in our prayers. We will win the Practice battle with S.W.A.T for him. (next time a letter is up cencor it)

The following is a letter from Shad, supplied to us, by Buck: I’m sure you guys are wondering what the hell I’ve been up to. Long story short: I left and I am currently in deep s***. We left on a cargo plane. It was about a twenty hour flight, and the local time in Kyrgystan is about 10 hours ahead of the time I’m used to. So I felt high as hell, basically. After days of waiting at the Transit center in Manas, we were finally shipped out to Afghanistan. The past few days have been spent adjusting to the time, and taking anti-malaria pills and such. I also met an interpreter named Atash. Pretty cool guy, but he had it worse than us–he has to stay for longer. Anyway, after I got to the base, I was ordered to go on a little “adventure.” I’m not authorized to tell you exactly what happened or why, which is f***ed up, but I will tell you that I almost had my arm shot off. In addition, I found out that I was sick. I asked the Corpsmen for some medicine, but they told me that I probably actually wasn’t sick. So I asked in the most Marine-Polite way I can. (“WHAT THE F*** DO YOU MEAN I’M NOT SICK? I FEEL LIKE HAMMERED S***”). Apparently, my system is still adjusting to the time and climate changes. In short: I’m allergic to Afghanistan. I know it takes forever and a half for you to get these letters back in the States, but I’ll do my best to keep you updated.

No Homework. No teachers. No bullies. Just relaxing in the sun. Jumping in the pool. Vacation. Sexy girls in bikinis.

Ah yes, summer.

So what is today? Today was another dreadful day of school while coming home and studying for finals and doing a nice big load of homework. Fun, right? It has come to my attention that school is almost over. (Well, at least for me that is.) I have 16 more days, and I have noticed that the teachers are piling on the homework for the last two weeks. I’m very sorry, but I believe I will be busy for the next two weeks with my schoolwork. After this is all over, I will be 100% active again and we will have a great summer! I will still come on during the week when I can.
