Edit: I realise that the training session was a success, but when I was there at the beginning it wasn’t xD

Just wow….

If you don’t want to read the whole thing, please at least read the “How can we improve the Nachos” section, it  would make me happy 😀

Ok, so we had the training session yesterday, I left early as my parents decided to turn the router off :/.When we first got on there was 5 of us, 5 of us! What the hell, this is the NACHOS we do not get 5 at events, whether it be start, middle or end! This is clear madness. Do you guys not care? Do you not care if we die? Do you not care if we just crumble into the dust like many legendary armies before us, WW, UMA and RPF to name a few. YOU SHOULD CARE! We’re the best damn army that’ll ever be, I’ve been in armies for nearly 3 years almost and I’m yet to find an army that is funner than the Nachos, how can you guys let such an awesome army die?

I’m going to put this bluntly, some of you are just plain lazy, please let me use Warr as an example (no offence Warr), in order to get people online, and get the AFK people off the chat I kicked the people that weren’t on CP, Warr returns to the chat says ‘wtf… I’m leaving’ then leaves, really? Warr you want to become owner, and yet you can’t even get on CP, it may seem like I’m picking on you, I’m not, this applies to almost everyone you’re just a recent example, if you guys want promotions, you need to go on CP when owners tell you to! If you were at school and the place was about to burn down and your teacher told you to run out of those school you’d listen to them, so why can’t you listen to leaders when they tell you to come on!

How can we Improve the Nachos?

Well first things first, we need an active count, if we don’t know who is active then how are we supposed to do anything.

Unscheduled Events everyday- I know what you guys are thing ‘but it’s boring’, anyone who says that is a hypocrite, if eventually there is nobody on chat due to lack of recruits and it makes the chat boring, guess why! It’s because YOU aren’t going on CP. If we go on CP everyday we’ll get better known, and people will actually look us up “FIND THE NACHOS ARMY ONN LINE”, I know all too well that this works, in March me and some others managed to recruit 4 people for BB in one training session, each one of them found the site and chat, three of them were active for quite awhile! If you think about it, at an unscheduled session it doesn’t have to be all tactics and stuff, you can just chant your own things, have some fun. We should aim to get two new recruits at each unscheduled event, having unscheduled events each day of the week so… 7×2=14. Our ranks will swell rather quickly! Since only about 1/3 will probably come on the chat that’s 4 (I’m rounding down from 4.666, which is why the following math could be considered wrong.) new active recruits each week, 18 a month, 216 a year, which means by summer we’ll be massive, you have to also consider that there will be other people who join as well as these guys from the unscheduled sessions. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an active count a year from now with 300+ comments, we’re capable of doing this, we just need to put the effort in.

Bring back 3ic- Getting rid of the 3ic rank may be one of the stupidest things we’ve done, I know that it was done as ‘no one is ready’ but seriously, can 4 people really run an  army hoping to get 216 active troops in a year?

Owners Posting- We’re all guilty of this, none of us post, we’re pretty much relying on Tan and Pie at the moment :L, if we do post it’s usually about something fairly boring, most likely something like what this post is D:. I think all owners should be posting at least once every 3 days! Also, considering that we’re going to be having recruiting sessions everyday that’s 7 posts in one week J.

Have more fun- self explanatory, at the moment we’re not really doing anything interesting, I think it’s time to be a bit old school and do some cross server streaking :D. Having fun is your reward for working hard, at all these events, “wouldn’t come on for the unscheduled event? Why participate in the chat raid? –guest ban-“, seems harsh? Lol no, the ‘good ‘ol days’ were harsher, wouldn’t get on CP? Instant demotion! Think yourselves lucky, we don’t do that anymore… of course there’s nothing stopping us bringing it back :lol:.

Things that must be done by all of us…

1. Comment on the site more!
2. Go on CP every day visit the patrol page nachoarmy.net/patrol
3. Stop being abusive to ‘noobs’ on chat.
4. Get on CP as soon as an owner tells you!
5. New recruit, doesn’t know what to do, help them out!
6. Take a page from RPF’s book, they actually want to go on CP, and even if they don’t they get on anyway… now there are some dedicated troops!
7. Have fun events as much as possible.
8. Recruit, recruit, recruit, recruit, recruit… recruit on CP, recruit on chats, recruit your friends, and recruit any way you can.

If you’re on xat, get on Nachos chat! I’ve noticed quite a few people coming on xat, but not actually coming to our chat, despite being in the army. Those of you who joined and got a high rank, but don’t come on chat much… do you really expect to keep your rank? Of course you will keep it if you change your ways and start coming on the chat more.

Hello Nachos,

So today we had a Training Session at around 2 PST/5 EST. We did amazing and averaged around 18 and maxed 25! We have certainly proved that we are NOT falling.

Today, I am stepping down as 2ic and retiring from the Nachos.  I know Billy just retired, but I read Tan’s post and decided this is what I had to do.  I’m doing this because I really haven’t done anything and don’t think I’m right for 2ic.  Also, I have just lost interest in going on CP and all this army stuff.  I don’t make a lot of events and I mostly only come on at night.  There are people who are better for this position and I wish you all the best of luck.

I would like to say thank you to all of these people that made my Nacho experience awesome:

Carly and Maire: I’m putting you two first because you’re my best friends.  You guys are the sisters I never had and I love you (no homo).  You guys have always been there for me and I don’t know what I would have done without you on here.  Carly, MY D BUDDEH<3.  I met you in August of last year and we didn’t really talk in the beginning, but now we talk all the time and we have the best conversations.  Maire you are my pooflit and pillow pet buddy. 😀  We text all the time and you’re funny as hell.   Carly we will definitely be seeing eachother<3

Over the next 3 days, I want every owner rank to post. If you don’t post, unless you have a legit excuse for not being able to post (Which you should’ve posted about), the owners ranks are going to have a talk with you about why you couldn’t post over the 3 day period in which most of us had no school. I understand I’m really in no position to do this, but things have gotten so bad on the site and on chat that we have to do whatever is necessary. (400 hits in the last two days? Come on guys.)

Today, on 11/11/11, around the world we celebrate the anniversary of the end of World War I, which was supposed to be the war to end all wars. On today’s date, we also honor the 3rd anniversary of what led to the end of wars on Mammoth. World War IV killed Mammoth as a server of war, which occurred right as Club Penguin turned the Dojo into a horrible place to battle. Today, I am retiring from all armies forever. Mainly due to bad grades in school, but besides that I am generally bored of armies. Nothing is fun here anymore, I’ve been having a much better time over the past few days hanging out with friends. I do not want to make a long post, I just want to tell you that this is my last time in any army, I have no real urge to be here anymore. A bit about me, I joined armies May 17TH 2009. There are some people I would like to thank over the past 2 years I’ve been in armies.

King: You never doubted me, and helped me become owner.

Not a post in 3 days, Not an event scheduled in 4 or 5 days, 5 people on chat at 7:00 EST. This just brings me to one question..

What the heck?

Owners are you dead? Did you forget that you lead or help lead an army? If you can’t handle your position then I ask you to step down since you have more important things to tend to because right now you could basically consider this army dead. I have not seen us this bad I don’t think ever in my time in armies. I was taken off the site for one week so I didn’t edit ANYTHING and this happens. Did this happen because owners just went inactive or have I STILL been doing all the work? You all have to learn to not live off of one person or depend on someone else. Right now is a time where someone needs to step up and take the role as the dominant leader. Apparently we don’t have anyone willing to do that or they are just shy. As an advisor I advise every owner in this army to get your butts into gear and get this army rolling again. Also, realize that Person and I will not be here forever to help you guys. I am really disappointed in the 2ic’s and leaders in this army. Right now I don’t have much confidence in you.. Prove me wrong.
