We are glad to have you a part of the greatest army in Club Penguin! The Nachos are known as a fun and one of the most powerful armies in Club Penguin. Here in the Nachos, we love to have fun. We go on Club Penguin often to have snowball fights or battles with other other armies to having our own fiestas and fun. When we aren’t on Club Penguin, we love to hang out on Nacho chat! The Nachos are open to many opportunities including meeting hundreds of new friends and countless fun!

Joining the Nachos

The first thing you want to do if you have not done so already is to officially join the Nachos by going to our Join page. This is important, so we can officially recognize you as a Nacho and add you to our Ranks page. By doing this, you will receive your very own rank in the Nachos! You will be ranked based on your experience in Club Penguin armies. Just like most people, you will most likely start as a Private. To go to our join page and to officially join the Nachos, click HERE. Make sure to follow all the steps on the join page!

Please be patient after submiting your form! You should be added to the ranks within 24 hours!

What You Do As a Nacho

Now that you have joined the Nachos, the fun is just beginning! There are several important points that you must know, and they are stated directly below!

1. We want you to come back and visit often, so make sure to bookmark http://atomic-temporary-5366444.wpcomstaging.com/

The website is our headquarters as well as how we distribute information about upcoming battles on Club Penguin. You will need to check the Nacho website often to check for these upcoming events that we will have on Club Penguin as well for any new posts that you’ll need to read!

2. Be active!

One of the best part of the Nachos is the battles and other events that we’ll hold on Club Penguin! You definitely don’t want to miss out on the fun, so you’ll need to be active. To be active in the Nachos, you’ll need to do the following to the best of your abilities:

• Check the website often for new Nacho events!
• Comment frequently on all new posts as this let’s the leaders know that you are active!
• Attend as many Nacho battles or events that you can!
• Be on Nacho Chat when we have battles on Club Penguin!
• Visit Nacho Chat daily for a short a time when you have time!

The more active you are the more likely you’ll receive a promotion! (More on promotions below)

3. Make new friends!

When we aren’t on Club Penguin, we love to hang out on Nacho Chat! Nacho chat is great way where you can meet on all the soldiers of the Nacho Army. You can meet some great new friends here and truly have a great time here. We’d like you to come to Nacho chat whenever you have some free time or aren’t doing anything else at the time.

Nacho chat is also important for all of our battles and events that we have on Club Penguin. We use the chat to give orders to our troops, so that you can follow and perform them on Club Penguin. It’s important that you be on chat, so you can know what the orders are!

4. Have fun!

Promotions

If you are able to be active according to what was said above, you will be rewarded with a promotion! At the end of each month, we will have a Promotion Day. Here, we will reward all those who have been active for the entire month. If you are active each month, you will continue to move up through our ranking system. If you work really hard and stay really active, you may even become the leader one day!

Battles

Attending battles is one of the best part of the Nachos!  Each battle is always filled with much action and fun!  How do you find out when the battle is though?  You simply check the front page on the website (home page) and generally on the very first post (the top post) on the website, you will see a number of events and the time for those events scheduled for the week!

During each battle, we will perform a variety of certain tactics. These are pretty easy to pick up on, but just to help you get ahead of the game here are few tactics we use most often and one’s you should familiarize yourself with.

When a leader counts down for a tactic to be performed, and say’s “E9 NOW” you simply just press E then 9 on your computer then you’ll perform the mad face (war faces) emote! The same goes for the rest of the emotes too. Pretty easy, right?

We will also give certain orders where you’ll have to type something in on the chat bar. The leader will tell you to type in a certain tactic, such as “NACHOS FOREVER.” You would type that in, and once everyone was ready the leader would count down until 3, then everyone would enter and perform the tactic. The same goes any other typed phrase!

We also have a few other unique tactics that often use and refer to under a unique name as you can see below:

• Frenzy: bomb or charge the entire room with whatever tactic the leader ordered to do
• Waterfall: charge up and down on your screen with whatever tactic the leader ordered to do
• Rake: charge side to side on your screen with whatever tactic the leader ordered to do
• Lighting Armor: continuous frenzy switching between different emote tactics on command

Formations

In addition to the variety of tactics we’ll perform throughout a battle, we’ll also be in many formations!  The formations are pretty easy as long as you know your shapes! 😉  For example, we generally make certain lines, such as a line going down vertically, a line going across horizontally, or a diagonal line even going across the room.  There’s a wide variety of formations, but usually lines as well as a circle are the common forms and basics. You may also see unique formations such as a “L”, “X”, or even a “Z”!

You will pick up very quickly on how to make the formations after a couple battles, but the important thing to remember when making formations is this:

Don’t stand/sit/bunch on each other in the formation! It is best to stand “shoulder to shoulder” or in a position where you are right next to your fellow troop! This way we can maximize our full power and size during a battle! 😀

Time Zone

Pacific (PST) | Mountain (MST) | Central (CST) | Eastern (EST)

Lastly, it is important to know what time zone you belong to, so you will be able to understand what the time the event or battle that we will have on Club Penguin will be for you.  Depending on what region you live in the world, your time may differ from other people which means it’s not the same as someone from California to someone from New York.  If you’re from the United States, please use the map above to assist you to find out what time zone you belong to.

On event and battle posts you’ll typically see the information on a post like seen below:

EXAMPLE:

The time for each battle may differ from day to day, so don’t expect this example time to be the usual time for every Nacho battle.  Like stated above, you’ll need to check the site often for new Nacho events!

For each post that we make with the time, we usually post the times for PST, MST, CST, EST, and UK.  If you’re from another time zone/state/or country, don’t worry!
